I received a free copy of this book in exchange for a honest review. I have no connection to Ashraf Haggag.

I really enjoyed this book. It is a short but straight to the point. I might be biased as many of the points in this book, are very much in line with my own way of thinking. It was great to have many of them reaffirmed and made me look at things in a slightly different way.

The message of each of the 20 rules might be simple, but that is why they are so effective. I also like the fact the Ashraf discusses a practical method of how to achieve each rule. Then at the end of every chapter he add famous quotes for each rules.

This is a great book, with a great message. It is simple and effective. Short but straight to the point. It reminds me of SMART targets. Specific, Measurable, Agreeded upon, Realisable, Time bases. Everyone of these rules falls into these categories which makes them so effective.

As the name suggests book contains 20 chapters or we can say 20 diamond rules for our physical, emotional, psychological well being. Rather than self help book, we can use it as a guide or journal and put suggestions given in that in day today life.
I loved the concept of the book and especially those twenty chapters covers almost all the aspects of the human life that is necessary for our well being.
To write such book, detail study of topics that are mentioned has been done by author and he has simplified and put as brief summary for our better understanding, that can be predicted from the writings.
I loved all the chapters but the rule or chapter number ten that is “Make time to get in touch with your soul” I loved that concept the most. That is really unique and I have never heard about it before.
Overall good one. It’s the perfect guide for the one who is seeking change in lifestyle/routine for emotional and physical well being !

This book was very different than the books I normally read. I have read very few non fiction books, so I wasn't sure what to expect from this one. But right from the beginning, I found this book to be very insightful and helpful in our day to day life.

I needed some motivation in my life, and this was a perfect book for me. I loved the simplicity of this book, it's not one of those books which just talks and talks about positivity, because real life is not always flowers and happiness. And we have to accept that fact. This book talks about little things that you can add to your daily goals, and actually feel like you have achieved something.

We always come to a point in our life where we feel lost, or don't know what to do, and such self help books always contribute in some way. If you take at least one advice and it makes your life better, it's a book worth reading. This book talks about almost everything phase of our life, and how to react to the problems that we face. There were many things that really stayed with me, and I definitely needed some positive vibes and motivation in my life, so this book was a perfect read.

And if you have some time on your hands, this book isn't very long and will definitely help you overcome little hurdles in your life. If you need a little push, go and read this book!

How many of you are fans of nonfiction especially self help books? well I like self help books a lot especially self help books and videos on YouTube help me develop myself a little more everyday and better myself a little more than what I was the day before. This book 20 Diamond rules for ultimate well being by

Ashraf Haggag is one of the best books I have read in recent times of self help. The book focuses on the development of Mind body spirit and soul. Divided into 20 distinct chapters it starts of with an introduction, chasing material things and ends with the power of giving. Each chapter is a rule in itself and starts with some basic probabilities of what happens in one's life and ends with some relatable quotations.

the third chapter 1 exercise is a really new one that I have found amongst so many of the non fiction self help books that I have read. It focuses on how one should exercise fruitfully and not just push one's body to the utmost level and receive fatigue and nothing else in return. chapter 13 speaks of redefining the meaning of failure in one's life and acknowledging mistakes which is I think the most important chapter and rule in the entire book and should be encouraged to put in our lives as well. overall the book is a very good read and can be read multiple Times if one does not succeed in putting all the rules together in their lives at one go. My waiting for the book will be 4/5.

This self - help book elucidates 20 points which can help in leading a life of ultimate well - being. Spread in 20 chapters, each describing each of the 20 points, the book is old wine in new bottle but this time the wine shows potential to cause a high.

By ultimate well - being, the author means the answer to “feelings of discontent, unhappiness and looking for answers in destructive ways”. The author says that the answers lie in an individual’s thinking. He says that everybody needs to have a “Wheel of Balance” and offers tools and facts to maintain its rotation.

All the facts put forth are true and put forth in simple language. The tools provided, if followed with sanctity can really lead to well - being. But how far are we committed. The author also lists the advantages and disadvantages if every point in every chapter. The quotes at the end of every chapter do provide a comprehensive summary of the chapter.

However, the biggest let down is the numerous typographical and grammatical errors in the book. So much, that some of the sentences do not make a meaning at all. There are instances where HTML reference pages are included which raise curiosity in the reader’s mind.

I would recommend an edited version to someone who is new to the self-help genre.

Overall, a book worthy of a chew but better swallowed.

