Love the Volkov Family

Katya's father is the alpha of the Siberian pack. He sent Katya's heartmate away when Katya was 16 because Katya was too young to mate. This gave Katya time to get a college education in the USA and now she is the CFO of a large advertising firm. But suddenly Katya is being threatened. And her heartmate has come back into the picture as the new CEO of the advertising company. Everything is aflutter. Someone is trying to kill Katya, Ilya is trying to get Katya to accept him, and Katya's brother Rurik is trying to protect her from everyone. Oh, and that's not all, shifter politics is a big issue too. I loved this book. So much going on. This book was a real page turner. Great book.

Katya fails at being an alpha

Katya fails at being an alpha. Book starts out strong, but she is being manipulated by her father and her supposed mate for her own good of course.

They treat her like fragile glass and she falls apart.

I guess I am just disappointed she wasn’t an alpha that I thought she was and wasn’t able to hold her own against the male lead
