What starts as a straightforward magical mission turns deadly.
Spring Thorne’s life is a mess. The man Spring loves seems to loathe her, family enemies are coming out of the woodwork, and her mother remains in a twenty-year stasis, waiting on ancient artifacts to revive her. When Spring’s uncle asks her to retrieve one of the final two objects, she jumps at the chance—until she finds out dear old Uncle Alastair has also recruited Knox Carlyle; the recent bane of her not-so-idyllic existence.
Knox Carlyle avoids Spring at all costs. Since the day she became an adult, she’s made it her mission to attract his notice. He refuses to allow himself to love her, believing his dark past eliminates any chance they have to be together. But with every look, every touch, his hard-won determination weakens.
With an army of Désorcelers determined to capture or kill witches at every turn, Knox is compelled to protect Spring from her own stubborn tendency to charge into trouble even if it means following her to South America to retrieve a powerful amulet. But when Knox fails to protect Spring, he is forced to go to extremes in order to save the only woman he’s ever loved.
Spring Magic is the fourth installment in the epic Thorne Witches series. Experience the magic today!
T.M. Cromer is a multi-award-winning sorceress of the written word and fearless architect of high-stakes paranormal romance. With a flair for twisty plots, slow burns, and swaggering heroes hot enough to scorch the page, she conjures stories that hook readers and refuse to let go. From her cozy PNW lair, flanked by two Hellhounds and an unholy amount of caffeine ambition, she weaves love, danger, and humor into every page. Whether it’s witches, sirens, or magical assassins, her characters never behave, and neither do her stories.
When she’s not dreaming up new ways to ruin her characters’ lives before crafting their HEA, she’s daydreaming about swimming with orcas or cackling over a particularly clever line of dialogue. Come for the magic, stay for the heartbreak, and maybe fall a little too hard for a man who only exists on the page.

Spring Magic by T M Cromer Thorne Witches #4. Paranormal romance. Best read as part of the series. Trigger warnings should be read before reading this book. Spring has loved Knox forever. But he shut her down years ago and avoids her at all costs. When Spring agrees to hunt down an artifact to help her mother, Knox must protect her. The Desorcelers are determined to catch and kill every witch and Spring is caught in a trap.
I cannot rate this book. Events happened that were horrifying and the last thing I want to read in the pages of a romance. At that point, I totally withdrew my emotional attachment to the characters. I finished the book for reasons other than wanting to know how it would be fixed. I don’t know if I will be able to return to this author though I own many more books by her. I will advise any romance reader to skip this story and simply go to the next.
Honestly, I was done after this book. I was looking forward to the other siblings, but I can’t read anymore. I didn’t love the couples in the first 3 books, but I kept reading, because I did like the sisters and Alistair. I was intrigued by the plot twists and revelations. This book however ruined even that. Was it for shock factor? Was the virgin getting sex trafficked, raped, drugged, and tortured really necessary? These books weren’t my type of romance. If you enjoy non stop angst, betrayal, assaults on women then these are for you.

Idk why I'm still reading these books. I almost DNFd when Spring's 😺 was called a hot pocket 🤢 but for some reason kept going. What happened next was horrifying and not at all what you expect from a stupid little witch romance. Just why.
finally some closure. This one was darker in some parts and disturbing to read but again with the assumptions and fighting and making up and miscommunications. The audiobooks are not out for the other books yet so maybe I can finally stop myself from listening to them. I do like the storyline for the series I just wish there wasn't so much emotional drama repeatedly and the characters were more likable.
