Despite being a tad repetitive, it makes for a brilliant overview of modern tech diving. Although I don't anticipate going beyond recreational depths (who'd want to wear adult diapers?), the book contains a number of suggestions on equipment configuration, buoyancy, teamwork, dive planning and extending dive times that will come in handy for anyone. Really appreciate the author sprinkling humour and going to great lengths to be objective by presenting various sides of the ongoing arguments in the community.
