Good book to scroll through if youre looking for random ideas of things to do. First half was informative, but I got disinterested once I realized the rest of the book was a long list of suggestions to try. Although I appreciated the fact they were somewhat personalized to Sag, after a while it felt more like clickbait article on 100 ways to think outside the box on self care.
I loved this book! It’s so cute! I loved how I could relate to the self-care tips as a Sag, it was very helpful & I think I’m going to follow some new tips
My toxic trait is thinking this book has solved all my problems (it'll last a week). Anyhow, super cute and easy read for my fellow Sagittarians. It's a great way to understand more in-depth our sun sign! She breaks it down from all twelve signs to the mutable sign, then fire signs, and finally just Sagittarius! Very quick, 30 minute read at the max!
I'm not much for following astrology, in my younger years, I would generally check out my horoscope at the end of the day to see if it fit anything that happened that day, to generally humorous effect. I did read this to see what self-care advice it would provide for me and there were several things that were definite, NOPE, THAT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! For example, boot camp exercise class, become a gamer, travel through your taste buds (anise & curry), or take a hike. On the other hand, saunas, deep-tissue massages, cracking jokes, sleeping, staycations, reading (maybe not a classic), baths, these are all things I can definitely indulge in! These ideas and many more are provided in this book and there is a book for each zodiac sign. You might want to check yours out if you can use a little less stress in your life.
I just finished reading this gem in one day. What at first I assumed would be a fun little throwaway book, ended up being my go-to. Many of the self-care practices in this book were things I have FELT to be true, but couldn't quite figure out how to write it out on paper, work it into a schedule, or even truly know how important these things actually were to my well-being and thriving. This book helped me do that. On top of that, I found many MORE self-care activities that I am really looking forward to trying out! This book surprised me!
The beginning of the book just told me everything that is my life, which is always fun to be called out lol This is a quick read you can reference at any point, especially when you are feeling burnt out or stuck and need some inspiration for self care!