In order to describe the book , I can't complete my whole review in this single post . To be short , this self help book doesn't only tells you the good and bad bad things . Also gives a short experience of those things to you , so that you can understand that clearly . .
The author has also described elaborately , the advantages and disadvantages of each and every circumstances in every chapter .
Also there are short quotes after each chapter , that are containing a whole world of meaning for us . .
The quotes are so amazing , and relatable to our day to day life and also they all are true .
You can say , these 20 rules , if followed correctly , can improve our lifestyle rapidly and in a healthy manner. .
This book is itself a tool , for bringing happiness , focus and attention in our lives .
This book also contains answers for those , who cannot maintain a balance in their lives .
.
.
This book is recommendable to all , it may belong to the self-help genre , but should be read by everyone .

Review :

I've always been up for reading a self help book as long as the author has written something that's genuine and not copied mere quotes from Instagram. I didn't go wrong with this one. Let me say this, I really liked the book. The book has twenty chapters in the form of 20 diamond rules. The author talks about attachment to materialistic things, happiness, giving, exercise, effective communication, company, health, living, listening to your soul, nutrition, sleep and a lot more things.
The flow of the book is smooth and I would recommend reading two chapters a day. The language used can be easily understood by even a beginner. What I like the most about the book is that at the end of each chapter, the author has kept quotes related to the topic that the chapter is all about. Also, the author has shared 5-6 tips to practise the particular rule of every chapter and that makes practising them quite easy, motivating and helpful. Each chapter also contains particular things that make practising the rule difficult. By reading them, we can improvise on them. The book is very well thought out and is great for someone who wants to start reading self help books or wants to make a change in their life. I did find a few punctuation errors and a spelling mistake but that can be overlooked.

Quotes I liked :

- Power is the ability to do good things for the others.
- The most important thing in communication is to hear what isn't being said.
- It isn't distance that keeps people apart but lack of communication.
- People are capable, at any time in their lives, of doing what they dream of.
- Health is not about the weight you lose but about the life you gain.
- Good to forgive, best to forget.

Thanks to the author for sending me the review copy in exchange of an honest review.

Review:
The book is surrounded around creating and maintaining a healthy life. The composition of the book is really impressive. Crisp and straight to the point the 20 rules are elaborated in the book in 20 different chapter each of which has its unique focus on a particular subject decoding to the readers what it really is. Each chapter beautifully ends with a few quotes by the author or by some famous personality that relate to the chapter. The chapters are well written to the point and there is not beating around the bush or unnecessary repetition of content. My personal favorite chapters from the 20 in the book were the ones related to sleep and stress. The writer has beautifully put into words what really stress is. Not just the bad side but also the good side of the stress is highlighted by the writer. He has beautifully put forth the importance of optimum level of stress. The only thing that I did not like as a reader was the feminine and masculine attributes given to the soul describing creativity as the feminine side and will power as the masculine side of soul. Apart from that, I really appreciate the contents of the book. The language used is simple and easy to understand by the readers. The point of the book too is put forth directly without unnecessarily complicating it.

My Views-
To begin with, as the name suggests, 20 Diamond rules, the book is divided into 20 chapters. These 20 chapters speak a lot about self-help, motivation, emotional wellbeing and some points that are written, make you stop and think!
The language of the book is simple and easy to understand. The author has described the points quite well in the given 150 pages. The flow of the book is also good and can be read easily in few sittings. A few points seemed like the regular stuff mentioned in other self-help or motivational book. The book covers most of the aspects of our day to day life that are necessary for surviving in this world.
The most favorite thing I found in the book is where the writer talks about making time to connect with the soul. In my opinion, it is what we are missing now-a-days. We have become so mechanical that we have forgotten to connect with our soul.
I am not a great fan of non-fiction books & self-help books were my cup of tea once upon a time. I find most self-help books monotonous and less inspiring. But this book was a good one, if not great.
My rating 3.5 for the simple language and the different aspects covered in the book.

Well well well I am not at all a fan of nonfiction especially self help books I find them irritating and monotonous as a somebody is giving me the same intellectual Gyan that my parents give me everyday. but this book 20 Diamond rules for ultimate well being by Ashraf Haggag is very much different and can be entitled to a really different level.

Rating:⭐⭐⭐⭐/🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

divided into 20 chapters are rules apart from the introduction this book focuses on the four aspects of Living that is mind body spirit and soul.

