I absolutely love this series. Book 2 is just as good as the first. The suspense and romance sizzle and the tension is high throughout the entire novel. I love serial killer stories and this one did not disappoint!

A terrific second installment in this series. Vince and Sydney have great chemistry, which keeps the romance moving through all the twists. More importantly in this readers opinion, they are well-drawn, realistic characters with flaws and quirks that make you want to see how their story ends. As for the suspense, the conclusion is well worth the read! I highly recommend this book!

(Headline: The Benefits of Danger) I enjoyed witnessing the suspense building in a relationship while danger kicked up in the plot. Sydney and Vince need a catalyst to help them 'see' each other...and boy, oh, boy do they get one or two or three! Lots here to appreciate about our men and women in blue. A great read!

This is the second in this series. I love character driven stories and Ms. Hoonstra doesn't disappoint. Add to that a great romance and a serial killer! You'll love this romantic suspense.
