This was over the top as exaggerated with smutty language, over the top male machismo, damsel in distress humor. Definitely a romcom. The sex was out of this world especially near the end of the book. There were some serious parts but everything was wrapped in humor.

I am not sure if I like this writer's books or not. Will have to read the next one to decide.

Andi is a single mom of 2 precocious children. It's Pru's birthday and she wants to go to Wooby World. Andi, Pru, Ronnie and Anid's boyfriend, Wendell set off on a road trip. The trip quickly turns to one bad break after another. One involves Wendell. Lucky for Andi, Jax comes to the rescue. Jax is rich, handsome and can get any woman he wants. He wants Andi and her kids. Andi and Jax have great chemistry and things heat up quickly. For him the kids are an added bonus. He bonds with them quickly. This story is fun, and action packed.There are moments of drama and danger. Jax has to come through again to save his new family and get their HEA.

A Road trip Through Hell To Get To Heaven💕🔥🔥🔥💕

I absolutely loved this book!!! Reading the prologue alone will make you go hmmmm WTH with a smile on your face. Andi is a single mom of two adorable children, Ronnie and Pru, on a vacation road trip to Wooby World as a birthday present to Pru. Andi, a travel agent at her own agency, plans for a fun family time with her children and um "boyfriend" Wendall. To say Andi has bad luck on this trip is an understatement to the highest degree, then she meets billionaire playboy Jaxxon Birmingham in his red Mustang. Jax has it all money, career and any woman he wants until he locks eyes on the leggy blonde in a rush to get her daughter to the bathroom. The connection between Andi and Jax is uncanny the way they have a conversation without saying a word. Andi is a strong willed, independent prideful woman that relies only on herself to provide for her children and when Jax steps in to save the day she doesn't know how to react to the help. When one misfortune turns into two and Andi catches Wendell cheating on her, it pretty much sets the destiny of the trip. The connecting doesn't just stop at Andi and Jax it continues between Jax and the kids in such a natural way it's easy to see they are all meant to be together. Things are great until Andi opens the glove box on the Jax's car but she doesn't give him time to explain as she hightails herself and the kids out of his life. Now Andi and the kids are in danger from a psiocopath and wishing for the safety she felt in Jaxs . Jax realizes he messed up and is on the hunt for the woman and kids he loves when he learns of the trouble they are in and is hell bent on getting to them on time to make them his for the rest of his life. Will Andi give Jax a chance to explain our will she chalk it up to her bad taste in men??

I will definitely be on the lookout for more from this new author. I love how she gave the kids their own personalities and voices which they used often with humor and sulkiness that goes with their age. The characters seem real with real life situations and consequences no matter the situation. Steamy detailed scenes that will melt your heart and panties at the same time. I definitely recommend this single mom rom com book with its twists of obstacles and bad luck. Hoping to see more from Ellie Rowe soon!!!

You know the old saying “if she didn’t have bad luck she’d have no luck at all”? That seems to be the mantra for Andi Bakers life. Coming out of a divorce from an abusive husband, Andi embarks on a road trip with her two young children and milquetoast boyfriend, Wendell. The story begins with the ex dumping a milkshake on Andi’s head while Wendell just watches silently. The trip goes downhill from there. Luckily for Andi, Jaxxon Birmingham is traveling the same path as her. Every time catastrophe hits, Jax manages to appear to solve the problem. They keep crossing paths during their cross country trips with Jax arriving like a knight in shining armor, only his white horse is a classic red Mustang. Jax is the incredibly gorgeous, built, intelligent alpha billionaire. What saves him is that he recognizes that he is a stereotype and wants to break out of that mold. It would be easy to hate Jax because of his stereotype, but there is just something likable about him.

Some of the situations Andi finds herself and her kids in are so over the top that you want to say, “You can’t make this stuff up”. At the same time they aren’t so ridiculous that you can’t see them actually happening. Blowing a tire on an empty road with no spare? Check. Child leaving a beloved toy behind during a potty break? Been there, done that. Those things and more rolled into one trip make for the road trip from hell. Luckily Jax always arrives to save the day.

Overall, this was a fun and funny story and I would like to read more from this author.

