This explosive miniseries climax is a high-octane magical battle of good versus evil, as the remaining Magic Order wizards make a last stand against Madame Albany and the forces of darkness. Family bonds are tested, blood is spilled, and black magic threatens life as we know it.

The final twist brought meaning to an imminent death. After all, there is punishment to be served to the crimes committed, even if the victims' deaths were reversed.
All in all, Cordelia proves to be reliable, and gets the fatherly acknowledgment she's been seeking all her life, which began when she performed her first escape trick to avoid her own abortion (all told in chapter 2).
While very entertaining, with an emotional payoff, the conclusion to this miniseries feels a bit easy, especially considering the challenge the heroes have faced up to this point. Overall a terrific series.
This paid off in just-so-right ways. It did have elements of "oh wait, the good guys pulled off their best game in the end" trope, where we really shouldn't have been worried for them at all. Yet, regardless, I still enjoyed the reveal. It was well-crafted and thus, a good story. But, it could have gone the other way and been sub-par. A lot of factors can tip the scale one way or another. If the art is good, if the dialogue is sharp, if the panels are fresh, if there are not obvious plot-hole flaws...I'll forgive a lot of things and walk away smiling. And in stories of similar ambition, if any of those elements are slipping, I do get angry and I'll close the last pages feeling annoyed.
I think I always knew the risk was there in this series. Millar and Coipel hit all the right notes when they needed to, though, and from last issue to this one (the brother's betrayal, and the sister's plan to "escape") I don't think I could have stopped smiling. This read fast. This read fun. If they make this a show, I'll approach it with the same trepidation. But I'll probably be smiling if they attack the story with the same energy.

This was the final issue in the The Magic Order series and it did not disappoint! I'm starting to really appreciate Mark Millar's writing and the way he tells a story.
I thought the overall series wrapped up nicely, although there's definitely room for more. It's one of the darker comics I've read (gory and violent), so beware if that's not your thing. Typically, it's not mine either, but the story was really engaging and interesting. I have no regrets!
The Magic Order primarily focuses on family and shows how complicated and messy those relationships can be.
o desfecho foi bem legal, com aquelas reviravoltas que a gente AMA, mas algumas coisas previsíveis também! eu curti bastante o traço do artista e a série, já quero mais histórias nesse universo.
actually tend not to like mark millar's works, but this series was different. original and very clever elements of world building. this final book in the series is the weakest, however. this should have been a longer run.
Ended up in tears. This one really hit that crescendo and actually makes me want to re read the series again to appreciate all the little details. Give this a a chance. It’s worth it.
I really enjoyed this , Coipel art is beautiful ,and Millar story is good. i liked the character and settings he did good in six issues. the ending is great i hope to see more in this universe.
I've missed several issues of this series, which is my fault, but I was really confused by this issue. I'll have to pick up the trade when it comes out. Hopefully, everything will make more sense.
