Clear and Concise

A clear and concise guide to beginning or maybe simplifying your practice. Many, many years of experience have contributed to the content and that shows in the practice summaries. I found this to be a guide focused on active practice and less on the current trends or personalities. Very nice.

Handy book for yoga practitioners. This book has detailed explanations of some essential asanas and pranayama practices. Though I remain vary to practicing independently such yoga techniques without the guidance of a teacher, such books can definitely inspire one to take up yoga .
