"The softest woman requires the hardest men to survive. Dark, gritty, and perfectly filthy--modern MC meets Mad Max in this amazing RH tale.” ~Addison Cain, USA Today bestselling author

It was meant to be a simple trip to take care of business. But by the time we get home, none of us will ever be the same.

Follow the continuing adventures of Setora and her men in SEER, Book four of the wildly popular Saving Setora series.
From Book 1:

It all began when the road warriors found me outside Hell’s Burning, lost and dehydrated. When the bikers took me into The Compound, I thought I was saved.

Especially when, as a Violet—a rare genetic anomaly prized above all—I’m taken in and raised by one of the wealthiest men in the world. Educated and groomed by the best teachers money could buy, I mistakenly thought he had a great future planned for me, one in which I’d be cared for and cherished.

I was wrong.

For centuries, women have been sold as slaves. In my 18th year, my benefactor reveals a truth that shatters my world. I’m to be put on display before the wealthiest of society at one of the biggest auctions this world has ever seen…as a slave.

But that night at the auction, something goes wrong. I am stolen by members of the infamous Dark Legion, a road warrior crew feared the world over. Torn from the only world I have ever known, now I have not one master, but four.

I shouldn’t want these dangerous, deadly men with their leather cuts and their growling bikes, but the deeper my captors draw me into their dark and twisted world, the more I crave what they do to me. They stole me from a powerful man who’ll stop at nothing to get me back. If I don’t find a way to escape soon, my new masters might just steal my heart.

***Seer is Book four of the Saving Setora series, a dark, dystopian Reverse Harem romance with biker tones. There is no cheating, and the final book ends with an HEA for Setora and her four men. This full length novel contains triggering elements and four twisted heroes who know how to own a woman right.

ARC received in exchange for an honest review - thank you!

I think it's pretty fair to say that Saving Setora is one of the best RH series out there, and definitely the best dark one. Sheriff, Hawk, Pretty Boy and Steel manage to all be dark and dominant whilst also with their own, very distinct personalities.

Not a lot happened in the book plot-wise, which was a bit weird when you realise it's about 95k words, but there was awesome relationship development! Setora is a lucky, lucky girl. We do also get to see who's been stealing gems from the Legion. Most of the focus is on the awful nightmares Setora's been having, and of course her punishment for endangering the entire Legion.

Yum.

I truly love this series. It was the beginning of Dark romance for me, and I absolutely love the genre.
Seer picks up essentially where Sedition (book 3) ended, with Setora in trouble for not listening to her "Masters", and putting everyone's lives at risk.

I have to admit, I had a hard time relating to, or even liking Sheriff. We get to see glimpses into why he acts as he does, but is is hard to reconcile words and deeds with what may be in someone's heart!
I have a feeling he will go through the biggest growth period from a character perspective.

Setora also seemed to slide backwards a bit, as she seemed to be doubting herself, and her worth, but I can see where it is heading, and it is great.

Pretty Boy continues to be a favorite, and his lighthearted nature still seems to be a calming influence when needed, however, he is a true badass when it counts. Steel and Hawk were just as hot, and seem to be growing as well, becoming more comfortable in their feelings for their woman.

We get to see more of the secondary characters in this book, and Doc especially, which help to better define the primary characters.

The story was fast paced, heartbreaking in spots, and kept you on the edge of your seat, waiting to see what happens next.

This book ends on a cliffhanger, and it leaves you wishing you can speed up time just to find out what will happen.

This was truly a great read, and excellent edition to the series, and I cannot wait for the next to be released!

Somehow, I missed that this book was out and I'm not happy. There is still so much going on in this story. Love this entire series and characters. It's cutting edge and suspenseful. The men are so protective in a world that is so different.

I will add more to the review when it isn't half past the witches crack and my mind can function. I cannot wait for the next book.

I’m hooked!

I am so invested in this series now, the other books have had some interesting plot points and a lot of character and situational development and i feel like it was all just leading up to this book in the series. I felt like there was so much more conflict and we get just enough information to keep us on the edge of our seats. I’m excited to continue the series and see how things turn out.

Okay at the beginning i was not that happy with how everything went (like when setora got punished) i didn't like it and i hated how the woman was like dirty and stuff.

Seer Saving Setora Book 4 by Raven Dark & Petra J. Knox

I am absolutely in a love hate relationship with this series. I love it because I’m on the edge of my seat fanning myself with all the danger and seat eagerly turning the pages. Why do you ask that I hate it……because I have to wait for the next book to see what happens next. My mouth hit the floor when I got to the end. ARGH!!!!!! Left me hanging. No this was not a cliff hanger it ended in a good spot but like the others they leave with a taste of the next adventure. Trust me you will be screaming for book 5.

