This.Is.Real.
Not only is this story true, I know the author myself, Caitlyn was one of my best friends in high school. But this is real in the sense that, Caity, you aren’t alone. You aren’t alone in feeling these things. This book is full of emotion, it’s a raw revelation into the world of mental health centers and how they can help and harm people. I love you Kat 😘
