She From The Gutta 2

Rate this book
Taken aback by Harlem's amateur decision-making skills and Zeema's revelation, Enzo is left with a broken spirit. For so long, he had his mind set on gaining Harlem's trust back, yet she became the one thing he despises the most; a liar. With both of their lives on the line and a new love interest on the scene, Enzo must now be the one to make a choice. Hoping that it can right all his wrongs from the past. From pen pals to secret lovers, Lucci and Yaz find themselves at odds. While locked up, he found solace in their intimate phone conversations and letters. Their bond formed a solid friendship, but now lines are blurred. Though Yaz swore their first sexual encounter would be the last, Lucci proves, unwaveringly, how much pull he has in Yaz' life and her makeshift relationship. While sacrifices are made, are they worth pushing the love Harlem yearned for to the side? The finale of She From The Gutta is a tale of overcoming unfortunate circumstances, burying your past demons, and taking losses because, in the end, they're really a lesson learned. The type of lessons that can only be taught by life's never-ending struggle to survive.

Crazy good!!!

She From The Gutta 2 was just everything! I loved me some Enzo and Harlem together. Their love was so heart warming. This book was filled with crazzzy drama, laughter and so much love. I couldn't stop reading it once I started because it was so juicy I had to know what was next. Yaz and Lucci was my second favorite with their crazy tails. They had a different kind of love that makes me want to hear more of(hint hint) lol!! Awesome read!!!

Baby, BriAnn did not disappoint this book had me hooked from beginning to end. Harlem’s secret being revealed broke my heart, especially knowing she had to go through all of that alone while Enzo was out living his life. But I’m so glad they finally found their way back to each other. I was rooting for them the whole time.

Now let’s talk about Yaz and Lucci definitely my favorite duo. Two wild souls falling for each other? Yes please. Lucci had my girl bent, but Yaz matched his energy every step of the way, as she should! I really hope we get more of their story in the future.

ENZO AND HARLEM❤

Another great series by BriAnn that doesn't disappoint. She definitely knows how to get her readers to fall in love with her characters. I loved Harlem and Enzo's story. From first love experiences, disappointments and finding out that everyone isn't trustworthy, Harlem and Enzo never lost that love they had for each other. Really enjoyed reading. I still have hope for Yaz and Lucci officially being together and stop playing games. Great job BriAnn.

Harlem & Enzo's love for each other was evident even during their dysfunctional episodes. Nothing stopped them from getting the job done as others found out. Good urban romance series.

This was such a good way to end this series. Harlem and Enzo fought through every adversity thrown in there way to become the man and woman they are now. I’m so proud of Harlem. Yaz and Lucci are crazy and I like them together.

As excited as I was to read this book, I was over Enzo and Harlem’s storyline almost immediately. Plus the whole “you left me” bit was getting annoying. Like girl you know why he left. And I get it. Harlem probably has abandonment issues but bruh. You’re an adult now. Let’s think logically. I got hooked on their story again once Enzo and Harlem decided they wanted better for themselves.

I liked that in this book, we really got to witness how much Enzo loved him some Harlem. Their relationship was a bit confusing in the beginning but things evened out by the end. That man’s nose was wide the hell open for Harlem.

With Lucci and Yaz’s relationship being highlighted throughout the book, I wish I could’ve read about the relationship that was boasted about while Lucci was locked up. It was frequently mentioned that they shared a special relationship mentally but any time we read about Lucci and Yaz, they were bickering, fighting or fucking. We don’t really witness them being friends. I will say Lucci and Yaz are funny though. Harlem is also funny.

And lastly, Enzo, Lucci, Harlem, and Yaz are grown-grown in this book and acting like it. So much so that I only skimmed some of their sexy times after a while. I was feeing like, “Dang I know y’all like getting it in, but y’all don’t want to do anything else?” 😂

Yesss honey!!!