We have navigated through some rough times with this group of dangerous yet tender men who are finding themselves changing the more they spend time with Setora. Kidnapping, murder, life, betrayal, intrigue and surprises await readers with every page. I even believe there is an unbreakable bond forming between our characters.

At the end of book 3 Steel had fallen ill and was unconscious after the run in with the Dregs. Will he pull out of it? What happens with the Lone Rebels? What happens with Setora (she disobeyed a direct order from Sheriff)? With they ever make it to the Delta? Will they run into any more trouble on the way? All great questions and they DO get answered in this book. There are many surprises and a disappointment that left me a bit sad, I won’t go into at this point but I was routing for a different result. There are still many unanswered questions about Setora, her visions, will her past catch up with her? Will she ever really be safe? SO MANY QUESTIONS!!!!

How these two have created such a wonderful series I can’t answer. All I can hope for is they put me out of my misery soon. I have not been this excited about a series in a really long time and will most likely go back and read it in its entirety when it is complete. It is that good and worthy of reading multiple times just to make sure you don’t miss some little detail. Enjoy

Maker's tits!
A perfect sentiment to sum up my feelings while reading this book.

In the fourth book of the Saving Setora series, we start right where book three left off.
Steel has just collapsed for an unknown reason.
Sheriff is furious at Setora for disobeying his orders, but also at himself for putting such a delicate matter in her hands.
Pretty Boy, oh Pretty Boy, we finally get to see a side of him that just makes you fall in love with him more.
And Hawk becomes the confidant Setora needs to navigate the crazy that seems to be chasing her.

I'll admit when I first started this book, I wasn't enjoying it right away.
Setora seemed to be saying the same things over and over again concerning her punishment and guilt over what happened with the Dregs and Steel.
However, once the crew got to Delta things took on a decidedly different turn.
So much happens.
But I'm not going to tell you about those things because I don't want to spoil it for you.
Let's just say that it leaves you desperately waiting for the next book to release.

I have been in love with this series from the beginning.
And this book didn't disappoint.
I'm dying to know where this will all eventually lead.
What is becoming of Setora?
Why does she seem to be different?
Is she really different? Or has no one ever really explored what Violets could do?
There are so many unknowns about this book!
We are slowly unveiling all the information, and it excites me to know we are that much closer to knowing what's going on.

If you haven't started this series, and like motorcycle group books with dark aspects, this is definitely the book for you.
Probably if those aren't usually your thing, you'd still enjoy it.
It's unlike any series I've read before, and I find myself drawn to it.

Highly recommend reading this book.

Fresh from a successful battle with the Dregs, things go to hell for Setora, and her Dark Legion companions, as one of their party falls gravely ill. After making temporary camp, with the rescued Lone Rebels, they regroup, form bounds of newfound kinship and try to heal their wounds as best they can. This downtime also gives Setora’s masters the perfect opportunity to punish her thoroughly for disobeying their wishes. Effectively crushing her spirit, and once again reminding her that above all else, she is merely a slave to the men who own her.

As much as I’m invested in this series, it’s these repeated and devastating reminders that Setora is a slave that hurt so much - especially when she’s treated with such distain and cruelty by those who profess to love her. But it’s clear women have a generally lower place in Society than men in this particular fictional, dystopian world, despite the fertility issues. I suspect (and hope) there’ll come a point later in the series in which her place amongst the Dark Legion changes for the better, and she becomes their equal. I also hope she’s the driving force for that change. Forget the series title, Setora doesn’t need saving: that girl can save herself!

One other thing, I hope this girl gets to hold onto a least one pair of panties for longer than just a few hours 😂😂! IYKYK

