It's highly informative while keeping it simple. People who need to read 300 pages about fasting may concentrate on check why they want to do it, or more precisely, why they are procrastinating it.

It is not a recipe book, thanks to Romeo Wiggins that trusts people older than 18 years (those who can intermittent fasting) are capable of cooking or find specific books about what to eat. As intermittent fasting is all about when to eat, I found the none recipes approach relieving!

Don't expect to learn about the science behind vegan IF, this book is more focus on what you need to start, safely and how to fix the first issues you may face.

Ps: after 16 yeas as vegetarian, I shift to vegan and IF at the same day. So far, after 3y, never went back. I consider myself an highly advanced when it comes to fasting, I totally recommend it for those who want to start!