From chasing material things to power of giving, from exercise to nutrition, from getting surrounded by Happy People to making your life a better one to communicating in a better way this book has in it it all.

Each chapter starts with the pros and cons of the problem of the topic we are dealing with and ends with solutions and prospective quotations which are quite relatable.

"The wise man does not lay up his own

treasures. The more he gives to others, the

more he has for his own"- this quotation from chapter 20 which stresses on the power of giving has touched me the most.

"God is teaching us through the Scriptures about the

tremendous power of giving, In both the Old and

New Testaments, we can see the results of

generous giving, and we are taught to give

generously and with the right motivation.

The world will always come up with reasons why

we can’t give, and sometimes we may find

ourselves outside of our comfort zone when we

follow God’s lead during offering time. But the level

of our giving is an indicator of how much we trust

Him" - and this reference to Bible makes me nostalgic as I come from a convent school and takes me back to those days when Bible and the gospel was are primary self help book.

The third chapter on exercise is so adaptable that one can understand that not working out for maximum hours a day helps you but working out in a suitable manner which was its your body actually helps to develop a healthy body and mind.

Overall the book is a very good read and can be easily and enculcated  in our life. I would recommend everyone to read this book at least once for a better well being.

20 Diamond Rules For Ultimate Well-Being

Ashraf Haggag

Non-fiction, Self-help

150 Pages.

Rating : 2.5/5

Once in a while, every person needs a light wake up call, or a reminder or even an intervention with their life in a strong yet simple manner. 20 Diamond Rules For Ultimate Well-Being is one such wake up call. I would call it more of a self-help diary than a book.

The author of the book provides with 20 rules of life to be followed which can be and must followed by each and every person in life.

The rules range from setting life goals, our thought process, fine tuning our soul, daily behaviour of a human being, mental health to simple things as routine diet, exercise and sleeping habits.

The most important thing about this book is it is very lucid and a breezy read. You can get done within some hours of focused reading and making notes. It makes you rethink about your lifestyle without making you feel low like many self help books do.

Although the contents of the book are something which we always read in our daily lives as they are pretty general and repetitive and we have encountered these sort of things time and again in our lives, they can have a positive impact.

On the flipside, the book is very general and aloof.
There is not much new knowledge or advice to look out for in this book but as I mentioned earlier this book can prove as a reminder and a wake up call to set things right in life as and when needed. It would take less effort to read and help you bullet point the things you need to do. It can serve as a revision of the good things you need to do that you are always bombarded with time and again.

To end, this book only did me good, so I’d give a thumbs up if you asked me if it is worth the read. I noticed some things which I am not applying in my life and I shall be thankful to the author for that reminder.

Happy Reading.

As the name of the book suggests, this book is the compilation of twenty rules that’ll lead you to the way of success and well-being, the condition being the same, if we follow them.

The author has divided the book into twenty chapters with each chapter containing one rule which is further elaborated through quotes and examples. The introduction at start is power-packed and professional at the same time.

The chapters are focussed on one single topic whose importance and way of achievement is discussed as well as explained in the book. The methods that can be used to achieve the given rule are also elaborated.

The language used in this is simple and motivating. The author is straight forward towards the rules and this straightforwardness makes the book more motivating. The length of the book has not been stretched by the author who helps in retaining the thoughts and messages easily. The start may feel like a boring one but as the chapters move forward, it becomes easier to read.

The rules are quite common and basic ones which we all know and have heard or read many times. The collection of quotes, at the end of each chapter, was quite motivating and provided a treat to mind after a lecture.

In short, this book is the collection of twenty rules along with the critical analysis of those points. The author has not wasted words in beating the bush and has come to the point from start. The analysis helps a lot in clearing what the author wants to say and on what we should work on.

Overall, it is a short self-help book with information about what to do to achieve your goals.

My opinion:
So beginning with, this book is a light read for self help. In 150 pages it very nicely try to bring about the basic requirements a person need to follow to be successful in life or like the title suggests for the ultimate well being. Its easy understandable language and on to the point explanations about the rule keeps us immersed in the book. Its a kind of book that can be read and finished in one sitting. Unlike other self help books which i usually find very difficult to finish in one go, this book was a light read and just stated the fact rather than saying what to do and what not to do. The cherry on the top was the quotes at the end of each chapter.

But also to be noted, this list in the book is not sufficient to guide a person. Further in depth knowledge would be required to be guided for any rule that needs to be followed. Comparing with other non fiction and self help books this just gives an idea or lets say an introduction to the journey of well being.