I just love BriAnn... even as her stories have old characters each has their own personalities. No character is alike, no book is alike. The development of this story was really good. It is definitely a page turner and keeps you wondering what will happen next. Harlem was the good bad girl but strong none the less. Enzo was the good bad boy, he did what he wanted but was a gentleman. Put those two together and you got couple goals!!! The way I laughed and cried you would think these were real people but that is what I love most!!! Forever a fan!!!!

this could’ve been one book

We’re a book and a half in and still messing with other people. This was hood love for real. Still claiming they’re single and can do whatever they want. Harlem is dreaming of being married with kids but still trying to hit licks. I actually felt bad for Trill but that’s the name of the game.

The edits were still visible & underlined in the book. There were still some errors. The flashback was from Harlem’s POV but the author included Enzo’s POV as well.

Number Thirty was 🔥

This book was very much anticipated and absolutely worth the wait. The way you left us hanging at the end of book one had me putting down my current read to see what happened. The love and growth of Enzo and Harlem had me smiling like they're fam. No matter how hard you try to fight it if it's meant to be your circumstances won't stop what's destined to happen. These two plus Lucci and Yaz made for a heck of a ride. I'd definitely like to see their story.

Another 5 ⭐️Read!

BriAnn just keep putting out these amazing books that have me glued to my seat. It was good to see the growth in Enzo and Harlem. They really learned how to love each other and not become a product of their environment. Although they were young, they realized what was important to them and worked hard to get it. This book was 🔥🔥and was the perfect ending to the series. Can’t wait to read her next book. 😍😍

Real Love

The saying hood niccas need love is true, but a gutta chic needs it also! This series picked right back up from book 1 and will have your emotions going haywire! As Enzo and Harlem try to mend the broken pieces and grow from it of course there's more hurdles to leap over! But when its meant to be nothing can block it! Now if Lucci and Yaz can get on the same page they just might be able to handle real love! These 2 should definitely get a story! Well worth the read!

Never Disappoint.

I just love Enzo 😩😭 He’s literally everything!!!! Yes I want a Yaz&Lucci story. I want to know more about Yaz she’s interesting. I’m so happy Andrea got her life together not just for her but her young kids. Harlem is everything a mother would want in a daughter despite her faults, she took care of business with no complaints. I love a happy ending. Good job Bri 💗

Harlem and Enzo❤️

I love them real bad.

Because of their mother’s circumstances they both end up in a domestic abuse shelter where Harlem and Enzo connects on a deeper lever. They had a connection like no other but of course when you from the gutta, life throws you lemons, a lot of heartbreak and grief.

Read this series to see how they turned all those lemons into lemonade.

I love how BriAnn gave us a story that reminds us regardless of our setbacks, as long as we have breath in our bodies we can make a comeback!

Very good read! I thought Enzo was about to be on good bs with ol girl. Harlem was not having it though. Yaz and Lucci definitely need their own book. They remind me of Sen and Neicy crazy selves. I was happy that Andrea’s finally getting herself together too. She needs a new boo lol. Hope to hear from them in the future.

Such a good story

It was good seeing the growth in Harlem and Enzo. No matter what Harlem went through she didn’t let that determine how her life would be. Her and Enzo’s Love for each other was the type of love some people dream off. I hope we get to hear more about Yaz and Lucci.

The love story of Enzo and Harlem was a good one. I love how unfortunate circumstances is what brought them together. And since then they were stuck. I love how despite everything that was thrown at Harlem she prevailed. She made it. She was a true definition of go getter. And Enzo. I love him. His love for Harlem never swayed no matter the time or distance. He’s for sure added to the book bae list.

Although, I loved book 1 better, I really enjoy reading about Enzo and Harlem. I just felt that was something missing from the story. Hopefully, we get more on Yaz and Lucci. I am definitely a fan.

After reading part 1 I just knew part 2 was gonna be great and I was not disappointed at all. Loved the growth that each character showed but especially Harlem and Enzo. Yaz and Lucci kept the excitement once Harlem and Enzo found their way, loved it
