if you are looking for a fairy tale romance with some steam, then this is a perfect fit for you. The story starts off with a wild bit of action. Wren finds out her boyfriend is a cheating loser who has caused her to be left in a ridiculous amount of debt. Adam Jordin aka AJ better known as Mr Delicious comes to her rescue. He comes in sweeps her off her feet and takes care of all her problems. From the first few pages of drama, everything is smooth sailings. Adam was a sweet guy and easy to like. Wren was probably too nice. People tended to take advantage of her which is how she got in her debt to begin with.

Sometimes romance is just…delicious. Thankfully, Ms. Gray reminds us of that with this charming, sexy, and fun read. Well-written, with great characters that take the reader on a genuine romantic fantasy, this story is what romance is all about.
Wren is a strong, driven entrepreneur who has worked hard to see her dreams come true. While she’s intelligent, she’s also got the sort of heart that tends to believe the best in people. Which unfortunately creates a hot mess of trouble thanks to her conniving live-in boyfriend, Billy. In the background waits a quiet and patient man who eats in Wren’s coffee shop every day, appreciating what a truly beautiful and amazing person she is, even though he never speaks to her beyond the basics. Adam knows she’s “taken.” So he just watches and appreciates…and hates that her boyfriend doesn’t respect her and treat her better. Wren doesn’t know his name. She just refers to him as “Mr. Delicious.”
When we meet Wren, her life is in utter chaos. She sees no way out of the mess without losing everything she’s worked for. But Mr. Delicious has overheard her troubles, and he knows some things she doesn’t. He knows she’s now single, he knows how to fix her financial problems, and he knows he wants to make her fantasies come true.

This is one Delicious love story about Wren and Adam. We get to meet Wren when she gives everything she has to her boyfriend when she discovers his cheating and all he has taken from her. Wren takes a baseball bat to his Land Rover! The next day at her coffee shop she finds her best friend ready to listen to the her story and Adam who has been a customer since the day she opened 2 years ago is not happy that a man did that to her so he finds a way to help and boy does she need help with her debt. Adam is one good looking man that Wren has nicknamed “Mr. Delicious” and he enjoys it. One day the following week Wren has a breakdown and Adam gives her a hug and tells her things will be okay. From that one hug things progress with Adam giving Wren help run her shop and just showing her kindness. Adam does some pretty remarkable things for Wren and hides it as he wants Wren to fall in love with the man and not his money. Wren and Adam spend time together and end up being together and Adam goes as far as taking her on a surprise trip to Paris. When the ex calls when they are in Paris things come out and fall apart and Wren goes home broken-hearted. After stepping back and realizing what Adam dud for her Wren takes another chance with Adam and Mr. Delicious, Adam goes all in for the opportunity to take care of Wren and show her what love is all about! Mr. Delicious is a very tasty treat!
It's official. I LOVE Khardine Gray books and Mr. Delicious is no exception. And, what's not to love about an amazing alpha hero wanting to sweep a lady off her feet and whisk her away to Paris? For Wren, it's just unheard of which just makes her more deserving.
This book swept me away. It's fast paced and filled with longing. It's emotional, enthralling and suspenseful to an extent. At least it kept me on the edge of my seat just dying to know how it all turns out.
The characters made this one easy to be captivated by. Adam is just about every woman's dream - hot, sweet, seductive, genuine, smart, protective, charasmatic and in love. Wren is determined, hard working, smart, beautiful but doesn't know it, sweet, strong and in need of someone to show her real love. There are other strong characters that are integral to Adam and Wren, but these two truly are the stars and just perfect for each other. I really enjoyed reading how their story and relationship evolved.
Overall a well written book that had me in it's grip to the very HEA ending.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This was the romance between Adam and Wren. Adam is a businessman who goes to Wren's cafe everyday and watches her. Adam is an investor in different businesses and Wren's is one he invested in, but she doesn't know. Wren opened the cafe as a dream with money left to her by an aunt, much to the rest of her family's dismay. Wren comes from a family that are all in the medical field and think she is wasting her life. When Wren's boyfriend manages to scam her out of everything, Wren is unsure if she can manage to keep the cafe or her home. Adam overhears some of Wren's problems and tries to make it easier for her by bringing some of his staff from one of his restaurants to work in the cafe and sends her home to rest. When Adam asks Wren to dinner, she accepts and he takes her to Paris for her dream vacation. Adam realizes he has feelings for Wren and he wants to tell her his secrets but he is scared she will not want to see him anymore. I really loved this book and loved Adam. Adam was such a good guy who wanted to do anything he could for Wren. I think they were great together and had great chemistry. Another great one.

