You mean you've never been saved by a naked catgirl?
All Jake wanted was a normal life. He didn't crave fame or glory. A stable income was more than enough for him. So imagine his surprise when he's plucked from his job by a naked, demon-fighting, catgirl and given an important message. He's not a human. He's a half-human, half-demon hybrid who the real deal want dead.
To survive, Jake needs to become strong enough to fully control the demon surging through his veins. Dragged into the dystopian fantasy world of Terix, Jake must fight to grow more powerful. Every monster he conquers gives him more strength, but it also makes him a bigger target for those who desire, or fear, his half-breed power.
Luckily, he's got three beautiful demon hunters by his side, willing to help him fulfill his potential. Together, can they prise Terix from the demon's jaws? Or, will the full-blooded be too much for the half-breed hunter to handle?
Contains fantasy harems, plenty of violence, lots of raunchy fun, and your fair share of obscenities. Don't say you weren't warned.
Enjoyed it, the main character dialog feels childish and there isn't much backstory about him. His actions are similar to video game hero, I must save everyone but the why behind this is missing. The members of his harem are more interesting than he is, the dynamic between the 3 of them is great and they have the best dialog in this story.
This first book in the Demon Hunter series. Staring Jake the half Human/Half Demon hero. Along with his Haram made up of the warrior cat girl Heshsa, titania the warrior Orc (still virgin), and genius Elf Alchemist. Who make up an awesome story line. With lots of fun, plenty of serious fighting, an not shying away of the results of battle. Just Wonderful all around!!
In going to go ahead and give this story 5 stars, could have done with a little less sex and more action but it's still really good, could use a little editing after the spell check though but it wasn't as bad as some that I have read, at least it was spell checked. Hopefully the story is just as good in the next book.
Not s bad stsrt but definetly needs some work. The concept is good, he charachters are likeable but some of the dialogue id a bit cringe worthy especially from Jake,. Hopefully the next chapter will give us some more background info
