Dr. Vangelis ‘Angel’ Alexopoulos is a tall, gorgeous dream of a man with a shy smile and all-knowing green eyes. Growing up with a pair of traditional Greek parents, it was instilled in him to be the best that he could be and he continued along that path, living out his aspiration of becoming a general practitioner doctor specializing in homeopathic remedies in San Diego, California.
With a kind, yet honest, bedside manner, he has garnered a reputation for being ethical and knowledgeable. But things are not as perfect as they seem for this man, whose desire for privacy leads him to keep the haunting pain from a past experience locked deep inside. Vangelis immerses himself in the routine of his work, until in walks a new patient that turns his life upside down...
Dr. Sahara Delaney has been on a road to recovery in more ways than one. A pediatrician by trade, her life ends up in shambles after a horrible car accident that left her in debilitating pain. Her body has healed, but her heart and mind are still feeling the aftereffects of a broken heart and past trauma. Finally convinced by her eldest brother and best friend to seek additional treatment, she and Vangelis cross paths, and the sparks fly.
This is a tale of healing, of removing the mask and revealing one’s true soul. Will Vangelis be able to show his full self — the good, the bad and the ugly — and be vulnerable to a woman who has opened his eyes in a whole new way of life?
Tiana Laveen was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. She moved away, and now lives inside of her mind, but her heart is occupied with her husband, two children, and twisted imagination. She enjoys a fulfilling and enriching life that includes writing books, public speaking, drawing, painting, listening to music, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.
Tiana Laveen is a uniquely creative and innovative author whose romance fiction is geared towards those who not only want to temporarily escape from the daily routines of life, but also became pleasantly caught up in the twisted, well developed journeys of her unique characters. Tiana creates a painting with words as she guides her reader into the lives of each and every main character. Her dedication to detail and staying true to her characters is evident in each novel that she writes.
Mrs. Laveen loved the book as usual. I know you are writing other great stories but you had me a little worried for this months book. You pulled through and it was a gem of a read. Van was in my opinion the perfect Virgo Alpha. Keep them coming. Love me some Virgos y’all are sweet as pie but crazy as the Joker in Arkham.
I don’t seem to recall a time that I’ve never loved the work of Tianna Laveen. Her stories are absolutely amazing. It’s the type of story that you feel to your soul. Here we have Vangelis and Sahara, two doctors with deep scars who needed healing themselves. The connection, honesty and straight forwardness of the hero and heroine was really refreshing. They both knew what they wanted and what they didn’t want as well as how to incorporate their differences together to get the love they deserve. This story personally touched me because I felt like I’ve always had some of Vangelis’ behavior to my boyfriend and it took someone willing like Sahara to help see the flaws in you and be patient and kind. This book was just another level for me and I’d definitely recommend persons to read this. Now as for the other characters, Chi was my favorite. He had me cracking up at different intervals but you could have also witnessed his loneliness due to his neglectful parents. Leonado was cool on a level until he blew up from seeing the “dick pic” lol for some reason I found it funny. Vangelis’ mother was another funny person despite her controlling tendencies and her somewhat ignorance. And let’s not forget the biggest nuisance of all..... *drum roll* Damien!!!! Ughhhh, so cocky thinking he’s the best thing to ever happen to women, smh. I was so happy when he was put in his place by both Sahara and Vangelis especially Vangelis. Nevertheless, the story was beautiful and I’m totally happy that I don’t have to pick which of the books from the zodiac series is my favorite because they are all freaking good. Well done Ms Laveen
I am a Virgo and this book encapsulates all a Virgo is quite succinctly!
Vangelis and Sahara are so good together! The chemistry, the dialogue, the supporting characters create another Laveen masterpiece. I think I may have highlighted a passage on every page!
You can tell when an author does her research because it feels real to you. I felt that this was about me because Ms. Laveen was so on point about Virgos. Every characteristic she wrote about, I am! I usually identify or put myself in the story as the heroine but I totally identified with the hero... the Virgo in this book.
Virgo - Mr. Intelligent: The 12 Signs of Love ( The Zodiac Lovers Series Book 9) is a very good and sensual interracial romance novel that earned a rating of five stars. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it to everyone who enjoys reading very good romantic novels. The love story between the doctors, Vangelis and Sahara is entertaining as well as informative. Their love affair is very sensual and steamy.
Vangelis and Sahara completed one another. They defended their relationship to family members. No one was going to come between them. His mother should have known better when it came to her comparing her boys and their father should have never allowed it in the first place. It's good to know in the end they finally listened. Nico was just tired of it all.
This author is in my top 3 favorite authors. I love her writing style. This particular book was sort of slow and dragged on in my opinion. I was expecting a more exciting plot between the main characters but it never happened. There are quite a few scenes that are comical and overall it was a good read.
I am sure how this author manages to bring a fresh perspective to each book she writes. The only commonality is her refreshing characters. Characters I feel like I have met. Sahara and Angel were so amazingly complex but simple in their need for a true loving partner. This book had a bit more HEAT than some of her stories but not distasteful.
Every book in this series has been a winner and this one is no exception. I could not put it down and with all that fire I had some serious laugh out loud moments. These are novels I am so glad I have in my collection. A fascinating read.
Another great story Tiana, these Zodiac men are complicated, intense and it takes a special woman to capture their hearts. The families members, wow they were something else, especially the Vangelis's mother and Sahara's brother wow. Loved this story.
This book made me realize that we never know the women's zodiac sign, only the men. I was interested in the dynamic of signs being in love . Nevertheless this was again a beautiful stort. Love it.
Sahara and Angel were great together. This book was so easy to read. The storyline was so good that it felt like the characters were one big family. This is definitely five stars!
Van and Sahara were such a g couple. The pace of the story was good. Sex was sizzling. That argument between Vangelis, Nico and his mother was painful.
Vangelis Alexopoulus' mother had to learn the hard way when two of her son's good her how controlling she was and made her see that they did not like her meddling in their personal lives. She had to understand that Vangelis was no longer her little Angel, but a grown man and let go of her controlling apron strings. She managed to make one son's marriage a wreck.

Dr. Vangelis Alexopoulos did not intend on falling in love with his patient, Dr. Sahara Delaney. She was intelligent and kind, with a great sense of humor. She was not afraid to open up to him and show that she was vulnerable and could shatter. But she was able to pick up her broken pieces and keep going about her life. Over time he realized he was not healing a slow healing leg but a slow healing heart form previous relationships that caused her to second guess her own intuition. He understood that as he had had his heart broken too. He put off relationships and marriage until he met Sahara. She was perfect to him although she kept telling him she was not. But they were each other's museums, the eyes to their souls that helped them love each other completely and thoroughly.
Tiana did it again. I love how she writes. She thoroughly researched the Greek culture to give an accurate depiction of a traditional Greek mother. Momma Alexopoulos' trip to the grocery store with Sahara was very telling. She was able to see what kind of woman Sahara was just by that interaction. Sahara also learned somethings about Angel that she already had an idea about but his mother confirmed. The way Tiana wrote that interaction between Van and Damien was soooo funny. Vangelis was cool and calm and did not raise his voice but he came off with enough macho attitude that Damien did not care challenge him. I was happy to read that Leonard finally accepted Dr. Vangelis in his sister's life. He had to realized that she now has another man in her life and he was not losing his sister but had to share in being her protector with Vangelis. Vangelis had his doubts about being a father, even though he expressed his desire to be one within the confines of marriage. What he did not know was that he was already a surrogate father to his young neighbor Chi, who gave him plenty of practice. In the end, everyone was included and accepted in this expanding family.
