There's some very interesting info here. Everything is explained in great detail without becoming "preachy". I especially appreciate the list of resources in the Appendix.

although this book is incredibly informative, i would say it is very restricting in some ways. i personally prefer to involve my practice with witchcraft from the pagans, the wiccans, etc. so to read a book strictly for wiccans, when i like to allow myself to be open minded, was quite difficult at times. there was much about how you are to follow a hypothetical rulebook/guideline, which i find puts me too much underneath a specifc label. everything beside that was accurate, and it is a read i would recommend to whoever is a beginner. always remember to keep your mind open, though! especially when reading a book, where authors tend to put their own opinions in.

This was a very hefty read. Jam packed with all sorts of information for the practicing witch. Covers countless topics and gives a pretty thorough introduction to all of it. Definitely recommend picking this one up if you're particularly on the Wiccan path.
