I enjoyed this Plant Based Diet Book. It went over the various forms of plant based diets. I knew many of them but learned even more which was super cool. The recipes are also super unique and all sound really easy to make. I made the Kiwi Slushie this morning and it was super tasty.

Eddie Leonard Jr. was very clear in his pronunciation and easy to understand.

I received a copy of this audiobook at my request, and I have voluntarily left this review.

Close but this is my type of food

As soon as I saw the word porridge I knew this was not the book for me. Having work as a chef and not liking anything that reminds me of hot cereal, it was all downhill from there. I didn't care for many of the recipes, but they were fun t o make.

Simple While Foods Recipes

Really simple & easy to understand ingredients & recipes. I feel like each recipe is something I can easily make & enjoy. This book makes me feel like I can EASILY transition to being vegan.

Enough recipes to get you started.

Enough recipes for every meal to get you started. Not enough scientific data to get enough information why starting a plant based diet is healthy.

Informative

Looking for basic information on diet change. This book have good examples and easy explanations. Recipes seemed simple as well.

Enjoyed the recipes!

Easy and fast recipes. Nice variety and clear instructions. You can create variations of these recipes too! I’m glad I downloaded this book.