Wren finds out her boyfriend is cheating on her so she ends up taking a bat to the range rover that she bought for him. When Adam overhears her talking about what happened it gives him some hope that he might actually have a chance to win her now. Adam has been drawn to Wren for awhile but she wasn't available so he just kept his distance. Now knowing how her ex treated her Adam wants to show her that not all men are like that and wants to treat her like she deserves. Wren has always thought of Adam and Mr. Delicious and never thought he would go for someone like her but when he sweeps in to help her she is stunned by his generous nature. As they spend more time together the more their attraction grows. Can Adam show Wren that he is different from her ex? Will she give him a chance?
This is a great story once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between Adam and Wren is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

This is a tasty Cinderella story that was gobbled up in one go!
I've read all of Khardine Gray's books and this is one of my favourites. Mr Delicious, better known as wealthy banker and investment angel Adam, has been admiring business owner Wren for 2.5 years, after quietly approving her loan for her cafe 'The Spot'. He knows she has a boyfriend, but didn't know what a douche bag he was until the morning she showed up at the cafe in tears, having dumped him and struggling under the burden of debt caused by her lying, cheating ex.

Author Khardine Gray has written another sensational contemporary story. The romance between the billionaire, Adam/AJ and Wren, owner/baker of The Spot Coffee Shop in Chicago. At first Wren has found out her current boyfriend has been regularly cheated on her so she threw him out. Adam, who comes into The Spot everyday hears her divulge her woes to her best friend including money problems. Adam steps in and does all sorts of things to help including taking her to Paris. All this time she only knows him as AJ not Adam, holder of her lease, etc. what will happen when she finds out the truth?
I liked this story as I like all of the author's books. I've come to expect a certain level of plot and character development and it's here...flawlessly. I'm recommending this book for your reading pleasure and enjoyment. I am volunteering to leave a review for this ARC book.

From page one the drama starts and has you hooked into this steamy romance between Wren and Adam.
Adam has been going to the same coffee shop every morning for two and a half years. He has been watching Wren all that time and fantasizing about her. The day he finds out that Wren has given her cheating loser boyfriend the boot he decides that its time for him to step in and sweep her off her feet.

Oh I definitely loved this book by Khardine Gray! Wren's life is a complete disaster. She just caught her boyfriend cheating and not only that he has left her a mountain of debt. So much that she is in danger of losing her coffeehouse. Adam has been biding his time watching the object of his obsession-Wren. He visits her coffee shop everyday. Wren only knows him by her nickname for him-Mr.Delicious. Imagine her surprise, when Mr. Delicious asks her out. His nickname should have been Mr. Wonderful for the way he treats her. His idea of a date is a trip to Paris, which he knows is one of her fantasies. But Adam is keeping something from Wren. Will he lose the love of his like when he finally confesses his secret? If I were Wren, I would grab him and never let go!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

The characters and their personalities are so realistic and believable it feels like you can just reach out and touch them. The scenes are descriptive and detailed it really pulls this little treasure together beautifully. With so much detail it's easy to picture each scenario as it plays out perfectly. The characters are unique with qualities and traits that balance out perfectly. Grey did an excellent job bringing this read to life flawlessly. Well written story. Nice story line and plot. The mix of emotions, family issues, promises, strong characters, amazing chemistry and twists makes it a nice read.
I like it is written in dual POV which gives the reader a lot more of the thoughts and feelings of the main characters and brings the reader more into the story.
Absolutely captivating and enjoyable read but I was very confused when I saw the TOC.
I like the start that just throws you right in the story.
The epilogue is very welcome. It is absolutely worth the read.

