I find Nadjeschda’s book refreshingly unpretentious. She doesn’t pretend or promise any quick fixes or solutions, happiness, wealth, peace of mind, loss of weight or a perfect partner. Yet, with the intelligence, gentleness and fastidiousness with which she’s distilled her favourite processes, the generosity and simplicity with which she shares them, there’s every chance you’ll be so lucky! Her texts exhibit a deep understanding of perennial wisdom, expressed in the simplest of modern terms.

I had the pleasure of diving into Nadjeschda Taranczewski’s “Conscious You: Become The Hero of Your Own Story" and it was like a breath of fresh air in the realm of personal growth.

After nearly two decades of delving into the world of partnering with leaders and teams shake loose from their tricky patterns that lurk beneath the surface, this book has truly been the difference that makes the difference.

Nadjeschda really delves into some cutting-edge concepts like Ken Wilbur’s Integral Theory, Hal & Sierra Stone’s Voice Dialogue and Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey to name a few. Seeing these frameworks seamlessly woven into the fabric of personal growth and transformation blew me away. It's like watching the theoretical become real and practical right before my eyes.

The thing that really got me is this book's knack for leading me to uncover my own unconscious patterns. Amidst the crazy whirlwind of our everyday lives, those sneaky strings that tug us in all sorts of directions can easily slip under our radar. Nadjeschda's words had me pausing and pondering my own journey, uncovering layers of unconscious patterns I hadn't noticed before. It's almost like the book held up a mirror, showing me parts of myself I hadn't seen in such sharp focus. But what really hit me was that it's not just about scratching the surface of self-discovery. Nope, it goes way beyond that – it dishes out practical tools that can actually elevate one’s game. Think of it as a toolbox for some serious disruption that leads to real-life transformation, right at your fingertips.

If you've had enough of the cookie-cutter, clichéd bullsh*t that seems to fill up every corner of major bookstores these days, and you hunger for some down-to-earth, no-nonsense, simple wisdom that's as real as having a heart-to-heart chat with an old buddy, then "Conscious You" is the one you've got to dive into. Seriously, Nadjeschda's insights are like those “Aha!" moments that catch you by surprise and leave you wondering how you didn't stumble upon them earlier.

Trust me, it's not just about words on paper. This is like a whole experience that's beyond what you see in black and white. It's like stepping into a journey that's been waiting for you all along, ready to show you the ropes.

Nadjeschda's book is an absolute gem! It has a nice flow to it and covers a lot of ground within the topic of
waking up to who you are, what you need and why you might perhaps be stuck. If you're in the coaching or personal development field, this book is a must-read. Or even just as curious person wanting to understand themselves more and gain new perspectives.

Personally, I will be keeping it on hand as a reference guide for those moments when I need a fresh perspective or inspiration in my own coaching practice.

“Every major transformation starts with a lie.. something you couldn’t believe could become true”.
Conscious You: Become the Hero of your Own Story takes the reader on a journey through many psychology schools of thought, to help them better understand themselves. It’s an eye opening, yet unpretentious book covering neuroscience, the subconscious, voice dialogue, the nature of fear and spirituality. It’s rich with narratives from the authors own life and that of her patients, as well as helpful references for further reading. One of the most thoughtful, practical books I ve read on the psychology of self awareness. Highly recommended for all soul seekers.
