I didn’t want to stay in the mainstream of a boring nine-to-five job, so I quit to fulfill my passion for writing. I decided to utilize my time with something I knew I would enjoy and had always wanted to do. I submitted my first manuscript to Siren-BookStrand a couple of months ago; and much to my excited delight, I got a reply saying they would love to publish my story. I literally jump out of bed with excitement each day and can’t wait for my laptop to power up so I can get to work.

Bad Guys All Around
Sprite is what I’m going to call our heroine as I can’t remember what her name is & 1 of the brothers constantly calls her sprite. This is what happens when the heroine’s name isn’t used much.
Anyway Sprite takes the job as Elsa’s chef at the BnB to get away from the man who beat the crap out of her when she tried to break it off with him & after the trial wherein his Daddy got him off without any prison time.
Bladen, Dax & Cason are Bengal tiger shifters & they were on their way to the BnB for dinner to meet the new chef when they smelled something really good & their tigers stood up interested. (I just remembered her name & it’s Sage) & as soon as they walked into the house they immediately set their eyes & noses on Sage knowing that she’s their mate.
This book was very good in the good vs bad plot & the sex scenes. The father & son bad guys hire 3 more bad guys to kill Sage/Sprite & you’ll have to read the book to find out what happens to them.

Another stellar book
I enjoyed the book, but I do find myself a little frustrated every time I read one of these stories where there’s a virgin and a hymen involved and it is more than obvious that the author doesn’t know the clinical facts of female anatomy and is only going on what SHE as read by OTHER misinformed authors which appears to be about 95% (or more) of romance authors out there. To be perfectly clear, the hymen is at the ENTRANCE to a woman’s vagina, not some mysterious place INSIDE the channel to her womb where it is supposedly able to be felt, instead of seen. In fact it is clearly visible from the outside if it is mostly intact and you know what you are looking for. So please, please authors, if you are going to have a deflowering scene, please get the anatomical details right.

Sigh
I was disappointed in this book. I barely even finished reading it. So often the author would “tell” what they were feeling rather than “show” us through the characters reactions. One of the worst books I’ve read this year.

Tigers Oh My! Poor Sage. What a horrible experience to have to live through. I was so happy when she accepted her mates and was claimed. I really liked how the men change after finding their mates. It is so cute and sweet. Hoping there is more in this series.
