Very good biography. The style is a little too emotional sometimes and that can get tedious. I prefer a more sober tone to biographies, even of saints, but I would still recommend this.

As one who has Saint John as my patron, it is beautiful to have the opportunity to read such a well done and faithful hagiography of one of the most impactful saints of the modern era.