The book starts out exciting right from the beginning and continues at a fast pace from there! Andi Baker, a travel agent, decides to book a dream vacation for herself and her two children. In a very humorous litany, she then tells how the perfect vacation can go so very wrong. The reader will love this one! It’s a just-plain-crazy type of adventure where Andi keeps getting into all sorts of trouble. Jax is a wealthy playboy type she meets while discovering her boyfriend, Wendall, cheating on her. Jax decides to be her knight in shining armor to keep her out of trouble – a truly thoughtful but impossible task – and the adventures continue. His relationship with the children is really great; and the chemistry with “mom” is amazing. Oh, a stalker also becomes part of the chaos. Just a never-ending adventure!

This book is definitely one of those you have to read for yourself. Trying to summarize everything going on takes away from the fun of reading every single crazy word and enjoying how Andi gets out of the most recent trouble she gets into. It’s a funny tale if you enjoy craziness. It might have been even better if it was cleaned up a little and done more as a cute tale instead of the over-the-top language and such. But if that doesn’t bother you, engage your humor and have fun! (Just don’t let her ever plan a vacation trip for you!)

Excellent romantic comedy with a touch of suspense
I loved the characters and the tone of the exchanges rather humorous and sarcastic. The story skillfully combines humor and a touch of adventure.
The only weak point is perhaps that the male hero is a little too perfect, as soon as he meets the heroine, even if it remains incisive.
Andi is a divorced mother of an embittered ex-husband and decked out with a profligate boyfriend larva. She is a travel organizer and leaves with her two children and the profiteer on a road trip through the United States to join an attraction park, but as soon as she meets Jaxxon Birmingham, he intervenes to save her from herself, her surroundings and what's going on around her. He flirts with her in spite of the presence of the boyfriend who reveals himself very quickly a person who benefits from her money and who deceives her at the first hotel. In addition, Andi finds herself liable to Jax because her ex-husband has blocked her credit cards and she has no money left. From disasters to disasters, she gets closer to Jax the billionaire who is perfect with her children.
However, their path separates because Jax hides a secret that destabilizes Andi quickly and leaves her alone with her family on the dangerous roads of the mojave desert ... ..and I have to stop to leave the suspense.

This fast paced over the top disaster filled romance was funny and surprisingly naughty. The strong main character is full of snark and sass. She had horrible taste in men, and knows it. By the time Andi meets Jax, the man of her dreams, a series of unfortunate events have already happened.
Why Jax is so taken with Andi, one never really knows, he just is. There's something about her and her kids that call to him, and he is all in.
A bit of drama, okay, lots of drama in this crazy road trip that's supposed to be for her family. I loved her kids and loved the way Jax is drawn to them. Andi is a bit crass even in her own head and dialogue, but I guess that's part of her charm. What you see is what you get.

With her terrible track record with men, it's no wonder she tries to get away from Jax, thinking she's made yet another winner of a choice. I like that Jax never gives up on Andi, and is persistent. Of course Andi continues to attract trouble where ever she goes. She is fearless when it comes to Ronnie and Pru. I loved that about her.

Andi is a travel agent and wanted to do something with her two kids so she plans a fun road trip. Her boyfriend goes with them and it seems like the trip is anything but pleasurable. When Andi runs into Jax things start to look up. Jax is a wealthy playboy that's used to getting whatever and whomever he wants but that's not the case with Andi. Sparks fly between them but Andi isn't available so she concentrates on what the trip is about spending time with her family. However everything changes once she catches her boyfriend cheating on her. Jax enjoys spending time with Andi and her kids and continues to be their savior when things go wrong. When a misunderstanding sends Andi running from him with her kids will Jax be there in time to save her from a threat?

This is a great story once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between Jax and Andi is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

This story will have you laughing just when you think it won't. Andi is a single mother with two children, Pru and Ronnie. She had the bright idea to take her daughter per her request to Wombly World, a child;s play center. Only instead of flying, she drives. She brings along her boyfriend, a safe vanilla type boyfriend. On the first day she meets Jax, a corporate man who is also rich. He takes one look at her and decides he wants her for a long time. Then mayhem arrives in the form of Andi;s almost nearly not totally there bad luck. It;s up to Jax to save the day. Along the way they each learn more about themselves and each other and ties are formed between Andi's kids and Jax. Lots of giggles, laughs and maybe a few tears along the way as four people discover what it takes to make a family.

This book was one of the most fun reads I have read in quite awhile it had me giggling to myself quite a few times people on the train must have felt i was crazy.

