Holy Moly. This second novel was a roller-coaster of intensity. Etie and Angel are trying to figure out their soul-mate connection...which is complicated and beautiful at the same time.

Even without the connection, they had a fiery passion for one another. Lucas a witch from her coven is introduced to help Angel with her powers and learning to control everything. The story line with Lucas is very intriguing, as well as another character that comes back. This novel took the characters to places I was not expecting. I cannot wait for book 3 already. I need to know what is going to happen to Marisol, Angel, Etie and everyone else.

I honestly am scared and excited for the next set of crazy circumstances for these characters, especially since that cliff hangar...I am hooked on this series!

Ahhh! I cannot say enough about how much I love this series. Etie is one of my new favorite book boyfriends - he is soo sinfully hot, I just can't get enough! Poor Angel is in for a boat full of trouble now that she's tied to the charming Cajun and although she has trouble admitting it, she can't get enough. The back and forth between these two characters kept me turning the pages all night. As more secrets are revealed about Angel's family, the more trouble they realize they're in. I won't give away the spoilers but this second installment has everything you loved about the first times two. And that ending... hurry up with book 3!

Voodoo Unleashed was so good; I could not wait to get my hands on book two in J.N. Colon’s amazing Hidden Conduit series. And believe me when I say Magic Untamed did not leave me disappointed. I was wrapped up in the story from the moment I picked it up. Angel and Étie are so volatile and amazing together, I can’t get enough.

Magic Untamed continues on where Voodoo Unleashed left off with Angel and Étie soul-bonded, which both intensifies their attraction to one another as well as their magic. Becoming soulmates may have saved Angel from Baron Samedi’s clutches for now, but the Dark Deity isn’t about to give up that easily. With the threat of his return looming over her shoulder, Angel has to learn how to harness her powers, keep herself off the supernatural radar, and come to terms with her feelings for Étie. But none of that will be easy when secrets and lies surround her, and a new witch enters her life with an agenda all his own.

Magic Untamed has it all: romance, intrigue, magic, and a betrayal so deep it just might cost Angel everything. If you loved Voodoo Unleashed, you will love Magic Untamed. Grab it now, but be warned, you won’t want to put it down. The only thing I have left to say now is, bring on book 3!

I received a free arc for an honest review. This was even more spicier and hotter than the first one. The bond between Etie and Angel both strains and pull them together. Some new characters are introduced and it affects both of them in different ways. A different side of Etie emerges as his dark side flares up and it impacts both he and Angel in ways they couldn't have predicted. The book ends on a major cliffhanger that leaves you needing more. The only thing I would wish from this book is more of Bastien. The wait for the third book seems entirely too long.

This book was everything I wanted and more. Even before the bond, Angel and Etie had a strong attraction for each other, even though they both tried to fight it. With the bond...even more intense. Between learning to balance their powers and emotions, and new characters coming in and trying to affect their relationship, a lot is going on in this book. The book ends with a cliffhanger that leaves you impatiently waiting for the next book. More please!!!

I just love this series the cajun casanova gets me everytime. This is definitely becoming one of my all time favorite books that I'll be read again and again. With Angel and Etie going from cold one minute to boiling, all you can say is cant I live in their world. But not everything is going as is should, has the Baron really given up on her soul or will he find another way. Plus it just seems like no one in Angel's live is ever honest. The secrets just keep coming out really what else could they be hiding.

I love, LOVE this series! So friggin good :) There is a wonderful amount of action, intrigue, twist and turns and romance. It was an absolute joy to read! I am hoping there is no end date for this series anytime soon! I would highly recommend this series to anyone who enjoys to read about incredibly hot, intelligent, strong, sweet guys, characters who have a brain and uses it, voodoo, witches, magic and more. This is an all nighter type of series. Hats off to the author! Enjoy!

WOW!!!! This is book number two in this amazing series that makes me just go WOW!!!!. This story is so well written with strong characters and a wonderful written story and I am so glad I was able to read it. I can not wait to see what is writen next and I highly recommend this story to everyone.

More classic YA PNR with a new potential love interest for Angel, so Etienne can become all possessive and jealous. More family secrets, and let me tell you there are some doozys. If I were Marisol & Angel I would be mega pissed at everyone but each other. And I know it is cliche but I love soul bound connection between Angel & Etienne and how it means they can't do that stupid pushing the other away thing for long.

Lots of paranormal fun in this book as we deal with voodoo and witches. Etie and his brother Bastien are fantastic, both are good at voodoo, Angel is also fantastic and I love how strong she is. The chemistry between her and Etie is fantastic! Lots going on with plenty of action as Angel tries to stay safe while keeping her family safe and dealing with magic. Loved it!!

I've already preordered book 3!! Read this book in one sitting because it's so damn good! The sexual tension between the two main characters was amazeballs! It is slightly predictable but who cares! Fabulous quick read!!

I’m loving this series! This story is simply magical. Witchcraft and voodoo, what’s not to like?! Evangeline’s story gets more complex in this novel and she discovers her family isn’t exactly what she thought. The book is exciting from start to finish. I can’t wait for the third book!
