A good bundle of brief introductions to major historical moments, not sufficiently detailed, though. Would recommend to school students who would like to have a general picture of the rise and fall of the USSR.

The book represents some very interesting facts and speculations about controversial acts by the USSR. It says a lot about the relationship between the Soviets and the French. The part about Stalin tells about how he has cleared his way to reach the top of the Soviet Pyramid. Very helpful knowledge, but it's not the best option for such a topic.

Just a provocative title and nothing more. An assemblage of stories, unhinged, tiresome talk about matters related to Russia, but which are in no way "secrets of the Kremlin". Unattractive writing style and stories that can be found in much better presentation in other books and even on the Internet. It's annoying to find books like this, misleading, made just to market the author.

Livre intéressant avec de nombreux détails sur des périodes souvent méconnues. Cependant, le rythme et la structure des chapitres étant similaire, le livre manque de liant et de continuité, et en devient lassant. Cela provient également du fait que chaque chapitre peut être lu indépendamment des autres.

Z konieczności pobieżny przegląd najnowszej historii Rosji i Związku Radzieckiego. Autor skupia się na rozgrywkach i przewrotach pałacowych i chociaż nawet dzisiaj mury Kremla spowija mgła tajemnicy książka pozwala lepiej zrozumieć meandry polityki radzieckiej i przyczyny upadku imperium.
