Love heals
An okay read, it’s hard to love someone so damaged and lost. Sadly, I don’t know if their love will last but the story was nice.

Kennedy was just too much drama. She really got on my nerves.
I just thought James was to patient. Yea abuse is bad, but we can help ourselves.

This is a story of an abused woman who married a guy who totally destroyed the confidence of a beautiful woman. Kennedy did find the courage and strength to leave that abusive marriage. She finally woke up and realized the marriage was not good for her and she left him. Kenned was attending group sessions in a hotel owned by James Zhan family. James sister wanted to give back to the community and they used one of their conference rooms and began to offer martial art classes. Kennedy saw the sign advertising martial arts classes after one of her group counseling sessions and signed up to learn how to defend herself. James sister asked him to come and help her provide instructions to the ladies that participated in the martial arts class and that’s how Kennedy came to meet James. James was intrigued by Kennedy and recognized some of the sadness in her that he had in himself because of that abusive relationship from his father and how cruel his father was to him and growing up that he physically abused James so he had an affinity and recognized the sadness that eluded from Kennedy. As always miss Katie has done a superb writing of this love story.

A very good read!
This member of the Elite Club went about his love match a bit differently than the other club members. It could be because of what both our hero and heroine suffered although at the hands of different people. Abuse of any kind takes some of a person's power from them which is why it is important to empower yourself with truthful acknowledgement of who and whose you are. I really enjoyed reading James and Kennedy's story and how together they took back what was so ruthlessly and viciously taking from them. I am glad that what always wins over any and every adversity is LOVE!!!!! Glad I had a chance to read this latest story from the Members with money series. Great job Ms. Dowe, really great job!!!!!!!

A bit of a whirlwind...
But not the type that is rushed and overwhelming. Just the type that lets you know that man is all in. James is positively swoon-worthy. And I loved how Julie had his back and didn't mind telling Kennedy what time it was when it came to her selfishness. I do understand the emotional baggage from abuse and the need for caution. But for awhile she wasn't even attempting to meet halfway.
As for that punk Michael..I wished James could have pummeled him.😊
Kennedy & James' paths crossed just in time and the missing pieces of the puzzle that life often is...snapped into place.

This story touch my heart
They both have went through abuse in their lives, Kennedy from her ex-boyfriend and James and from their father when he was younger. When he sees her he sees a kindred spirit with what they've been through. They had to go through alot of trials and tribulations to strengthen their bond as a couple. This story really touched my heart because it was kind of upsetting that in society as a whole that there are people who thinks/feels its ok to abuse others and it really hurts my heart,there were a couple mistakes throughout the story.

Loved It
Wow at times I wanted to shake Kennedy, she was not the only one that had been abused. James had been abused also. It was like he was going out of his way to make sure she was okay, but she never considered his feelings. But then I stopped to think. If I had gone through what she had gone through how would I act. This story is about to wounded people coming together to fine the HEA.

Great job
This story had a lot of past hurts from both sides of James and Kennedy lives that they had to endure to make them into the people they turned out to be.. And with each other they were made better than if they had been apart ! It takes a lot to help a person who's been broken to feel whole again. And so happy James taught her how to defend herself it surely came in handy. Looking forward to hearing more about them!

I love the Members from Money series. I can't get enough of reading them over and over. Every time I read I find more than I did the first time I read the book. I already have the next few books ordered.

I enjoyed this book, there were a small number of grammatical errors but at least it wasn't another story were the man is treating the woman like sh.. and she takes it until he realizes that he loves her. I loved James' sister!

Different
Kennedy and James's relationship was unique in that they had suffered abuse from those who were supposed to love them. While dealing with life's challenges the best way possible they find love. I found the ending a little flat.

Ms. Dowe knocked this one out of the park! The main character James was all man,he was tender and compassionate and most importantly kind. He was truly a Alfa that was comfortable in his skin. This was a true romance!! Thank you for creating James!

Absolutely Captivating
Oh this is one that I absolutely enjoyed, with their intense emotions the romance is healing for them both but it's hard. Each character in this story is magnificent where their passion runs high. It's so unforgettable and entertaining.

One of my favorite!
I was getting frustrated a little with Kennedy, but I understood her pain. I was in an abusive relationship and it took me years to be healed. What makes this special is that James had his own drama but loved her inspire of his own troubles.
