The Great Blackness is coming...

The dimensions are collapsing, and lifeacross the universe will end, or, at least the form as we know it will never be the same.

The ruthless Scarab have plans to stop the coming, but it's inhumane, unthinkable, and it would probably work.

A mysterious door stands in the middle of the desert lands of ancient Kemet. Behind it, answers about the universe that many seek are hidden—even answers to questions no one has thought to ask.

Choices will be made—people will die.

No one can know if what's behind the door is worth the risk without being changed forever and forever changing the world.

The door is the key...

Before becoming a writer, Dean used to swim through a sea of accounting journals and calculator tape. After a decade of traipsing through one ledger to the next, he decided it was time to sit down to write more exciting things than account analysis and financial statements, and he's freaking happy that peeps seem to like them. Since the days are a little (or a lot) happier with more adventure in them, he writes thriller fiction, space operas, and now urban fantasy and paranormal romance!

Great story, excessive expletives!

This story is fantastic. Unfortunately, the writer feels that excessive f~ bombs are required. I dare say he is wrong. It actually detracts from the world he's created. I'll finish the series, but only because the story is outstanding. Consider removing expletives. In Sci-Fi, one would think we've outgrown schoolyard language...

The thrilling sequel to Kahari sets a pounding pace across the universe. The plot becomes even more complicated as the stakes rise.

Traveling through the void stream en route to where she believes her daughter and the Avenger to be, Saren's ship is attacked by a strange new phenomena calling itself "The Nothingness", glimmering black cubes with faces inside, which speak as one. They warn Saren that she must not complete her quest, not that Saren knew she was on a quest, and attempt to stop the ship.

If the Nothingness isn't enough of a problem as Saren and her crew try and rescue the Avenger from the Scarabs, a female dragon god transports their ship to the origin planet of the dragons to retieve something from their ancient city the dragon can no longer enter. First they have to prove their worthiness to enter the gates against unbeatable champions guarding them!

Will the crew ever be able to continue their rescue mission? What about stopping the Scarab takeover of the universe? Will universal power ever be restored?

Life undergoes many changes, and life as we know it could either be mended or doomed. Enter Sarah Thorn, Commander of the Space Ship Avenger, and her crew.
There is a lot happening in this book.
Interesting and compelling, there are several themes which sing out for recognition and thought.
Totally brilliant there are great original and complex ideas in this book for the reader to grasp.
The events in Erebus are unexpected and fantastic. The reader follows Sarah and her crew through new revelations and the many twists, obstacles, chaos and danger as the plot complicates and the stakes rise.
The Author has used his creative imagination to pen a very well written and fantastic science fiction story that is intricately woven in a way that the reader cannot predict what happens next or how it will happen.
An original and interesting story for the science fiction fans out there. Recommended.
Gifted with a copy which I voluntarily reviewed.

Continuing the completely fantastic saga of Saren Thorn, Commander of the spaceship Avenger and her pick-up crew who have just escaped three circles of Hell called Kahari. Being gifted with another more powerful spaceship the Genesis they are off to save Saren's daughter and the universe. As unbelievable as the events in 'Kahari' are; those in 'Erebus' are even more bizarre. Ensign Brody receives a lesson in creationism and looses his religion.

Another rousing tale by Dean Kutzler, but again leaving the reader hanging as the book ends. If you can stand the suspense and the wait for episode three, then don't miss 'Erebus.'
