I read the other series after the collaboration book and waited for this series to be finished before I read it, i'm glad i waited for the series to be completed since i hate waitign for the next book and i read all 3 of them back to back during a storm, the perfect distraction from the world around
B.C. is great at developing not only a fantastic universe with a stunning amount of detail, but very likeable characters who you want to know more and more about.
Wow. That was a really good story. Interesting premises. Intriguing plot. Awesome characterization. I loved Lees. I loved his crews. I especially loved the 'cat'. I'll have to hunt down the sequel when I'm ready for another SF.
I loved this book! What a wonderful start to an awesome universe! Such great characters, writing, dialog, action, storyline and intrigue! I highly recommend checking it out!
This is a very interesting read, however, I almost didn't finish it. I read this story as part of The Galactic Genesis Compendium. I stars out slowly, and the beginning premise to me was a bit flimsy. Something about the book, and the writing style compelled me to continue reading. The book does pick up steam and the characters take on a life of their own. This story has some very interesting twists and turn in it. This book also stretches the boundarie of what is good and what is evil. I am off to read Empire's Soldier