I love this gritty reverse harem series and this book four felt like a special gift as the longest book in the series to date. I love Setora's hot, dirty men equally and so much! This book explored more of the hinted at secrets of Setora's unknown Violet powers - with her suffering and me impatient for answers. As much as I want a HEA for Setora and her men I don't want this series to end and that means a continuation of the drama and danger they are constantly in. These ladies continue to write my favorite kind of dirty sexual encounters, but it's clearer than ever how much love these men have for Setora and her for them; it's always so poignant to have tough guys in love!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~some slight spoilers below~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This book brought another new location and introduced new characters and am I the only one who NEEDS to read more about the Brothers of Brimstone?! I was blown away by just how badly I wanted there to be a whole other series about these new hot men. I think maybe a Violet named Vicki could tame that Beast (LOL, just kidding, not really) The book does end on a cliffhanger, but the books in this series have come out pretty quickly so hopefully we won't have long to wait for more of The Four.
I’ve been enjoying this series, but I wasn’t quite as invested in this instalment. I’ve been intrigued by the contradiction of Setora’s natural inclination to play ‘hero’ versus The Fours need for her to be their subservient slave. I’ve been wrapped up in Setora’s struggle to suppress her morals and personality, and celebrating her little wins in gaining a measure of acceptance. However, the beginning of this book felt like a big and inevitable (that rescue was always going to go wrong, and they allowed her to do it), step back and worse, the breaking of her spirit. We see Setora need and accept the punishment, to assuage her own guilt. The punishment destroyed what small seeds of acceptance I was forming for Sheriff, confirmed my concerns about PB, and betrayed my belief in Hawk. Those chapters went on and on, and unfortunately my interest waned.
I also got frustrated by the mystery of Setora’s emerging Violet abilities and the meaning of her Stari; I felt the opportunity to find out more was dangled, then ignored. There is a moment towards the end where Sheriff’s thoughts obliterate any acceptance I had left for him, it will be interesting to see if he’ll redeem himself in the next book or if Setora’s HEA will mean the loss (or transformation) of herself…
Seer was a change of pace from the other books. There was far less action and much more plot and character development. This book was focused on Setora’s struggle to understand what she is and what role she plays in this post-apocalyptic landscape. Her dreams are getting more frequent and frightening, which is creating more questions than answers. They are having difficulty interpreting her dreams and deciding whether they have any effect or relevance to reality. The more I find out about the power that Setora holds, the more excited I get about this series and the direction it is going in. Setora is changing the social landscape with her heroic actions. Word is traveling far and wide, even though she doesn’t see herself as a hero. She treads the line of obeying her masters and doing what she knows is right, even though those actions are usually quite dangerous and get her in trouble with her masters. My personal journey with the guys continues – one minute I hate them, and the next I love them. I root for Setora to give them the middle finger and run away, and at the same time I want her to marry all of them. I can’t wait for Setora’s story to continue!
Mind blown !!
The Saving Setora series is the best series of 2018.
Definitely needs to be made into a movie or TV series .
It's original ,who knew I would get hooked on a Dark Dystopian RH MC series . But I did and am loving it .
Every book is full of exciting plot twists that you don't see coming and catch you off guard. I literally wanted to pull my hair out after the ending of Seer .
I love the suspense of not knowing what Setora's four are planning next and how the authors are going to twist the story on it's axis in the upcoming scenes .
Setora is becoming stronger as she learns new things about herself , even though she has to remember her place .
As the series moves on I find myself falling for Setora's battle hardened masters even through all the harsh punishment (OMG those Sex scenes thou !!!) and animalistic ways these men seem to enforce . I can now see the edges they wear like an iron fortress might be slowly crumbling a tiny nudge, just because of their love for Setora .
(Not that they would let anyone see them wear their hearts on their sleeves . )
I cant get enough of this exciting story and need more now !!
As much as I enjoy this series, the punishment was too over the top.
I threw up.
Sure, it took a few hours but, it messed me up.
Ok, so we can argue this one of two ways...
We can say that this is the work of.a.good.author that knows how to get under your skin and make you experience what the characters are experiencing....
Or...
We can say the author went too far. The humiliation, 21 smacks, of choice weapon... The LEASH..And so much more... Was just too much.
And believe me... I know evil...And this topped that...almost.
In the end, I had to lower the stars given. To me, although I am happy that the author for into my head, I cannot condone that kind of treatment...Especially after everyone understood that she didn't act alone. She was the only one punished and treated like shit.
I was also disappointed with the pregnancy results. I would have loved to have seen those puddles with sucks dealing with everything they put her through, knowing it could have hurt their child! Maybe it could have changed them!
Sigh.... I almost abandoned this series after that punishment. Almost.
Sigh, on to book 5...
Really wanted and needed more emotionally from this book now that we are four books into the series. I feel like the group dynamic where she has to be submissive in all ways is just not cutting it anymore. It hinders growth and a real tangible connections with her men, who she says she loves but it just doesn’t feel real to me.
The punishment was so humiliating and she was sitting there talking about how justice needed to be served and how right it felt to be punished by sheriff. I was so done at that point. She isn’t allowed any emotion except being worried and horny. I literally don’t understand how after everything sheriff has said and done; humiliated her in public, dolled out punishment because he could and they’d just sit there and all agree that she deserved it and she would agree with them, that she can even speak of anything close to love or fondness for him.
