I love this book. I love this woman, her heart for humanity is written in these pages: For the dreamers to awaken (which is all of us) & for fear to not be the loudest voice in the room. Read it, dream, do.

Many of us want to change our lives for the better, even in small ways. This is a fun book that will inspire and help without putting you under pressure to 'achieve'. You can fill in the pages or use your own notebook and bit by bit you can make positive changes.

This is not for the super dynamo entrepreneur its for real people to achieve real goals. You can dream big, dream crazy but you must dream because your dreams give your life direction and you build from there.

Avoid this book. It takes you 10 minutes to finish it and it gives you no insights. Also, all of the reviews are fake!

Ooooh, this book was tough for me to get through. I repeated thought ok, I’m not going to finish it, but hung in there. It’s cool that the author Kristina starts from humble beginnings in Sweden and dreams big and teaches/ encourages us to dream big also. However, there is no earth-shattering magic in this book. Basically, I may recommend it to those who have never written down their goals, but to me, this book was filled with only the simplest tips. I am awed that someone can stretch such simplicity into a whole book, and for that I give her two stars.

The activities in this book are good but the stories in between are useless. Frankly, I’m not inspired by a two page short story of someone else’s life. It’s written in third person and doesn’t give the reader enough background to really care about the achievements. It may have been more powerful if the story was longer and written by that person. Or Kristina to go more in depth into her story and provide examples of how she applied everything chapter by chapter, and how it contributed to her building kikki k. Then I’d be inspired.

The book is very aesthetically pleasing with plenty of quotes. I really do enjoy the activities and got the most out of Chapter 4. I’ve also gifted this book to a lot of people as well because at the end of the day the questions asked do start a deep conversation with yourself (once you get over the fluffiness of dreaming).

You’ll probably get the most out of this book with the journal (because the questions are written out for you), and the podcast interviews with inspiring people (or just play a ted talk, they’re captivating too). I did try the dream life workshops. They were good to go to for a jump start if you don’t like to read and do the activities by yourself. Like any other self-help book, trying to complete the activities can feel tedious.

I don't mind the style of book (inspirational) and the stories within, all good. But I would prefer someone had gotten rid of the 120 point type for a trite quote and made the 8 point, all caps type for exercises a bit easier to read.

Mentally I replaced the word 'dreams' with the word 'goals' for the year, and it all made much more sense. Embracing your passions is lovely an' all, but as a business builder I know that bootstrapping, partnering and lean development are all things I need to learn to make a dream a reality. Not a mention of these things of course.

Also, enjoying the book is better with your own journal.

I'm a pretty big dreamer, and the reason why I say this is because I have pretty big dreams. I dream about making a difference in the world. Not just any kind of difference, but the kind of difference that is going to be remembered by many future generations for many decades to come.

I dream about changing the world, or as Gandhi once so nicely said it, I dream about becoming the change I wish to see in the world. And because my dreams are as big as they are, I just love to read books that are about big dreams, I just love to read books that are meant for big dreamers such as myself.

And the reason why is because the stories inside of them always somehow manage to inspire me to do more, to achieve more, to try harder, to be more dedicated, to be more devoted, and to be more disciplined.

Books such as this one always tell me if other people can make their dreams come true, then I too can make my own dreams come true. You are absolutely going to love it. It is going to wow you. It is going to inspire you. It is going to convince you that you are capable and that you are able, that you can, that no matter the hardship, no matter the obstacle, no matter the adversity, and no matter the challenge, you can always make your dreams come true.

And if that's not good enough, there are so many incredible carefully selected quotes inside of it that can also change your entire perspective on life. This book isn't small by any means. It's big. It's HUGE. For such a big dreamer as myself, a true gift of knowledge and wisdom.

So if you have pretty big dreams, if your dreams are as big as mine, and you too want to make a difference, become the change you wish to see in the world, then I guess you know where you want to go in your life.

This book won't change your life completely, but it will definitely show you the way,
it will definitely show you how to get there.

I first came across this book when I enrolled in a Dream Workshop together with my then best buddy Tina, hoping that the workshop would give both of us some insight as to how to pursue our dream.

Since then, I have on and off picked up the book and read, following the exercises, repeating the process of thinking what kind of dreams I have. This book is THE book if one is lost and hope to find(create) his/her life that is aligned with his/her own values, passions and purpose of life.

