As FVR choice, this is accessible and a good option. It uses and clarifies housing concepts and vocabulary. Doesn’t grab me for a class novella.

This book is geared more toward a younger audience who think poop jokes are funny. I'm not the target audience. Probably a teenager or younger would enjoy it more.