I rate this book three out of five because the content was excellent and on to the point. It brings light to certain forgetten aspects of life. But also its just an introduction. And also the book contained typographical errors.
Recommendation:
This book i can recommend to everyone out there who likes to read and even those who do not, because the book being small and up to the point can make even a non reader to read it. This could easily be a beginning to the world of self help books. And also all those who have been reading real heavy self help books, this one will be a one sitting light read. So do pick it up for your own well being.

20 Diamond Rules for Ultimate Well-Being has my heart. This book is therapy for the soul. You know there are times when you are feeling down and out? And you require some dose of comfort and motivation? This book does exactly that. The 20 Diamond Rules for Ultimate Well-Being is inspirational without being over the top.

The fact that I like the most about the book is that it is not preachy. The book is innovative for it gives your practical solutions backed by research as to how to make your life more fulfilling. The problem with most self help books is that they lose track. They might give you the purpose to get things on track but they fail to tell you how. The result? You fall into the same trap.

But this is where 20 Diamond Rules for Ultimate Well-Being shines. There are studies and researches cited that offer nice ideas. Right from feeding your soul to feeding those around you, this book covers all aspects of life. So it lives up to its title- Ultimate well being. It is not merely centered around physical, mental or material health. But rather, it is a healthy combination of all these.

However, the book does falter in one area- editing. There are some glaring grammatical errors in the book. Perhaps the biggest one of them all is when in the chapter title the word Prioritization is mistakenly written Periodization. In my opinion, this is a serious goof-up. But it is a self help book so such mistakes can still be overlooked.

20 Diamond rules for ultimate well-being is a self help book which not only deals with the wellbeing of just out body, mind and soul but also that of the people around us. Containing 20 main topics with various subheadings , this book puts in words different thoughts and ideas which are simple to implement and our pretty much realistic. I've always faced problem in reading self help books due to the fact that the content they write are nothing but a forceful attempt on us to change the world in one night. Thankfully, the author of this book has mentioned ideas which can be executed in day to day life and help enhance the quality of the life we are living little by little everyday . The author has rightfully tried to make everyone realise that there is no fixed age limit to do what you love. Age should never kill your passions and your likings. One should never fear to live his/her life with restrictions and break free such limitations .
It is also mentioned in the book that how in order to pursuit success and luxury in life , we forget to live in the moment and often forget our basic self care needs. We should always remember that our wellbeing comes first and all the other things come later.

These important rules are taught by the book which surely is very helpful. Thankyou Ashraf Haggag for writing a very useful book which will definitely help in self improvement and wellbeing.

20 Diamond Rules for Ultimate Well Being, as the name suggests, is a self-help book divided into 20 chapters that help you cope with any tough situations life may throw at you. It is a short book with only 150 pages, thus making it an easy read that can be finished in a sitting. The language pretty simple. The author makes sure to convey the points in a straightforward, uncomplicated way. But from the first chapter, there was an issue that is consistent throughout. The points that the author talks about are very generic and clichéd topics that can be found in numerous other self help books. Unfortunately, there is nothing unique about this one that makes it standout in a category of books that has existed for years now years now. Though I am happy that each chapter was short and not dragged much, it did feel like the author had just tackled them on a superficial level. There are parts in the book that could have been edited better, as they either contain small typos or grammatical errors. As the copy I received was for review purpose only, I am unsure if that will be the case in the final edition. But having said all of this, I think this book would be a good starter for someone who is just entering into the realm of self-helps. Sometimes, we forget the most basic keys to happiness and it helps to hear it from someone else. If that’s the case, this book works for you.

Overall, I would give this book a 2.5/5 🙂

I must begin with the fact that I was really intrigued by the name of the book as we are always used to hearing Golden rules that I had to check it out if these rules were indeed more valuable than gold!

20 diamond rules deals with pointers for an all-round physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological well-being! The format of the book is quite simple. The author stresses on a point in each chapter with an explanation, examples and ending them with quotes.
It is a good starting place for people who want to get into this genre and want everything in one place. Starting from not chasing material things to importance of exercising, proper nutrition and substance abuse, from stress management and importance of prioritization to the power of giving and holding your own opinions.

The book is very concise and a very fast read considering it is only 150 pages long. If you are new to the genre, I would recommend reading a few chapters a day rather than reading the whole thing in one go in order to stop, think and form your own opinions and put the author’s words in the context of your life to imbibe how that works for you.

