Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars: An Introductory Programming Manual

Rate this book
This is the top secret manual said to be found by accident in 1986 by an employee of Boeing Aircraft. He bought a surplus IBM copier for scrap parts at a government sale and found the manual inside. The manual outlines a plan to control the masses through manipulation of industry, education and politics, and to divert the public's attention from what is really going on. Surprisingly, it is claimed that much of what is outlined has come to pass, and makes interesting reading for those exploring the deeper levels of our social structure and how it may be controlled or influenced. This Book Tree edition includes all of the important charts and diagrams not seen in other versions. It is an exact replica of the original, aside from some minor alterations to correct print quality. Found in this edition only is a new, four-page Introduction. It explains why we may never be certain of the true origin of this document, despite the fact that someone has stepped forward and claimed that they assembled it from multiple sources.

This book was advertised as a manual for population control. Whoever wrote this has some understanding of electrical engineering but zero understanding of economics or currency. By the time we get to page 50 with talk about the selective service draft and women who have p-whipped their husbands, it's apparent that the author was dealing with a mental breakdown. This "book" is gibberish.

An excellent primer to subversive activities carried out on a regular basis by the intelligence community and its various contractors worldwide. A must-read for any “truther” in these times. Would revisit as an introductory blueprint for the propaganda wars to come.

Hard to read, I had to ask ChatGPT to clarify a lot of what I was reading, but the information in this small document is very very valuable if the implications are understood.

The document explains through various analogies with electrical systems, advanced mathematics and physics how the economic system is set up in such a way that it can be manipulated at will through:

- determining the dependencies between the price (or availability) of resources and social consequences in order to effect the desired social changes through lowering/increasing product prices or product availability. For instance, increasing the gas prices, can increase the price of transportation which can increase the price of all goods. These dependencies are represented as mathematical equations, derived through systematic "shock testing"—adjusting prices or availability in controlled ways to observe and quantify resulting social and economic behaviors.
- controlling the flow of money, through debt/loans, interest rates, printing money beyond the backing of available goods. Basically, through various strategies it is possible to create the illusion of wealth by granting loans easily, followed by a period of restricting loans, making them hard to obtain, which causes a diminishment of cash flow - resulting in some people going bankrupt, and then collecting the actual real resources that the people who borrowed money for couldn't give back to the bank.
- propaganda - and not only propaganda, but very targeted propaganda - since they are able to collect a lot of information about people, from your bills, to your preferences, to your phone number, friends, political and philosophical views, products you like, etc.
- monitoring your exact level of resources, spending patterns, properties

Basically they have all the mathematical equations and background in order to be able to make one small change in the system that will produce the economic collapse that they want in order for them to be the ones that collect the real wealth at the end.

Crazy stuff.

Definitely take with a grain of salt. It's more about what perspectives it opens.

P.S: it's a pretty short read, 43 pages.

This book says it’s a document as old as the 50’s from the government that supposedly got leaked. While it contained some interesting information, it read more like someone trying to pass this off as such a leaked document in order to raise marketing appeal.

Modern bro terms like “pussy-whipped” and others were used. It just really didn’t have the tone of something authentic.

And with title like ‘Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars’ I was expecting information on things like smart phones, 5G, smart meters, television, etc..

But instead it was primarily economic in nature, and how those economic principles relate to electrical engineering analogies.

I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone as anything more than to be skimmed over and added as a little tid bit of valuable info to their overall understanding of how the State and international bankers seek to maintain control over the common people.
