I did not finish this book, I simply couldn’t. Maybe a younger version of myself could have enjoyed this book, but I couldn’t stand the writing or the characters. In school they teach us to not use perfect characters as nobody is perfect, obviously. The characters introduced in the first chapters, perfect everything and it was quite annoying. Lisa Harrison missed a big part, the why should readers keep reading, why should we care about these characters? I didn’t so I stopped reading and it is in my goodwill pile. My warning to you if you think you would like this book, read/skim the first three chapters before buying.
