Mom empowerment...really empowers workimg moms from within
A well guided book with handy tips how to juggle between different areas of life of a working mom. My favourite chapters are those on travel on work and guilt free techniques. I also liked the chapter on three essentials for a working mom.. productivity, time management and focus. The writer is very straight and logical and to the point. She herself is a very working mom and hence her suggestions and analysis resonates very well. The concept of having a "tribe" and time for self care and it's significance is very well emphasized by the writer. I must admit that I do follow most of her tips but there is still scope of improvement. I definitely recommend this book for any working mom. The reader will definitely find something to take from this read..
This book was okay. There were some concepts I could have figured out myself, but then there were some life hacks I felt insightful as I move into my working mom era.