It is not a book to read from front to back, otherwise it will be a waste. I can feel Kristina’s urge to help others to create their dreams (101million!!) that I decided to follow her path, and create a similar workshop for both my teenage students & some adult friends, hoping that we all advocate the need to ‘dream’ throughout our lives!

I think this book is more helpful than even the 7 Habits of Highly Effective people and those Dale Carnegie books because it offers a lot of useful, clear and organized suggestions about what to do. The page design makes it one of the most beautiful books I’ve seen. I bought the worksheet book for this as well, but I’m not using it. I think it’s better to do the exercises on a loose leaf notebook or on an electronic device, since I don’t know how much spacing I’d need before writing and there’s lots of editing needed.

A well written practical book about writing your dreams down achieving them no mater how big or small they are. Bit by bit they add up and you can make progress and change by filling them out.

A great book not just entrepreneurs but for anyone who wants to achieve their real goals in life. To dream those big crazy dreams and work on them to make a reality by giving your life direction and then you build from there starting with small steps to achieve those big crazy dreams. A lot of things start with just a dream but you can turn them into a reality by working on and towards your goals.

This book is filled with powerful ideas and easy-to-follow strategies to help turn your wishes into real, actionable dreams. Kristina shares heartfelt insights from her incredible journey of growing her global stationery brand, kikki.K, from humble beginnings on a small farm to building a worldwide community of dreamers.

What I love most is how simple and practical the steps are. Each page is packed with inspiring stories and gentle wisdom for anyone who’s ever dared to dream. It’s a beautiful reminder that you can transform your life, one small, meaningful step at a time.

I listened to the audiobook which was read by the author. It was so inspiring and gave practical advice and tips on how to make your dreams a reality. It takes you step by step through the stages of doing it by creating a dream life journal. Unfortunately, I have not had much time in my life at the moment to have a go at the practical exercises in this audiobook, but will definitely come back to it and have a go in the future!

- A cute book with many good exercises.
- My favourite part of the book were the quotes.
- There are some nice stories in there...However, in terms of it being a motivational book, it's not bad; there is not a ton of content...but it's more to get the thoughts going with the exercises that are included that are the most valuable.
- Also, the format binding is not conducive to writing inside the book; so I would have chosen a more physically flexible format that folds over easier for writing.

I know what you’re thinking ... another self help book! But actually I found this one really interesting, inspiring and filled with actionable and practical tips. Although it took me a while to get through it ( it felt a bit like homework at times ) overall I was very pleased with the results and for me personally I think it was time well spent.

I think this is particularly relevant to anyone just starting out in the workforce or for those looking to make a career change of some sort.

An interesting read! I played by the book 🤣🤣 and did all the journaling exercises, it gets duper deep if you do it seriously and I had so fun and not so fun realizations by doing it!
I think this book is only effective if you put the effort of doing the exercises. That’s why it took me so long to read it.

I truly recognize the efforts put forth for this book. Kristina has an admirable story of how she once started everything with a dream. To me, this book would have been a more friendly companion if the stories inside had more content or weight. I was looking for something more. Despite that, I still try to fill in the contents and have fun scribbling.

I found the constant use of the words powerful and inspiring anything but. There are some good ideas but I already dream plenty and make enough of them reality to need 101 dreams and a workbook with lots of homework. I'm sure this book will inspire people who need it but I found it a bit repetitive. I still enjoyed it enough to finish listening to this audio book.

The title draw my attention, and I was curious to see what the author has to offer. The book is heavy, thick papers not very comfortable to flip through. For someone who reads a lot, the majority of the book was mainly a refresher, nothing new. It might be useful for younger individuals who are going through discovering their dreams and purpose.

I found the first half of the book good, with some thought provoking exercises, but the second half depended on having a fixed goal/‘dream’ to accomplish. So it would be more useful for someone who was working towards a set goals.

I've attended a few of Kristina's workshops so there wasn't much new here. However if you're into planning and productivity I think the book is worth having as a reference book on the bookshelf as there are so many hidden gems in here you'll want to come back to.

Motivational but not very unique. Mainly just focuses on figuring what your dreams are through journaling and the SMART principle.