I want to see defiance and anger from her. I want her to sit in those emotions because the writers don’t give her that space to sit in her hurt and anger. She’ll be devastated and then it will lead to a sex scene! like babes… yet PB was allowed to be angry for a whole book.
As soon as I read the very first page I was transported back to Setora’s world. As you read you soon find some of your previous questions being answered but more questions arise. There is never a dull moment and there is always something to fixate on even when the story slows down. I loved this book, Setora and her men and with each book we find ourselves seeing more and more layers been peeled off them making them more and more lovable. I’m still finding this journey fascinating and it’s like a drug and I’m wanting more each time. That cliffhanger at the end though.... OH MY.... It poses so many questions and what ifs that I might have had a mini melt down at the end lol. I can’t wait for the next book.
Keep it coming!
This is such a great series the characters are so raw! I’m new to Dark romance and sometimes feel outraged with the way Sheriff and the MC treat Setora and feel she’s a bit brainwashed but I do love that despite their roughness they do love her in their way and that’s what matters. Hopefully they don’t lose anymore men along the way to finding out whose stealing from them.
The only downfall for this book and the reason behind the rating is there is a number of spelling and grammar mistakes. Not enough to make it a DNF but enough to get annoyed each time you have to stop and reread a line. Another great cliffhanger I’m just thankful book 5 is already out so I don’t have to wait to continue to read what’s next.
5 INCREDIBLE STARS!!!
This series is so amazing. I love how the four, Steel, Pretty Boy, Hawk and Sheriff are so fiercely protective of Setora. As their journey to the Delta nears its end we learn more about Setora's nightmares and what they might mean. She becomes even closer to her masters. Once at Delta, Setora comes to know other Violets as the men have their Summit. With the nightmares getting worse and the Violets acting weird, will Setora ever get to the bottom of these dreams? Will her masters be able to save her from her worst fears? I absolutely love this series. I love the way Raven and Petra write together. Its magic in the making. I'm excited for book 5.
The 4th installment in the Saving Setora series is a dark, dreamy, epic thrill ride. As we begin to get even more pieces to the puzzle, we are distracted my Setora, her beautiful, broken men, and the intimacy that continues to slowly leak open. While definitely almost painful to read at times, the story counters the humiliation with the sweet beginnings of true love and respect. It's a different world, but it seems to be slowly changing. Be careful of the cliffhanger, it's heart stopping!!!
OH wow what a book!!! And that ending had me screaming OMG!!!!! I need the next book like now!!! So yeah there is a bit of a cliffhanger. That being said this series freaking rocks!! Each book that comes out draws me in more and more. Setora and her guys relationships is growing, which I enjoyed very much. We get to see some new characters, which had me needing more of them. The sex scenes are as always hot and well written. I really love alpha men, and does these two authors deliver. I would recommend reading this series in order.
I absolutely loathed the so called men in these books. I should have stopped with the first book. There is ZERO redeemable qualities in any of the men or how they treat any woman! I'm sure dogs would be treated better. The Setoras character is worthless and has zero respect for herself! She stands up for others but takes their garbage and constantly goes back for more, ugh!!! What a total waste, the concept was interesting, violets and so forth but not enough to put up with abuse and non-consent!
Another great addition to the series, Seer pulls us deeper into the world post-Virus. We finally get to see more interactions with Violets, although it did leave me with even more questions than before!
Poor Setora, she is such a great character and one that is too pure hearted for the harsh realities of this world. But honestly, I think she’s going to save them all.
Beautifully written and intriguing as hell, this series has yet to disappoint me
The latest in this fantastic series. If you like a book with a bunch of hot men, taking care of one unique female, then this series is one you should seriously consider reading. A dark reverse harem storyline that will grip you from start to finish. Setora's unique abilities just keep on growing, and her men will do anything to protect her from anyone... but themselves.
I cannot wait for the next instalment of this series. So Good - So Read...
3 Stars ⭐⭐⭐
I really enjoyed this installment but I can't help feeling upset with how Setora was punished at the beginning of the book. I get that these are different times and Sheriff is a leader and cannot let disobedience go unpunished but I still hated what he did. My favorite guy is still Steel and I doubt that will change at this point. Overall, this series is pretty great and I've gotten really immersed in this world.
Oh Light that ending
Another fantastic book in this series. Setora is facing the consequences of saving the rebels. While she’s trying to do right, she is finding Herself being held in a hero worship situation. It’s a tricky thing for her to maneuver through while showing Sheriff she’s truly sorry for her actions.
We finally make it to our destination and it’s like nothing Setora ever imagined. But strange things are happening and poor Setora isn’t sure what to do. And holy freaking hell that ending. Why!!!!! Why must authors do that to us lol. I’m going to pull my hair out waiting to find out what’s going to happen next.
Steel is out cold and they are still on their way to the summit. Setora still need to deal with her punishment for disobeying and deal with everything else going on with herself. Soo much happens at the summit and will earn you the book will leave you hanging off a cliff screaming. My mind is stuck and I don't know what to do or think.
This book somehow fell flat compared to other books in this series. Maybe it was too paranormal (for the lack of a better word), maybe because I kept being annoyed with Setora because she was not as forthcoming and open with the Four as I would have liked her to be. Her timid nature really annoyed me this time.
Honestly this series really frustrates the hell out of me. Everything screams to not like it that I should hate reading about women being enslaved to men in a dystopian future but I can’t help but be totally hooked! And this ending I felt like screaming for Setora!!! I’ve had that many moments that I’ve eye rolled to these men I’m shocked my eyes arnt backwards.
