Ireland is frustrated beyond belief. No one told her that after graduating with a degree in nursing, passing her NCLEX, and securing a job that pushed her into the middle class, that she would be just like so many people around her – struggling. Life is hard. Student loans in the tens of thousands, combined with the necessities she needs to thrive has her working overtime just to make ends meet. She’s tired, burnt out, and questioning whether it’s all worth it. It doesn’t help that her boyfriend, Adrian, sits back while she does it alone.
Adrian scored a winner. Ireland’s drive is like no one he’s ever seen. She holds everything down while he reaps the reward. Driving around in a nice car and laying his head in a secluded area are just some of the perks being with Ireland provides. He’s content with the way things are. Ireland works, and he simply does him. The only person he’s out for is himself.
When Ireland encounters Dr. Jackson Reynolds, her world is turned upset down. He presents her with an offer she can’t refuse, prompting her to leave the long hours at the hospital behind. Their close working relationship sparks feelings that neither one of them can ignore. The only problem is…just like Ireland has baggage, Jackson does too.

It was a good love story.. I wish it was longer so we could have seen the outcone with Jackson and Ireland or if she would have left Adrian sooner.. However it was still a good read. Maybe we can het a short story of them or something
It was an OK read, there were no strong characters in this book and I say that because the people involved in relationships let their situations drag out to long.
Adrian finally got caught up. Jackson the sexy doctor. Ireland I didn't like at first. What happen to Ted . A good book. Can't wait to read more of your books
