"To thrive is to consciously expand past our restrictions and harmonize with our very being."—Emma Bennett, The Path from Pain to Purpose In her debut work, Wayfinder, Emma weaves magic, myth, spirituality, and real-life experience into a story about the way forward from the Dark Night of the Soul and embracing this as a powerful catalyst for awakening. Emma shares what she has learned along the way on energetic self-care and how to engage in spiritually integrative ways of thinking, doing, being, living, and experiencing joy. There may be circumstances you were born into and could not choose. Trauma, death, loss, abandonment, and grief are part of the human experience. It can be difficult at times to come by a sliver of hope like a small piece of ice in your hand that quickly melts away as soon as you have it. You can choose human goodness in the face of it all. This book invites you to cultivate a lifelong investment in transpersonal growth, higher and deeper meaning, fuller experiential engagement, and resilience. Start a transpersonal evolution revolution for yourself and inspire it in others when they notice you living life in a radically authentic way. The Invitation Wayfinder takes you through a shadow journey into life's most challenging experiences to emerge with the gifts of revelation, profound personal truth, and authentic empowerment. This can unlock the greatest levels of personal potential and genuine, lasting fulfillment. For seekers of higher truth, what seems to be in the way is the gateway and the barrier is a gift that gives the very means to break through. No matter the level of difficulty anyone starts with, there is a way to leverage breakthroughs to genuine healing, personal success, and joy. Experience the real life journey from childhood homelessness and a traumatic brain injury, to the discovery of universal truths taught by Eastern and Western thought leaders. With no support system, no family, and no skills, one individual was able to teach herself how to thrive by letting go and finding a higher meaning. Wayfinder is like none before it. A guide to finding life's purpose and empowerment. Uncover simple steps to an authentic life worth living. © The following excerpts are reprinted by permission. All rights reserved. From the

This book begins with lows and builds up to the highs on a steep incline, which a gracious reader described as “a constant crescendo.” I began writing this book during personal, health, and financial crises in my life. It chronicles my awakening thus I didn’t censor out the mess before the glory. An awakening can be a messy process. It is conscious expansion, which requires you to stretch beyond and undo personal beliefs and learnings that do not hold the test of truth when challenged by your conscious expansion. On Shadow You can avert the need for crisis to awaken and shift energy gradually through practicing meditation, mindfulness, and sublimation. Sublimation is from the Latin word sublimare, meaning “to raise a higher status.” Elevate your response.

A powerful and absorbing introduction to personal spiritual development and success.

A vividly descriptive and illuminating account by the author of her mystical journey to self-enlightment and the secret purpose of her life. Besides being a gripping memoir of her life which began in tragically adverse circumstances, this is also a concise guide and explanation aimed at guiding you, the reader, towards spiritual awareness and development. The two parts of this remarkable book are described together in a closely intertwined plot, much like the duality of the famous Yin and Yang symbol, which the author refers to in her illustrations and examples.
Using an exhaustive compilation of erudite spiritual and scientific sources, she also explains the correct meaning of many concepts encountered today in many books and literature concerning the occult, spiritual development, and its relationship to modern scientific theories about the nature of matter and the material universe. One of the many popular concepts that is excellently explained, is the power of attraction and its related issues to do with success and personal achievement. Not only is this book an inspiring and deeply absorbing tale of a courageous battle over her life's adversity, but it is also an illuminating beacon of comfort, knowledge, and inspiration, serving as a reliable mystical compass to allow readers to safely chart the perilous oceans of today's materialistic society, and to achieve personal purpose and success in life.

Exploring her own painful past, Author Emma Bennett brings us along the journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. Overcoming personal trauma, pain, loss, and abandonment is not easy. Many of us are stuck in various areas of grief and need a little extra nudge to move on. This is not a self-help book. It is meant to show you one woman’s journey, so that you might reflect on your own and see if some of it can be helpful to you. Exploring mystic teaching, magic, spirituality from both Western and Eastern teachings, the book is fulfilling enough to answer many questions and spark your own shadow journey.
I found the book to be interesting and insightful. Even though I did not think I was holding any pain myself (I bought the book as I was interested in the combination of Western and Eastern teachings), I was surprised to see that there was much within me that I had not yet let go of. Inspiring and deep book.