Sadly, the book doesn’t have much to offer for people who are regular to this genre. For them it can be a good summary book for the days you really feel the need to be told these things again to pick you up! The compactness of the book is a big influence on the final rating of the book.

20 Diamond Rules for Ultimate Well-being: Mind, Body, Spirit, Soul, the title says it all. The Book consists of 20 rules. The book is divided into 20 chapters. one rules discussed in every chapter. All the rules amazingly described. Every rule is very useful in life.
Three things about this book surprised me and I liked it a lot more than I thought I would.

One - it seemed pretty much timeless. Not much extraordinary here, because language still serves the same purposes as ever, and people still want basically the same things they've always wanted. I liked the book.
Two - the rules described in the book are amazing. We all try to do what the title says, just like everyone else, whether we're admitting it to ourselves or not. Readers are repeatedly encouraged to develop genuine interest in others, be honest and ethical, and obey the golden rule.
Three - I enjoyed it and it felt easy and natural to apply some of the rules in my life. Shortly after reading this book, I was a little bit better.

This book is a guide to life. I think several people should be required to read this book at least once. Teachers, emotional teenagers, employers, employees, husbands, wives, brothers, sisters, friends, neighbors, politicians etc...

I truly found this book entertaining. Although it is a self-improvement type book.

I would give it 4/5 star

My Rating : 4/5

I don't usually delve into non-fiction genre and especially into self-help books. But 20 Diamond Rules For Ultimate Well being : Mind, Body, Spirit, And Soul by Ashraf Haggag is honestly one of those books that you should give a try.

Ashraf has systematically curated the intel on what it takes for the enhancement of the 4 vital elements of a human being. Mind, Body, Spirit and Soul, are those of the most complicated, and on the contrary, the easiest factors to deal with. You just need to know how to. And this book, as it says, is truly the ultimate guide to I would not say success or rich fortune, but to bringing out the best in you.

I am going to be really honest here now, although the book is very enlightening, there were instances where I felt like to information to be too much to deal with. Like it felt monotonous, well, it might also be because I am not a spiritual or self-help book person.

If you are someone looking for a trail on how to organise yourself or become more systematic and all motivated, this book is for you. In fact this book is for anyone who want to seek some sort of spiritual and self understanding.

In the end, I would definitely recommend this book as it really has a lot of great information on various topics which would be helpful for you in exploring yourself.

Thank You.

This book is about the 20 rules which we should follow to live a good life. All these rules are mainly related to four aspects, i.e., mind, body, spirit and soul. There are 20 chapters and each chapter explains one rule in a detailed manner. It has been described that how can someone follow these rules and make their life better. In the end of every chapter, few quotes are given.
We all are living a very fast and stressful life these days. We are so busy in our work or studies that we forget to take care of ourselves. As a result, we suffer from mental and physical illness or anxiety issues. So, all these rules described in this book makes complete sense and we all should follow them. Author has perfectly described each rule. Language is easy to understand. In the beginning of few chapters, I felt like I am talking to my soul and was agreeing with every point. But in the end, it became a little monotonous type. Explanation is brilliant and quotes in the end are quite suitable and very inspiring.
I think after the last chapter of Rule-20, there should be one chapter for conclusion also. Otherwise this book is good for students and entrepreneurs. As the language is simple, you will find no difficulty. If we follow these diamond rules, then we will surely lead a good life.

If you think that many people around you are happy but you are not, the people who are living with the salary as much as you have are satisfied but not you, you want to read a self help book but do not read because of their length and too many details which can not be done in daily life then this book is meant for you.

The book contains 20 chapters, each talking about different concepts of daily life, how to be happy and satisfied with what you have, how to live a healthy life along with a peaceful soul. The book focuses on mind, body, spirit and soul. The book talks about few concepts that are very rare to find in other self help books.

My favourite chapter is "Make time to get in touch with your soul".

Good points :

* The book talks in simple language that can be understand by everyone.
* The book is presented in a way that can touch anyone.
* The book talks in a very easy way and the ideas are that simple that you can try in daily life too easily.
* Every chapter has few quotes in end regarding the concept of chapter, that will motivate you.
* Short read of 150 pages in ebook.

