Broken Little Rich Girls
Broken as in beaten, defeated, subdued, dispirited... Rich as in affluent, well to do, prosperous… So, although they’d been beaten down by life the one thing they didn’t worry about was money. Four friends find themselves at a crossroad in life. For years they’ve hidden behind their smiles while suffering behind closed doors. For Jerzey, her biggest issue is her taste in men. After surviving a near-death experience, she vows to stay away from the hustlers until Snowden steps into her art studio. He’s like no man she’s met before but because of past pain, she’s afraid to freely give herself to him. Miko is known to be the life of the party. You can count on her to make you smile and give you a good laugh. However, it’s the things Miko isn’t joking about that torment her every day. At a young age, she was subjected to volatile things. Acts of hatred that shape her into a woman afraid of love. A woman that’s determined to lay every man down in her path but when she can no longer run from her pain she’s forced to face her truths. In doing so she is liable to hurt the two people who mean most to her in the world. Rumer is driven. With determination, she pushed herself to become one of the lead real estate agents at her father’s company. She seems to have it all but the thing she lacks most is self-love. When she looks in the mirror she doesn’t see the beautiful woman that people say she is. She finds herself with a nasty addiction and to make matters worse she’s fallen for her step-brother. With her life spiraling in a direction she never saw coming Rumer is given the choice to get help or stay stagnant in the dark world she’s created for herself. Nelly is torn between heaven and hell. Her life with her handsome fiance is everything that she ever wanted it to be. Jannero love and adores Nelly. All he wants in return is for her to love him back. Nelly does but because of her horrid childhood, she struggles to express it to him verbally. When faced with impending charges that could forever alter her life Nelly is changed into someone Jannero doesn’t know. A woman that is so angry it makes him question if marrying her is the right thing to do. This is a two-part series filled with real women that are dealing with real pain. Read at your own risk.

OMG!!
That ending has me feigning for book two. All four of these women were smart, rich and seemed like they had it going on, but their past caused them to be very unhappy. Just goes to show that money can’t buy happiness. I can’t wait to see who Jersey shot ( hopefully it was Jeremiah’s behind). I never expected Kritt to be that shady. Great book!

Must Read...Right Now!!
Rumer, Miko, Jerzey, and Nelly... where to start. All have great careers but all also have life situation's keeping then from happiness. Rumer needs to love her self before she kill herself. I like Kritt and I think he loved her but he's tired of waiting around for her. I felt so sad for Miko and what Melvin did too her all those years but it wasn't right to keep Zyir from his daughter. Zyir loves Miko but he's not sure she can be with just one man... He just can't let go. I really like Jerzey but she need to come down... I hope she didn't shot Taya. Snow is the man and I can't wait to see what happens next with him. Nelly story is the saddest, abused by her mom and now she's the abuser... Sad.. I hope Jannero is alright and before they get married she needs help.
I love Dominique Thomas work, hands down one of the best authors in the game. Great job!

Chile Just Read The Book
The best love stories are the ones with the most imperfections. And Dominique writes those stories so easily. Four connected friends who have their own life struggles. Each one with a secret of their own. Each one looking go find their balance. Each having to relive moment from their past. Your heart will break for Jerzy, Rumer will make you upset with her, you'll want to fight for Miko and you would cry for Nelly. Each woman is a representation of all the things we deal with. Then there is the feeling of comfort, it's all you know. So no matter who else is involved, the heart always trumps what's right. Then just when it seems to possibly go right, boom your own heart is ripped out and you have to wait on part 2. Bruh I'm stressed😣😣😣.

Loved it
First and foremost I'm more upset I read this story. I try not to read stories that are not complete because I hate waiting. However, I made an exception for this book because I wanted something new to read and I enjoy this author. Now I'm mad because this book was sooooo good and now I have to wait for the second one. Every lady had their issues that were all relatable and I truly enjoyed reading through theirs. Also (spoiler alert if you haven't read it) I knew Enika was Miko 's child. I thought she was never going to reveal it but I'm glad she did. Now, Dominique please don't take forever to give us the second book, but quality over quantity so if you don't think it's going to be as good as this one, take your time.

Never Disappoints
These girls have been through hell and back ,is it too much to finally see sunshine after so many rainy days Miko & Zyir are meant if I have a say in it there both fooling themselves after what just transpired i hope the picture becomes clear . All that Rummer has been through & Kritt pulls this crap hope she can heal and see that beauty is akin deep . Jerzy has come so far I know Snowden is her knight but Damn why did Jeremiah have to complicate things I hope is was his ads that took those bullets (SHRUGS) Dammit Nelly I hope her & Nero are both ok
Dominique your pen game is WICKED and I look forward to each and every one of your releases can't wait on book 2

Listen Linda listen!!!!
When I tell you Dominque Thomas, did her thang with with book. This book gave me life, all over again.. I truly enjoyed this book, lately I stirred away from certain style book, but when I tell you this keep me on my toes all the way to end. I ignored my family for two days reading this book. I fell in love love with all of the characters whom go through real life experiences, this so different from the norm. I am hoping even reached out to author to hope the wait for part 2 won’t be long. I hate when people leave to much info in the reviews, so what I will say is , this has potential of being in your top 5

