I love Sofie's tenacity, always remembering to do her best. Love her interest in baseball. The book art work is also nice.

Mom is included in this story, but Daddy and Daughter are the main stars. Fast paced this tale covers athletics, confidence, and overcoming adversity. The pictures pack a wallop with their cartoonish style. It has the right mixture of suspense and elation.

Great young children's book about baseball
Sofie is immediately compelling to old and young. She has doubts but with family help she pushes through and does her best. This is a sweet book and great to teach young baseball enthusiasts to read.

This is a great book for a little athlete, with the perfect amount of inspiration! Many of us know how nerve-racking it can be to play a big game; this is a wonderful book to read to kids who play sports because it is so relatable!

I have the pleasure of knowing this amazing author and also Sofie!! This story is lovely, fun and has a great message! My niece and nephew love it and the illustrations are perfect!!! I can't wait for more stories!!
