Brick

My brothers were dropping like flies around me, as they each find the one woman for them and I am another one of those lucky bastards when I find my own sweet Lilliana, my Russian princess. I found her in the most unlikely of places and I haven't been able to be seperated from her for long, as I feel strongly protective of her. Even when I found out, she could take me out with one shot from her sniper rifle, I still have the need to watch over her...

First things first; I really like the cover of this book!
Brick is the fifth book in the ‘’devil’s guard MC’’ series. I devoured this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Lilliana is the vice president of the sister of Lucifer. She is also a badass assassin. When she meets Brick whilst on a job, sparks fly. Brick wants Lilliana as soon as he meets her. With danger heading their way, will Brick and Lilliana keep one another safe?
The chemistry between Brick and Lilliana is clear to see and I liked them together. I loved how kickass Lilliana was. She wasn’t a woman to be messed with. I liked that she was able to handle herself.
I liked that Lilliana and Brick saved women and children from Brick’s evil father and his friend.
I really liked Simon and Chris from the moment they entered this story.
I have to admit, some things felt like they were missing. When Lilliana sorted out the senator and spoke to his wife there was no mention of them saving the children from the dungeon?
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait to dive into more books from this series.

Good Read

This a good story, but the author needs to make an MC family tree as there is a mix up in who is married to who. There are a few grammar mistakes but the story line was good.

Needs editor

Loved this story and would happily give 5 stars except for the editing mistakes. They are so blatant that they distract from the story.

Left wanting more

I choose this rating because I couldn't put this book down.
I was left wanting more of this couple, and more about Mia's new son.

Great job

Another great job of showing that a demon can just as strong or stronger than a man. Can not wait to see what happens in the next book.
