i read this box set as part of an arc program.
First Touch- I enjoyed this romance between Carl and Melanie. Carl was best friends with Melanie's older brother Scott. Melanie always had a crush on Carl since she was little and Carl only saw her as a little kid. When Melanie returned home from college after a bad break up, Carl was shocked to see Melanie was grown into a beautiful woman. Carl was attracted to Melanie, but her brother Scott warned Carl not to touch her. Carl also thought he was too old for Melanie. Melanie was determined to be with Carl and the more she tried, the harder it was for Carl to fight his feelings.
First Taste- Stan was asked by his childhood friend Carl to help his little sister who was arrested in Cambodia and was in jail. Stan went to see Eve and her friend to try and get them free, he managed to get them out on bail and was surprised to see Eve grew up to be beautiful. They had a great connection and a romantic encounter. When Stan managed to get Eve free, Eve wouldn't leave without her friend and Stan had to get back to the US. Stan couldn't read this box set as part of an arc program.

Five years later, her parents died and when the will was read, she found out she had a secret brother David and they were given their parent's company to run together. David promoted one of his friends who he worked with at the factory and Callie was shocked to see it was Ted. Ted thinks he now has a second chance with the woman who got away when he sees Callie, but she is unsure if she wants to be with him. When Ted and Callie try to reconnect, it seems like things get in the way, including David who doesn't want Callie dating at all.

David was enjoying his life as a playboy and everything money could buy him. When a friend from high school contacted him to get together, David thought at first Marshall wanted money. Marshall was in the military and had married and had children. When Marshall learned about the money, he really didn't care. David and Marshall were catching up when Marshall's sister Aria came looking to talk to her brother. Aria was also in the military and wanted advice about re-opting for another four years, or if she should marry her boyfriend Nick. Aria knew Nick wasn't really the one for her and when she met David again, she found she was drawn to him. David hit on Aria, but she refused him. David was determined and continued to try to be with Aria. When Aria finally gave into her attraction to David, they thought it would be a fling and be done. When David wanted to continue to see Aria, she was torn because of her decisions about her future. David was also confused because he never wanted to see the same woman more than once and he couldn't stay away from Aria.
This was a really good series and i enjoyed it. Another great set from Lauren.

is is a fantastic collection of books at the outstanding value of 99p.
Lauren just keeps you on the edge of your seat. She grabs you from the first page. I couldn’t put it down it really is a page turner. You won’t be disappointed

When Melanie was younger she had a crush on her brothers best friend Carl. Carl pushed her away and broke her heart. Melanie went away to college and is now returning home after a big break up only for her feeling for Carl to come crashing back and this time she won’t take no for an answer. There’s a few obstacles in her way 1 her brother who has warned Carl off, and 2 Carl’s girlfriend who’s not going to let go without a fight.
I really enjoyed this book. Lots of laughs & chemistry that is off the charts hot hot hot.
Lauren’s style of writing makes you feel part of her books.

Stan cant really remember Eve but when Carl his best friend rings to say she was in trouble , he knew he would drop everything to help her. but what he wasn't expecting was a beautiful, curvy and sassy young lady. Eve took one look at Stan and that crush she had on him growing up can crashing back and this time she was going to do something about it.
this is a fantastic read
Callie was very good at throwing parties and David knew he was sure to get a lady for the night. They all wanted to be the one to catch his eye. And if honest David loved having a new woman every night. The ladies where like bees to a hive! his hive being his money!! He didn’t mind, they would be forgotten by the morning.
One day Marshall gives him a ring to catch up. He hadn’t seen him since he had inherited his money and the doubt ran through him. Was he after money? But it would be great to catch up. Marshall was on leave, he had followed in his fathers foot steps to join the Army, as did his baby sister. What he wasn’t ready for was Marshalls sister to show up. She was hot!! Standing there in her military uniform. David knew the thoughts running through his head were a bad idea, she was his best friends little sister but man she was beautiful. Aria remembered David as the quiet one of Marshall’s friends. He sure had changed.

