Although our contentious times often place poetry and religious faith at odds with one another, imagination and story powerfully inform both. This collection of poems seeks to harness that power by telling the story of John's Gospel--one of the greatest stories and the most poetic of the Gospels--through the eyes of the characters who appear in it, both great and small. This work gives each a voice so that each can convey her or his own Testimony. (With a revised Author's Note and new illustrations.)
