Tammy L. Grace, Author of “A Season For Hope: A Christmas Novella” has written an emotional, delightful, cheerful, and feel good novella depicting the Holiday season. The Genres for this Novella are Fiction, Women’s Fiction and Romance. The author describes her cast of characters as secretive, kind, good neighbors, helpful family members that are relatable and likable to the readers.

Hope and her young son Jake stay in a guest house in a small mountain town in Silver Falls, when their car breaks down. Hope helps the owner with cleaning and preparing food in exchange for free room and board. To fix the car will be expensive, and she is aware she will have to find other ways to make money. The owner and her adult sons love dogs, and they fit in quite nicely. Of course, being an animal lover I love reading about dogs.

I appreciate the way the authors describes the cheery festivities, and decorations that are in the town from Thanksgiving to Christmas. Hope has major secrets and has to protect herself and her son. She would love if she could resolve her problems and stay forever. Is it possible to have hope?

This is a heartwarming story and has a happily ever after ending, that shows how kindness, thoughtfulness and helpfulness from other makes a huge difference.

I would recommend this light, easy to read enjoyable novella for those readers who enjoy a feel good story.

The perfect Christmas book is one that is joyful, heartwarming, and filled with the sights and sounds of the season! A Season for Hope fits that description perfectly in this story of a mother and son stranded in a small town. Hope and Jake are taken in by an innkeeper and her two sons, and all of their dogs! Seeing the holidays through Jake’s 7-year-old eyes added fun and merriment to this book. Grab some hot chocolate and some sugar cookies and lose yourself in this lovely holiday story!

It's not often a book makes me cry (happy tears) but this book gave me ALL the feels! Truly enjoyed the entire story and my stars are definitely reflecting that. So much of this feel good story was similar to events that take place in our little community which I found extremely heart warming. I'm looking so forward to reading The Magic Of The Season next.

MY REVIEW : 📚📒📙📘📗📕📚

A Season For Hope is a heart warming Christmas novel with a touch of suspense . It that takes you on a wonderful journey. It is very well written and a very easy read that captured my attention and interest from the very beginning . The cover is beautiful and draws your attention to it. Tammy Grace does a great job of taking you down main street, describing the different stores, the town square, as well as the bed and breakfast. You feel like you are right there with them. The settings are all so beautifully-described. Not one but all of the characters are realistic and so lovable. This is such a sweet story of love , loss, growth and friendship. It is even full of such sweet and loveable doggies. Hope and her son are struggling financially( after running from something) and her car breaks down in this small town. Left with a huge bill to replace the transmission in her car you will go on a journey with them through the holidays in a small charming town called Silver Falls. A woman who runs a bed n breakfast offers them a place to stay for a few days in exchange for room and board. I fell in love with this family and hope to hear more of their stories. You will laugh, cry, cheer & root for Hope and , Jake as Hope goes about coming up with a way to make the money to fix her car. The story flows beautifully and is well paced. This magical Christmas tale has everything I enjoy about Christmas stories: captivating characters, witty dialogue, an enchanting town, and sweet romance. It's so easy to lose yourself in the town, characters, and story. I love how the town has so many cool Christmas Traditions they do every year. The story wasn't totally about Christmas, it takes place during the few weeks prior, starting with Thanksgiving and leading up to Christmas . The town in the book sounds like a delightful place to live. Thanksgiving spent as the bed and breakfast guest was such a sweet time and I loved the images that were created from this. Other scenes is particular I liked was all the ones with Drew playing and bonding with Jake. I loved the relationships that were being built and seeing the changes taking place. It was a quick short story but it was packed with emotion, family love, and second chances. And such a heartwarming end.I hope there is more to come from Silver Falls because i am so in love with this family. And I really hope this becomes a Hallmark movie in the future because I loved it!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I recommend this book for fans of Hallmark movies and Christmas fanatics.

A Season For Hope is a story that evelopes the true meaning of Christmas. It's about giving, loving, and hope. It's a novella that warms your heart. Tammy L. Grace took me into the holiday season with so many of the traditional smells, feelings, sights and especially the gifts of caring and loving and giving.
I felt welcomed into the story. I was a guest in the pages as I read about Hope, Jake, and the wonderful family that took them into their home when they needed the help most. It's a small town story of the citizens that reach out and give of what they have to give. "Silver Falls has a lot of holiday spirit. It makes people feel good to help someone who needs it."
I love the addition of the dogs in the story. Dogs just love so unconditionally and they fit perfect in this book. Dogs make me happy and these sure did.
Ms. Grace has the wonderful ability to write descriptively and I could smell the wonderful meals, see the beautiful Christmas lights, and feel the love that emantated from the characters.
This is a great novella to usher you into the spirit of the season!
I want to thank Tammy L. Grace for the gift of her book and the honor I had of reading it.
It's a wonderful 5 stars and truly has a Hallmark movie essence.