This box set contains four "first love" stories. I originally read and reviewed all four of these individually but having them in one set is so much better.
"First Touch":
Girl gets heart broke at 15 by older brother's best friend...five years later she's all grown up and the bf notices...brother warns bf off...bf ignores warning. While I liked this story, I wasn't the biggest fan of Carl. At times he was a complete jerk but Melanie still loved him. She must have seen something I didn't.
"First Taste":
When Eve finds herself in trouble while in a foreign country, her brother sends his best friend to help her out. Stan has been Carl's friend for years and never really "looked" at his sister Eve. Until he's sent to help her. Eve has grown up and one look is all it takes. After his first taste, the fact she should be off-limits is forgotten. She's his. Carl will have to get over it. Will Eve come between the friends? Is there a future for these two?
"First Lust":
Very interesting story. After telling her boyfriend to get lost, Callie meets a stranger at a bar. What follows is one night that they both never forgets. Fast forward to Callie finding out she has a brother. Guess who's her brother's best friend? Is Teddy the womanizer she thinks? Will Callie tame him?
"First Time":
Sometimes you may not always "like" the character in the beginning but they tend to grow on you. David was one of those characters until he realized money isn't everything and what/who was.

First Taste is an entertaining quick read about Stan who falls for his best friend's little sister. Loved the story line and the great characters. Stan and Eve have great chemistry and are perfect together, but will her brother understand? These two go on quite a journey to get their HEA and I enjoyed reading every twist and turn along the way.
First Lust:
Callie had a one night stand that she has never forgotten and years later she runs into him again. First Lust is a quick, sexy read with well developed characters and a great story line that flowed smoothly. This is a well written second chance love story with a twist.

Aria had always crushed on her brother's best friend David but to David she was Marshall's sister. But now that they are older the spark is there. I really like how Aria brought out the best in David and how much he changed because of how he felt for Aria. Being able to read all these books in one set was great!! So if your looking for some exciting story lines and sensual content, then this baby will keep you entertained.

First Touch Review
Melanie has always liked older men and came home from school because of bad breakup with her professor. Who was there to help her, Carl her brothers best friend, who was her first crush and the first boy at the time to reject her.
This was a good short story with cheating ex boyfriend, secret hook ups, crazy ex girl toy, mad brother, and a promise to a dying man. A must read to see how all this comes together.

This was a good short story with cheating ex boyfriend, secret hook ups, crazy ex girl toy, mad brother, and a promise to a dying man. A must read to see how all this comes together.

This is a marvelous, entertaining romance box-set with four wonderful books in it, each book is complete and standalone
There is drama, friendship, an ex-girlfriend, betrayal, emotional conflict, attractions, untruths, action, twists & turns, some humor, chemistry, sexual tension, obstacles, surprises, emotional issues, attractions, manipulations, memories, desire, denial, obsession, intimacy, jealousy, anger, temper, conflict, complications, confusion, lust, a surprise, passion, lust, love & some steamy scenes.
The various characters are unique & well-developed with a variety of traits and different sides to their personality and continue to develop throughout each of the different books. The story-lines and plots are well-thought out and written, it keeps the reader’s attention
I really would recommend this box-set to people who enjoy reading romance; I sincerely doubt that you would be disappointed.

This is a boxset of four individually published books, with interrelated characters, and the first books I have read by this author. I have to be honest, I only read the first two and a half books. What was okay: the books were simply written, with easy plots. If you're looking for something easy to read with some heat, you'll enjoy this. The female characters were often initiating contact (brothers have told the H the sisters are off limits, so it's up to the ladies). What I didn't like: this might sound picky but although simply written, I found them difficult to read. When I have to read a sentence more than once to figure out what the author is trying to say, it interrupts my flow. Some editing would help these books. The last straw for me was the use of “conscious” instead of “conscience”. As I said, this is only my two cents' worth but it took away from the pleasure of reading these stories.

I have previously read these books before and enjoyed them very much. On a second reading, I always feel to seem to see more to the story that I perhaps missed when I was rushing to reading the HEA's but with a second reading I get to appreciate them all the more. My favourite of the First Love books is :-First Touch ; First taste; First Lust; and First Time. Of the four book my favourite has to be First Love with a older brother's best friend love. Did I mention that she had never known that she even had a brother before? Oh yes, The twists in here will keep you on your toes. She also had had a one night stand with Teddy [as she calls him] years ago on a night out and they have never forgotten each other. Mind you, I do think David, her brother, needed a 'mental slap' a time or two as he was so immature at times.