Bad points :
* Only for beginners who want to read a self help book, if you read a lot of self help books then you will not be pleased by the book

After a long time I have read a self help book. This a book based on physically , emotionally and psychologically well being. I love the concept on which book was based. This book is set of 20 rules which are one of most important rules of humans life highlighted by the author. The rules suggested by author were based on reality. He says many good points like stop chasing money , our life is unique and many more.
The best thing I like about the book was at the end of the chapter there was some very good quotes as a conclusion of the rules. I love the second chapter most in which talk about doing well for others.
The language was simple and easy to understand. And there are grammatical errors also in the book and I would request the publisher to edit them.
The cover of the book is simple and good looking. The book was overall good. I love the rules which are explained by author in very good manner . I would love to follow these rules for living a better life.
I would recommend this book to everyone and specially to those who are looking forward to live a healthy and beautiful life on this unique planet Earth.

This book by Ashraf Hagag revolves around 20 rules that tell you what to do for your well being. It isn't like most book where the content is see through but has lots of exclusively imported words. This 150 something pages book speaks about real life problems and situations and how to do 'Life' better. The author talks about materialistic things and doing well for others and exercise and everything in between. And he does it with fairly understandable language with enough evidence and deliberate research.
The best things about the book are :
- It is relatable in a 'why didn't I ever realise this before' kind of way.
- It is to the point and does not beat around the bush.
- It feels actually genuine and coherent.
- All chapters have a brief summary/quotes to remember at the end which can be quite helpful even after turning the final page.
- The chapters are actually shorter and therefore quite interesting.

.
Some of my favorite quotes :
"The only way to see it(the past) is once you are already past it."

"Health is not about the weight you lose but about the life you gain"

I'm going to be honest, I thought this book was gonna be a snooze fest because non-fiction isn't really my genre but this book proved me wrong. It was so good! It was descriptive without coming across like a lecture, the author explained the concepts beautifully. There wasn't a single moment where I felt that I was reading a textbook or something. Usually self help books are very preach-y and consists of things that are better said than done but the author was so easy and simple with his words that all of the things in the book seem doable and can easily be incorporated in daily life. It was short, very crisp and to the point which made my reading experience better.

I had a lot of fun reading this book and I'm definitely gonna put the knowledge to good use. Another thing I loved about the book was that the author had given examples from his own daily life. There wasn't a single moment where this book was dull or I wanted to put it down. And being a person who just started college and is experiencing new things, this book was really helpful for me. Definitely recommended.

It is a Self-help book. So the book contains 20 different rules based on out life and well-being in 20 different chapters. The best part about the book is Positivity towards life and how one can be happy and enjoy to the fullest in every circumstances. The way of controlling our mood, soul, spirit and body as described on the cover.

Author has came up with really bold topic and straight to the point without sugar coating anything which was the bestest part and great read.

My favorite part of the book was when Author has explained we are in no need to wait for a miracle or that specific time or age or anything to listen our heart and what we really want to do. If we feel like doing that work then go for it but without any higher expectations because every path has a phase of success and failure.

Book has the answer for depression, anger and demotivation. Language is easy to understand but I felt chapters a bit lengthy. Perfectly described rules and has in a perfect pace. Loved the title and cover as well.

"People are capable, at any time in their lives, of doing what they dream of"

I'll tell you, why this book is different from all the self help books you may have heard about, as the name suggests, the book is divided into 20 chapters....20 everyday aspects where everyone sometimes struggles. Now this division helps in focusing on one topic at a time and all the aspects of that topic are discussed at one place. Like communication, effective communication that is, personal growth, etc.

Every chapter ends with focus points or more like summary or takeaways, which is a great idea.

The book flows easily, the language used is simple and precise, no going around one topic, it's to the point as it should be.

"We set our life goals based on age, and once past a specific age, we assume that the goal has been missed and opportunity lost."

It's a good start for those who are new to nonfiction and want to read self help books.

3.5/5 🌟

It is divided into 20 chapters and each chapter covers a different topic\aspect of life, including various sub headings. If something in particular interests you, then you can easily go to that chapter directly. Basically, it is a book for improving your overall lifestyle and state of mind.
There are various interesting topics like 'Stop comparing yourself to others', 'It's never too late to start', 'Live the moment', 'The art of acceptance' and many more..
Life is all about balancing. This book stresses equally on emotions, self control, setting goals and priorities in life and also with these not to forget your physical heath. The best part of the book is that it is very straight forward & without any long philosophical stories. This makes the book approachable and relatable.I can say this is one of the most practical Self Help book I have come across till now.
