Lorraine wasn’t about to get dragged into the madness of having a match, or worse – a mate.
Fix the spell to change Esther back to her old self, and then it was bye-bye because she was out of there. Only, things very rarely went as planned.
First, there was the pesky vampire. Then her sisters were colluding to make her worst nightmares come true. Now, there was him.
Six-foot-odd of – wow! And Mr Wow was all hers.
OH-boy, oh-boy, oh-boy!
What was a witch to do?

Bear with her!

Not as good as the first book. Needed more humour. Being the middle sister sucked. Now she had to go grocery shopping with her elder sister. No matter how she tried to speed shop her sister kept dawdling. Now she has been insulted by a vampire and has met a bear shifter. Okay he got her pulse racing but she really didn't want a mate. Regardless of the spells that Grammy cast. Now home she tries to make a break for freedom. Will she get away from the bear? Will the vampire find his mate? Will Grammy turn their aunt back? An okay plot. It really could have done with a few more laughs.

I loved Lorraine, The youngest of the three sisters. She really did find her voice in this book, poor little mouse!
Funny as always, this books a scream. I was crying with laughter at parts, usually when Esther was around. No spoilers!
Can't wait to find out what Grammy's up to next.
Little sad it's only a three book series.
I can't recommend this series enough. Brilliant, ML, just brilliant.
More please!

Funny Read

As usual with this author's novels, I laughed my head off. There's just something magical (no pun intended) about the books by M L Briers. She captures the art of just plain silliness so easily. The sex scenes are great but it's really the interactions of the characters that keeps me coming back.

Funny

So far both books are good hope the next one lives up to the other ones in the series. Hope the girls spell granny with a mate too.

Another great story

One of my favorite authors, her characters are funny and the story flows seamlessly. Worth reading. Looking forward to Rhonda’s story.

Funny and entertaining

Laughs from the beginning of the book to the very end. The characters and storyline are, as expected, quite witty.

Enjoyable short read

Not crazy about your new cartoon cover. Seems more appropriate for teens and younger. The content is most definitely NOT for the younger age group

I just discovered this author as paranormal isn’t my first go to when reading. I am so glad I gave it a chance. I have read both of the available vbooks in this series and now can’t wait for the next. It’s fast paced, funny and light with just the right amount of spice. I can’t wait to read more!
