I really like the idea of the OKR framework and currently trying to use it in real life for my personal purposes. Regarding the book, it is not perfect. As for me, I think that the book has too many stories to describe how good framework is. The description of OKR could have maximum 50-100 pages or so. All the rest is tinsel and wors minimum of your attention.