I love this series. I especially loved this one because it was a little darker than the other books and although the main characters came together, it wasn't all sunshine and buttercups to get there. T.M. Cromer writes one wonderful series!! xoxo
Spring Magic by T.M. Cromer is an incredible read. Ms. Cromer has once again produced a book that will keep readers glued to their e-readers. This story is just a shade darker than the previous stories in this series. Spring has been in love with Knox since she was a child. After years of being turned away and chastised by Knox, she has moved on. Can she trust him when he does an about-face? Knox and Spring's story is loaded with suspense. There are other things in their story, humor, sex, action...but the suspense will have you holding your breath and clinging to the edge of your seat. I loved reading Spring Magic and can't wait for the next book in this fabulous series. Spring Magic is book 4 of the Thorne Witches Series and can be read as a standalone, but you'll be missing more fantastic stories if you don't read the others too. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
My heart literally broke in this book and I definitely cried some ugly tears. Poor Spring! Not only did her true love Knox reject her for being too young, Zhu Lin captured her and sold her into sex slavery. I'm so very glad these scenes weren't described with the same intensity as the passion filled sex scenes of each mate. I'm not even sure if my tears were from pain or relief when Spring actually left this plane behind and found peace in the otherworld, but again the goddess intervened and Spring was restored. And damn was she powerful. I'm so glad I found these books skimming through facebook one day, they given me an interest week to day the least

Continuing the series with another awesome read. This one has a slightly darker story line, but is still laugh out loud funny, sweet and naughty. As the 4th book, it wraps up the last of the sisters with Spring and her childhood love Knox. After spending her younger years chasing after Knox, and his sometimes harsh rebuffs, they're thrown together on a mission to retrieve an artifact to save her mother. As an adult Knox has realized how mean he may have seemed to Spring. Now he's determined to show her he never meant to hurt her & how he would like to treat her now. With all of the family making an appearance it helps link all the previous books without leaving you confused if you haven't read them. It also gives you a look into the characters to come, which is a great motivator to preorder the next ones, lol! It's seriously another immediate favorite of mine. With each new book in the series I get more excited about the next one. I am loving this series, can't wait for the next.
Oh Spring and Knox definitely had a rough ride. Alistair has paired them up to get the next artefact. Spring is furious. She laid her bare emotions to Knox on a number of occasions growing up but Knox ditched every single one. Now he wants to show his emotions and love for her she doesn’t believe a word. The enemy is never far away and Spring is caught short. Knox and the rest of the gang search high and low. But that’s not all. Packed full of page turning ups, downs, revelations and surprises. Loved every page.
The fourth installment in the Thorne Witches series is a tough read. The youngest Thorne sister Spring and Knox Carlyle have history. She knew he was her one true love early from a young age but he didn't think he was worthy of her. To drive her away he said some horrible things causing her to try to move on. Just when they seem to be reconnecting Uncle Alistair taps them to go to South America to retrieve Thor's Hammer, the next artifact needed to revive Spring's mom. The mission to South America goes horribly wrong. Spring and Knox have to go through so much to reach their HEA. I recommend this book and series but keep the these trigger warnings in mind before you read this one: rape, physical abuse and drug abuse.
Just when you think TM Cromer cant top her last book in this series she picks you up and throws you over a cliff where you dive into a very emotional well written read. Characters that you cant help but love, tears will flow and love will be revealed in its truest way .......even threw deaths
Tara! This book was so far the best in the series!
I felt my heart break and be ripped from my chest as ugly tears flowed freely. I love books that hit you right in the feels and Spring Magic did that. Keep writing from your heart Tara and take us this magical journey with you some more! #ThorneWitches
Unbelievable.....excellent.....No words can do this book justice.
This has every emotion possible. Surprising, tragic, infuriating, sad, and loving. It's a must read. The trials and tribulation that Spring and Knox have to face is indescribable.
Great story . Heartache, love lost then found . Old enemies fought and destroyed. More clues to the mystery surrounding each family uncovered . A must read
OMG the hardest to get through the genuine anguish but a great read. These books have me reading them in less than two days and ordering the next. I love this series!!!!!!
Where do I even start? I was not prepared for the emotions I would face in the book. It was so real, not in the literal sense but the characters faced real problems from the world today. Thank you!
I am enjoying this series. This book is a little darker.
In this book we get more on Spring and Knox. There is a strength to Spring that not everyone sees. She jumps at the chance to go looking for the amulet. She wants to prove that she is strong and can do it on her own. Knox had an interesting childhood. We learn more about it and learn why he acts the way he does towards Spring.
Knox was a whiny, hot-tempered PIA. I didn’t find him endearing at all, no matter his “god-like” looks. He was over-bearing & juvenile.
