We can discover a much more peaceful and powerful relationship to life. We can discover that we are capable of working skillfully with whatever shows up. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 This is a beautiful and easy read. The information and affirmations are common sense and yet we need these reminders in our daily grind. You can read it quickly but I took my time and spread it out in order to keep this ever present in my mind.

I feel like I've read all these things before, which the author does mention. It was nothing new. Small little tidbits about how to be mindful. Not worth the buy or the read. In my opinion the wording was quite simple and I'd much prefer reading yung pueblo or Thích Nhất Hạnh' s work.

Lots of typos, some good content but it’s not really a book. It’s more a collection of thoughts, loosely tied together…maybe that does make it a book, idk. Some good ideas within
