I LOVED, LOVED this cookbook. I absolutely love the concept of cooking out of your pantry. You don’t have to buy 50 ingredients or things you will use one time. The recipes were simple and healthy. Would definitely recommend it.

Decent recipes but nothing really new. There are a few I want to try.

However, there are very few photos that actually show what a recipe looks like. They're mostly photos of individual ingredients. Not very helpful if you want to know what a recipe should like.

The concept of this cookbook is what truly caught my eye. Green lists things that are essential to keep in your pantry and then gives several recipes that utilizes items found in that pantry. The recipes were simple and basic, nothing unique.