Also the abuse (should have trigger warnings) was excessive & unnecessary. It was also a missed opportunity to allow the families to join together to help her past the abuse and drug use. Maybe wipe some of the worst memories… But it is an affront to women who have suffered abuse to just wipe the slate clean like it never happened.
It seems all Carlyle men are suffering from a caveman personality, misogyny, and being over-bearing asses - but Knox was the worst. (Yes, the women are all depicted as strong, but these stupid men have to all be idiots before they recognize them as such.)
I want to see what happens to the rest of the family, but if the next book shows the men in the same vein, I’m done.

ok I liked the book, I really did. But it was really effing hard to read through. It went too dark for me, I admit is not fault of the author, but rather a thing of personal sensibilities. But I would've not been able to read through the book if it wasn't because Knox and Spring are my favourite characters.
The tone change of what happens to Spring back and forth gave me whiplash. I've enjoyed this series so far because it is mostly a feel good, funny romantic series. A couple of things made me a little sick... I feel a bit obligated to warn readers about that.
There are a lot of trigger warnings I'd give in this book: torture, drugs, sexual abuse and violence.
Warning: Some parts of this book are not for the light at heart. Spring goes through some horrid things that would break all but the strongest. So, lots of bad things happen, some good, and others funny. There are lots of twist and turns, and not all things are as they appear.
This book grabbed my heart, wrang in dry, then softly blew warmth back into it. My favorite of the series so far. I might actually need a rest before I read another book. It left a lasting impression.
I have read the previous three books and this was my least favourite. It went totally dark. And not in a good way. Spring and Knox have conversations sounding like white trash. The trauma endured by Spring was awful. And how many times do main characters have to die? I hope the next book is better.
This the 4th in the series is very powerful. When an awful event happens to spring, the feelings and actions of her friends and family are wonderful portrayed. Beyond that it's still a wonderful romance and has a great and satisfying plot.
All the books I have read so far in the series have been excellent have been hooked from the word go can't wait to read the next one but I am going to be devastated when I finish them
I think it's is my favorite book in the series so far! I loved Spring and Knox their story had so many twists and turns and the storyline had me on the edge of my seat the entire time! Can't wait for more 💖💖
Possibly, the best book in the series yet...Springs story is a rollercoaster ride, so hold on tight!
I have really enjoyed all 3 of the books that came before this one... Summer, Autumn, & Winter... each of their stories were great, they had me smiling, & even laughing at times. They also had me almost holding my breath, cuz I couldn't read fast enough to find out what was going to happen! So as I said, I loved their stories, those books...
BUT WE ARE HERE ABOUT THIS BOOK...HERE ABOUT SPRING...The youngest of the Thorne sisters, the sweetest, the smartest, the sassiest, & to some the most beautiful. She is said to be the "heart" of the family, their treasured jewel.
So let me just say, I don't want to ruin anything before you read it, by giving anything away... I'll just say a few things... Any on the edge of your seat type feelings you got from the first 3 books, are nothing compared to what you'll get in this one. By now you should understand, that yes a Thorne only loved once... but also we've learned, that the sister go through almost heartbreak before getting that true love fixed, so it will last. Well again... what Spring will go through... I will just say it is a heart wrencher, so if you're easily "effected" then have tissues ready (I needed some myself LOL). This story has some Epic ups & downs, be ready, hold on tight... oh & start when you have a few days free, cuz you won't want to put the book down LOL.
Wow how does each book get better and better! This one nearly tore my heart out and I used quite a few tissues. The story was amazing but it also had some dark triggers...there is a warning at the beginning that you will need tissues but I wasn't ready for what happened in the book. With that said the story is well written. I'm in awe of T.M. Cromer and how she put the characters together... I love Spring and Knox. They are well paired. Spring is the brain in the family and the one that loves the history of the Thorne and Carlyle's...when she read the family books it is cover to cover and word for word. Highly recommend this series! I can't say it enough run to your local bookstore or library but read these books. If you are an ereader like I am run to your nearest computer and get to Amazon because this is where you will find a brilliant and wonderful series!
