Each devotional is short, but effectively stating a thought-provoking concept. My kids enjoyed the lessons on caring for horses along with how it applied to their lives. We used it in a quick devotional and prayer time before school each morning. Some parts felt repetitive, but the kids enjoyed it just the same. I expounded on certain themes with my own explanations or stories. A great option for busy lives or those in a stressful season where "simple" is best.

This is a fun little devotion intwining the horse and human bond with God's love for us. This book would make the perfect gift too!

Each devotional is short but very inspiring. We have two horses and this was very well put together with scriptures. I will be using this book again next year. Great writing Pauline.
