About the author

K. Nilsson’s love of reading began with the Bobbsey twins. When she ran across some Italian True Romance novellas stashed in the attic, the musty serials hooked her on adult fiction. Though black and white photos were dramatic enough to know what the stories were about, she taught herself to read in Italian and translated them to her friends.  

She’s an unapologetic reviewer of books, restaurants, and vacation destinations.  An amateur photographer, K. loves taking editorial photos and documenting her travels. Her personal philosophy, sleeping is a waste of time.

Blue by K. Nilsson is the First book in the Carson Trilogy. This is the story of Devyn Foster and Max Carson. They had a one night stand that seem to set a tone for how this book went with them. Both of them have issues from the past that are making their current situations difficult..along with secrets. Which opens the book up to having an additional books to continue their story and the secondary characters. Enjoyed this book and looking forward to seeing what the next books will reveal.

Exciting, sexy story first story in a new series with newbie PI Devyn looking forward to doing a good job with her first real case. Devyn has a tragic past but she's done a good job of moving forward with her life. Or has she? When best friend, Candace takes her to an exclusive club for her birthday she meets the devilish Max. Max takes Devyn to a special room in the club and hotness ensues. Steamy sex! They both know it's a one time thing and don't expect to see each other again. But fate's a fickle bitch and their paths cross while Devyn is working on her case. Lots of secrets and mystery with Max but their chemistry is undeniable. Good techie elements and mystery along with the romance. Great secondary characters for the next story in the series. Can't wait! I voluntarily reviewed an ARC.

Blue by Kimber Nilsson is a sexy, captivating, romantic suspense that will immerse you into a world of sex, secrets and deceit compelling you to never want to leave. The players in this game, Devyn Foster and Max Carson will keep enthralled with their strong tenacity and their explosive chemistry. Devyn is a tough, rookie private investigator determined to do just about anything to uncover the truth, even some recon in a sex club. But when sexy, hot AF Max becomes a distraction, things get a little sticky(pun intended). Ms. Nilsson always has a way of absorbing you into her worlds with her bold characters and descriptive style of writing. This book has plenty of suspense and steamy romance. It's a bit of a cliffy as it is a trilogy and I can not wait to see what happens next!!!

Waking every morning Psalm had the same routine let out her beloved Toto and her other foster dogs and she settled into her day.This is her life since the death of her husband. She has her little craft store that she creates her own soaps and has others arts and crafts on consignment.

Loading her packages to mail from her online orders she's off to the post office and to her favorite coffee shop.

Thats where she would see Deputy Blue every day,they both would order their coffees and give a nod and away they would go.Not today with her packages nearly tipping Deputy Blue to the rescue.Helping her and asking if this is an everyday thing he would be more than willing to help her into to the post office to get them sent.

Deputy Blue is divorced and his Ex is a real winner,but Blue puts up with her ways for his kids.Its beginning to weigh on Blue how much more will he endure.He has eyes for Psalm but what king of world of hurt could he bring her and his kids are more important than his needs. Belonging to The Dragon Runners MC and a Deputy could only spell trouble for all involved.When he takes a leap of faith with Psalm it changes both their worlds. She is all he ever wanted yet he keeps pushing her away and Psalm being herself lets him right back in.When his kids go missing he has no wish to bring her into it and his kids are his first priority ,he pushes her away one last time.

Devyn is a rookie PI and is looking for a missing computer whiz. One night while out with a friend, she meets Max and they share a steamy one-night stand. What well happen when she runs into while working her case? Fast-paced read with steamy chemistry and loads of twists and turns. The characters have lots of depth and the story draws you in from beginning to end. Looking forward to more in the series.

Devyn is new in the world of being a PI. Though she is given plenty of work by her boss she wants a challenge and she gets that and more in her next full PI case. Max Carson is great at his job as a PI after doing some work and being in a relationship that left his heart heavy his life is just the way he wants. Both needs a break from their everyday and share anonymous night together. Though we they meet again it may be the beginning of a great relationship or beneficial partnership.

Blue is an addictive read. The main character, Devyn, hooked me right away. Max is her one night stand. It was so hot, I read it with one hand. I wish there were more sex scenes, but the book is about how this one night will affect their future.  It's a contemporary story.

I fell into their world. The characters live and work in Los Angeles. The city lends a flavor. Both have a secret life. Their attraction to each other is off the charts. Ms. Nilsson includes some exciting technology, and I wonder if she has a background on the topic. A few characters made an impression on me, Devyn's boss, Ben, and Max's employee James. Both are colorful characters.  

I hope there is a repeat trip to the BDSM club, more explosive sex, and a deeper look into the lives of the supporting characters. I'm ready for the next book. Let's go Ms. Nilsson, chop-chop.

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "BLUE" This is my book by K. Nilsson I was thoroughly impressed by the writing it's full of suspense, intrigue, danger, secrets, lies, mystery, hot steamy scenes, twists that have you on edge of your seat.
Devyn Foster is a Rookie PI her boss gives her case a computer whiz working for a tech company goes missing, her BF Candace takes her to an Exclusive Sex Club for her birthday where she meets a very hot sexy Max Carson.
Max & Devyn go to a private room together knowing it's a one time thing they have a sizzling hot one night stand.
Devyn while search for clues on her missing computer whiz she ends up running into Max again he's very mysterious & has secrets will they end have another hot steamy night.
I definitely recommend to get this very well written book with interesting characters that pull you right in such a great read I so can't wait to read 2nd book in this Trilogy to see what happens next "SMOKE SCREEN"

I enjoyed the characters in this story, Devyn, Max, Ben, Candace. So many secrets and lies to keep track of. The heat between Devyn and Max was steamy. There was a bit more bouncing between characters than I would have liked (I got confused a couple times), they kept me reading. Knowing that this was a trilogy prepared me for a cliff hanger, and I look forward to Smoke Screen to continue the journey.
