I unashamedly read, write and love romance books. I adore the weight of a book in hand and the anticipation of a happy ending. I love the journey, the word play and the magic of story. Nothing's better than reading a good book...except writing one. You can learn more about me and my award-winning romances at http://www.liztalleybooks.com
I really enjoyed Rose and Adam's story. Adam and his little sister Daisy spend many of their mealtimes at the Cafe where Rose works. Since the death of their parents Aran has been sibling as well as the only parent Daisy has. He is determined to make a good life for them and becoming a partner in the construction company he works at is his goal to ensure their future. Along with his wish is his girlfriend who happens to be the owners daughter. Rose on the other hand, just happens to be big just a waitress but the owner of the Magnolia Cafe. It's enjoyable to see how these two fund their way to a happily ever after
This is a sweet Christmas read about Adam and Rose. Adam is a single father to his sister, Daisy. Adam is involved with Bree, his boss’s daughter. Daisy is Adam’s favorite waitress at the Magnolia Cafe. When Daisy goes missing, Bree’s actions speak louder than words, lol. Grab your copy and get ready to enjoy a great holiday read.
My first book by this author. Great characters. I loved Adam and Rose (and Daisy). I liked Rose's backstory. A novella, so a quick easy read. Perfect for relaxing, snuggled up with your favorite hot holiday beverage.
This is a sweet romantic novella. Prefect for an afternoon read. Liz Talley created life like characters that are perfect for each other. I really enjoyed this story.
Loved this cute, fun, heartfelt read that was short and sweet. Perfect for the busy holiday when you only have have an hour or so of free time. Put me right in the Christmas spirit.
Starting her life over again, Rose is now the proud owner of the uber successful, The Magnolia Cafe, and altruistically hires former addicts to give them a second chance as well. She has a crush on Adam, one of her customers, but alas, he is dating Bree, his boss' daughter, while also raising his 9 year old sister, Daisy. Will Rose, Daisy -- and a little holiday magic -- be able to change his mind?
I don't usually enjoy short stories, but this one was so sweet, cheery, and romantic that I couldn't help but smile! It also left me wanting to know more about this couple ...