What a wonderful, highly entertaining box-set with four super sexy hot, fun books in it, each book is a standalone story.
There is lust, love, humor, emotions, betrayal, anger, jealousy, twists, turns, conflict and steamy hot sexy scenes. The stories vary with interesting and diverse characters that are well written and easy to relate to. I love the way this author writes. Everything is so well developed and it is obvious that the storylines are well thought out and executed. The world building brings you in and holds you, making you feel like you are actually there watching the action take place, almost as if you are a trusted friend that is being confided in.
You really can’t go wrong with this set. Well worth your time and the great price tag.

arc review For honest review. first touch - Carl is told to stay away from Melanie this just makes him want her more and Melanie has always had a crush on him .this is a cute story first taste-eve is in trouble with her friend in a foreign country and when her brother calls stan to help her he sees she's not a little girl no more awesome first lust-this story is how callie learns she has a brother that has to help run her family factory and her one night stand is her brothers best friend. Loved it cute. First time-Arie is military trying to decide does she want to resist or not so she wants to talk to her brother Marshall while home she sees David his best friend and he has a secret. Very cute story.

Not for me I'm afraid
The story lines are nice and I think had it been written differently I could have become more invested. However.... From book one I found myself struggling to get into the writing style of this author.
It's made me realise I may be a bit of a "traditionalist" , because the poor use of grammar and spelling mistakes drove me crazy! I found myself having to reread sentences, on some occasions a few times, just to try and make some sense of what the author was trying to express. I honestly gave it my best shot, I persevered and read all but the last book. I even started the final book, but eventually my resolve desolved!
I'm so sorry but, on this occasion, it really wasn't for me.

I am not sure which one of us don’t remember of first loves especially when it happens to be your brothers friend. I come into this with the female perspective as I have not only fallen in love with my brothers best friend but I also married him. This is such a great read and one I will so go back to read again. Highly recommended

This is a boxset of four First Love stories (First Touch, First Taste, First Lust, & First Time). This is a wonderful and entertaining set of books. There is betrayal, jealousy, drama, twists and turns and plenty of hot steamy romance. The storyline is well developed and the characters are so easy to love and you find yourself rooting for them to have their HEA.
I recommend you read it for yourself you won't be disappointed.

The book certainly is long, each novel a good read on its own, premis on the man falling in love with his best friend’s sister and they couldn’t be together because of the bro code between best friends. And that’s where the fun lies, i.e., how the two lovebirds overcome the hurdle. The stir ha E the sa E premiso but unique on it’s own.
The Book is well written and there sure are some intense scenes. Wuh!

A Brilliant, Must Read Box Set
I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book. “First Love : The Complete Series Box Set” is a great series from Lauren Wood in a Box Set. Each book has a great, entertaining, well written storyline and interesting, engaging characters that pulled me into their stories. This was a great collection of books I had read most previously but just love having them all in one place. Super reads I would recommend them. If like me you are a huge fan of best friends sisters romances then you are going to enjoy these stories. All four are good quick steamy reads I enjoyed them.

Stories were all the same just different people
I found the grammar in this book hard to follow. I had to keep going back to make sense of the sentence structure.c take out 90% of the word that and the phrase had went would be a hugh improvement.

Poor writinn
Bad sentence structure and horrible verb tense made for a difficult read. Making up words like "readier" when the proper phrase should have been "more ready." The author kept using " had went" when it should have been "had gone." Was this just a very poor knowledge of English or poor editing?

Editing required for spelling, grammar. At times minor character names were changed within a page and back again.
This story box set wasn’t for me, but as I had bought the box set, completed it in the hope I would feel differently by the end. Strongly disliked some of the male characters and their actions.

This is a great collection of First Love Romance reads. The storylines are well-written, steamy, have some drama and defined characters who will resonate with the reader. I enjoyed this easy to read and entertaining set of books. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.

I really enjoyed these steamy quick reads. This is a nice set of "first" stories. I enjoyed the story-line and loved the characters. I loved the chemistry and passion between these couples! These are nicely written stories that hook you from the beginning.