A Season for Hope is a book about a woman and her son trying to start anew. Abby is trying to find a place for her and her son Tyler to start a new beginning. She is hiding from her past and changes her name to Hope and her sons to Jake. Her car stops working and she has to call a tow truck. The car is towed and it turns into a life changing situation. The mechanic drops her off at the Silver Lake Guest House and she meets Dottie who becomes a great support to her and Jake. Dottie has a dog Scout that Jake becomes very attached to. Dottie also has 2 sons who check in on her after the loss of her husband. He hasn't been gone a year so they are all still hurting. All of them have suffered different losses and have to work on healing. Not wanting to give all the story away I will finish with Silver Falls is where Abby learns about trust, hope and love. Thanks for allowing me to read this sweet book Tammy. I was given this book as an ARC for my honest review.

BEAUTIFUL NOVELLA!

A Season for Hope: A Christmas Novella by Tammy Grace is perfect for getting you ready for the Holidays. Grace’s setting is a beautiful small town in the edge of Nevada. The type of place where everyone looks after everyone else. If they see a need, they try to meet it. Her characters are so realistic and they’re the kind of people you want to sit across from, have a cup of coffee, tea or hot cocoa with and get to know them better. You are drawn to know their stories. You are drawn to their kindness. You are drawn to how they love their family and how they’ve managed to cope with their grief. You will really be amazed to see their kindness to a woman and her young son who desperately need it. One thing for sure, they could all use a Season of Hope to change their lives forever! I was provided a copy of this book by the author. The opinions expressed here are completely my own and without influence.

Christmas in Silver Falls

Author Tammy L. Grace entertains her readers with a cute Christmas story that takes place in the winter wonderland of Silver Falls, Nevada at Christmas time.

When Hope's car breaks down in the small town of Silver Falls, Nevada, she is towed to the nearest shop, and finds out her car will be a lot of money to fix, that she doesn't have. She doesn't know what she will do. She is told of the local B&B that has a cancellation, run by a woman named Dottie.
Dottie just happens to need help at the inn.

Dottie has two sons. Grant owns the local bakery, and Drew is the town vet. Together, Dottie, Drew, and Grant, and the whole town of Silver Falls, comes together to make this the best Christmas for Hope and her son.

A Season for Hope plays out like a Hallmark movie. It is about the kindness of strangers, family, and the spirit of Christmas. This is a feel good book, that will warm your heart and put you in the Christmas spirit.

Warm fuzzy feelings are what I felt reading “A Season For Hope” by Tammy L Grace and I wanted to dive right into The Magic of the Season which is the second book of the series.

This book is a lovely story that takes place during the holidays and reminds us of the reason for the season. Taking care of one another and helping those in need is what the town of Silver Falls is all about. I want to move there because this is the kind of town I want to live in!
I will be thinking about this book and it’s characters as I prepare for the holidays this year.

This is the first book I have read by Tammy L. Grace and it certainly won’t be the last.
I’m going to start The Magic of the Season right now! If you love a good Christmas story, this one is for you!

A heartwarming story

A story of a family dealing with grief and loss meets up with a woman and her son in need of a place to stay and a way to earn money so her car can be repaired. The unbridled joy of a seven year old boy during holiday celebrations brings out the best in everyone. This genuine side of relationships and life’s challenges being overcome is a hallmark of Tammy Grace’s writing. After reading this and the Hometown Harbor series, I’ll happily read any book she writes!

Tammy L. Grace captured my heart from the beginning of this Christmas Romance Novella. Hope’s story tugged at my heart strings throughout this book.
The characters were well written and developed and though their personalities were all so different, the way they were weaved together was great.
I absolutely loved this story and will definitely be reading more of Tammy L Grace’s books. I was teary eyed at the end but...... were they happy tears or were they sad tears? Grab this book and find out for yourself.

A sweet holiday story

Just like a Hallmark Christmas movie! Hope and her son Jake are traveling through Silver Falls when her car breaks down. Dottie offers her a room at her Bed and Breakfast inn in exchange for help with cleaning and decorating. A minor mishap for Dottie means Hope's stay is extended. Will Dottie, or one of her sons, find out why Hope is really traveling, or why she's using a fake name? Will it change their opinion of her? This story is full of wonderful holiday details that had me wishing I could move to Silver Falls.

Similar to Debbie Macomber

This book is a clean, simple romance with a background story very similar to the works of Debbie Macomber. If you like Macomber's books you will like this one. The main character, Hope and her son Jake are on a road trip when their car breaks down, thus starts the story. A holiday tale filled with dogs, holiday fun, and the joy of giving will warm your heart.

I love how well the characters are developed in Tammy Grace's books, and this story of Hope & her son didn't disappoint. I also loved the small town, their residents & their Christmas traditions. I shed some happy tears at the end. Hoping for a sequel for Grant.