Complicated, but going through real life girls!
This book was so awesome. Touched on so many facets of life. Not just for women but men as well. I loved the banter and sisterhood that Miko, Nelly, Jerzey and Rumer shared. They kept each other a float through the heart wrenching experiences they’ve faced. The men don’t have it easy either. This is such a realistic read I can’t put it into words. You just have to experience it for yourself and know you won’t be disappointed. Dom did it again🙌🏾

Tissues please...
I have such a headache right now. Just the last few pages had me screaming, crying, pacing and cringing. This book has some real issues that are familiar to each reader unless they live in a hut. Molestation, self body shaming, pregnancy, depression... the list goes on but someone or something will hit a soft spot. For ladies trying to make it through life and the battles they go through.
Please finish part 2 so I can continue to read. As for right now I will get my tissues and cry a good cry.

Nothing In this book is as it seems
Very very good emotional read. I loved how this story focuses on the pain and coping mechanism of each girl but also gives inside details of why the pain is there. Nothing in this book is as it seems. You think know you got it figured out then bam another mystery. Double cliffhanger from one end to the next. Who's after Jersey what will Nelly do next and my little sister is not my sister. Will the read daddy please stand up. Can't wait for the next part.

So, I was going to make this long review with my opinion on each character but that’s like a spoiler post. All I’m going to say is the title itself should’ve told y’all it was going to be an AMAZING read!!!! The story oh boy the story, the characters, and the plot twist🤦🏽♀️ I hate I didn’t have any patients this afternoon because I read the book so fast now I’m mad & I want MORE!!!! I loved this book ! So much real ness behind each women. The men, the dialogue . Well written ! That ending OMG! Even though I put two and two together in the middle I didn’t expect for it to come out like that. It don’t matter tho Miko is my girl! Loved her character ... I also loved the bond between the ladies. Nelly needs to open up ! But Nero is trippin trippin 😭...Jerzey, Jeremiah, Snowden ughhhh. I need part 2!

Realistic
This book is bomb and the penmanship is off the charts! All women have trials and tribulations and just because you're rich doesn't prohibit you from lies, deceit, drama or hurt! The worst pain is the pain that is inflicted upon a woman from someone you should be able to trust! This storyplot is so REAL and is full of TRUTH that it seems as if you may just be reading a glimpse of your life story! Definitely worth a 100 stars!

A LOT going on
I’m not sure what my expectations were of this book, but it wasn’t so many different storylines. Each story was good on it’s own and probably could have made several good gooks, however, the way it skips from story to story, made it hard to keep track of what was going on. I’d give the stories 4 stars, but the way the book was written, for me, made reading it frustrating. This is my first book by this author, so I will try another because the writing is good.

Although these 4 ladies were dealing with some serious stuff in their past and present I love how they were winning in other parts of their lives. I also love how they support each other. The cliffhangers though....wow! Jerzey...Wow! Nelly...OMG! Rumer...Lawd help! Miko...SMH! I can’t wait to read part 2! Great job, Dominique Thomas!

If I could rate this book more than 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would. This book was good as all your other books. I’m glad you decided to step out of your comfort zone. The issues that these young ladies faced is society today and I like the realest of the story. More than ready for Part2. Highly recommended.

Omg!!
This book was so good at first it gave me an old school vibe like one of those books from back in the day.. 24% into the book I wanted to fix my life all these back stories was so touching. Dominique is so underrated and I can’t wait until she get her just due the girl can tell a story. I’ve read all her stories and this one is my favorite so far can’t wait part 2

Dominique, this book had me so in my feelings..wow. . Miko and Nelly really had tears in my eyes Lord,. All the girls had there on story to tell because I was even able to relate somewhat to Rumer,.

Everybody truly is broken
Man this book is really good. It's a real depiction of the lives that so many women silently suffer through. Each woman understood each other's pain yet noone wanted to address their own. So many things happened in this book and I hope everyone will heal from their issues and seek help in book two.

Juicy!!!
This was the best book I have read all year long! Suspenseful, drama filled, well put together characters and an excellent story line that has you wanting more. I typically don't read books when I know there is a sequel as I like to read them all together but I am glad I read this one. I hope the past secrets the ladies are holding from each other come out in book two.

Four Ladies,Four different paths but life connects them together to hold each other down. Will they beat their obstacles.
A page Turner. Somehow me reading a sample turned into me reading the whole book. The storyline was on point and I love how the characters tied together,with just the right amount of suspense. Will read part two.

Edge of my seat
Omg! This book was so good and not what I was expecting. Sometimes when a story focuses on so many characters, the depth is lost but all four of the main characters storylines were so developed. I have read a few books by Dominique and she has yet to let me down. About to start part 2 now!

Relatable Read
Rumer, Miko, and Jerzey' s wounds are so common in our women today, even Nelly, what I like about this book is although you read about the wounds and issues in their lives you don't see the twist and turns coming! I am on too book 2!! See what the end is going to be like. Good job Dominque, I've found me another good author.