What would it look like if Cinderella was dating one of the rats when she meets her Prince Charming? I suspect it would look a little like this story. This was a quick read that starts with a flurry of activity and sails off into the sunset with a sweet happily ever after. I loved how Wren was willing to fight to keep her dreams alive. And the Way Adam lavished care and attention on her has put him at the top of my perfect book boyfriend list.

Mr Delicious is Utterly DELICIOUS🔥🔥🔥. Is a sweet tale of 2 people whose eyes meet from across the room. The cover is a winner for sure 😋.
Wren’s boyfriend was cheating on her and left her with huge debt. Mr Delicious arrives, they fall in love and he clears all of her debt. All if the usual love-filled dramas, but not too angsty tho thank goodness. Beautiful, satisfying ending.

This book had everything you would want in a book that provides readers with "The Adult Fairytale Dream". A woman down on her luck, heartbroken and totally wronged by her ex? Check. Handsome, well to do man that is ready, willing and able to sweep said woman off her feet and treat her like a Princess? Check. Add in drama, secrets and steamy goodness and you have this very delightful read. I am posting a truthful and completely voluntary review.

Sometimes you find love when you least expect it. That's what happens to Adam "AJ" and Wren. He is a very rich businessman who just happens to own the coffee shop she took a loan out for. In fact, he is the reason she received the loan 2 1/2 years ago. Wren doesn't know this, all she knows is he comes into the shop everyday and what he likes. When things in her life come a low, will he be able to help her out?? This is really a sweet love story that will make you believe in happily ever after.

When Wrenn's boyfriend turned out to be a cheating conniving piece of scum who also swindled money sending her into bankrupt, Mr. Delicious aka Adam Jordin not only took care of her finances, but he also took care of her heart as well. We all need a Mr. Delicious in our life. This was a great story that makes you smile while reading it. Even though Billy was a first class a$$ it worked out so well for Wren that you couldn't help but feel good for her. I couldn't put it down and had to read it in one sitting and glad I did.

Mr. Delicious should fall into the fantasy genre as this AJ is simply perfect. Seriously, where does this person exist?
Wren is just as amazing. Her strength is also her weakness and my heart both broke and soared for her. This story was seriously a fantasy and I devoured every second of it! Unlike Khardine’s other books, this one does not get very emotional. Regardless, it still pulled on the heartstrings! I received this book for a voluntary, completely honest and non incentivized review.

Holy crow! This man is definitely a keeper if I say so myself. He’s determined to be a good person despite what his father and brother wants, and he’s trying to help her out without it being a big deal. Their chemistry is immediate and their romance is undeniable. This story is the sweetest I’ve read in a while. I’m voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.

The author had me hooked from the hilarious beginning of the book. Well, hilarious to the reader but not so much to Wren who has found out that her husband has been scamming her while she's been working her butt off. The story is full of interesting characters, steamy chemistry between Wren and Mr. Delicious, romance, and bit of fairy tale. You don't want to miss out reading this book.

A lovely short but hot and steamy read. Wren is a little too trusting of AJ(Adam). But who would be able to resist such a "delicious" man especially as she currently has a lying, cheating boyfriend. Cup of hot and steamy!
Wonderful way to spend some time with a quick read that held my interest through till the end. Great to read during a lunch time or a quiet spell and I absolutely enjoyed my time with Wren and the handsome AJ. Recommended novella that is cheaper than the coffee that Wren sells! 4 Stars.
Wonderful way to spend some time with a quick read that held my interest through till the end. Great to read during a lunch time or a quiet spell and I absolutely enjoyed my time with Wren and the handsome AJ. Recommended novella that is cheaper than the coffee that Wren sells! 4 Stars.

This is a very good Billionaire Romance read. The storyline is well-written, steamy, has drama, an ex and likable main characters. I enjoyed this quick and easy read. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.

An awesome book. Extremely entertaining, captivating, and interesting read. I could not put it down. Wonderfully written with strong and intriguing characters. I want to read more from this author. I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Loved this book. A must read!!
Khardine Gray you did it again. Read this book in one sitting loved Adam and Wren's story. Loved what she did to her ex in the beginning of book lol. Loved the story of their love and the whole concept of how they met until end of book.