Andi is a single mum that has really got her life together she and her boyfriend Wendell are taking he children Pru and Ronnie to LA to visit Wooby world along the way she attracts the attention of Jaxxon who is driving his mother's car to LA. Jaxxon is a billionaire who normally has no time for mothers and kids but something about Andi attracts him. When Wendell cheats on Andi and she leaves him Jaxxon is there to rescue them so beginning a load of adventures that always occur with kids or road trips . But when something spooks Andi about Jaxxon she runs putting herself and her kids in even more danger will Jaxxon be able to keep the safe

This book is absolutely fantastic!! It is one crazy, wild, and enjoyable ride. ! It is a compelling, well written, interesting, sexy and passionate romance. Amazing storyline with lots of twists and turns. The story moves along at a brisk pace; is action-packed with a whole lot of crazy, witty banter, fun, and laugh out loud moments. Loveable characters (Andi, Jaxxon, Pru, and Ronnie are perfect together); the chemistry between Andi and Jax is instant, off the charts and undeniable. This is an on the edge of your seat read; the plot is consistent, realistic, engaging, and will grip you from beginning to end. Definitely recommended. I really enjoyed this book, especially with the added comedy element.
However, I wanted more interaction between Andi and Jax getting to know each other. Hence a little more character development may have helped.
Also, I had a bit of a problem not knowing for sure what are the ages of Pru and Ronnie (although i absolutely love Pru) and what era this story took place with the cassette collection reference.

However, I laughed and cheered along with the antics of Andi and crew. And would like to read the story of Dane and Brie.

Good work and keep writing Rom-Com.

A well written entertaining romantic comedy. It includes humor, drama, romance, danger, a stalker, and is a little scary. Andi is taking a road trip with her boyfriend Wednall and her two children to Wooby World in LA for her daughter. During the trip Andi and her children catch the eye of Jaxxon in his red convertible and he comes to the rescue when at a rest stop she catches her now ex boyfriend cheating. The adventure with Jaxxon is enjoyable and fun with an interesting storyline that had me engaged from beginning to end. A very good read.

Andi is gorgeous, fiesty, a little rough around the edges and doesn't take any crap from anyone. She's also a single mom of 2 children.
Jax is handsome, rich, is driving a cherry red Mustang, and an eight pack.
They meet when Andi, her kids, and her soon-to-be ex boyfriend pull up to the gas pumps and her daughter jumps out of the car to go to the bathroom. Jax tells Andi that she has a low tire. Wendell, the soon-to-be ex says nope that he checked them and they were fine.
Lots of trouble follows Andi and Jax tells himself that he doesn't need that, but he just can't help himself.

Andi and Jaxxon will warm your heart and you'll find yourself pulling for them. Plenty of drama with a deadbeat ex, a stalker and a cheating boyfriend. Her children, Ronnie and Pru are adorable, and such a big part of the story. Jax thought he had it all until he met Andi. He's gorgeous, rich and more women than he can handle. Totally wild ride. Wasn’t sure what to expect but these people really need help. I was going to read a couple of chapters to get a feel for the book but ended up flying through the it. The characters couldn’t have been more “out there” if they tried. Andi was beautiful, had great children and was self sufficient, but boy does she run into trouble. Her kids are a riot and Pru was obviously born ready for anything.

Jax spots them and comes to their rescue. He took one look and knew Andi and her kids were “it” for him, if he can just manage to save them... (I voluntarily reviewed an ARC).

This is a new author, and I will certainly be looking out for her work in the future. Andi is a single mom, who has had several unfortunate events occur in her life, and decides to take a road trip. Jax is met on route, and there is an intense chemistry between them. This is a well written, fast paced story, which is filled with drama, humour, romance and is an entertaining, crazy rollercoaster journey throughout. I was intrigued and hooked, and I look forward to reading more form this talented author.

Witty read.

I loved the characters in this book. Pru and Ronnie come across as slightly older than their given ages, but these children are adorable. Jax...... he’s a dirty mouthed playboy, but when he saved Wooby the plush toy and strapped him into the seat as he heads off to return him I think my heart cracked!

The only negative to this story was the editing, there are some extra words in sentences or missing letters to words. It slightly ruins the crazy journey of this story.

This is the first book by this author I have read and I will be looking for more. Andi was a wonderful mom who wanted to give her kids a nice trip. Easy, right? Wrong! The Fates conspire against her to make anything and everything go wrong. But those same Fates keep putting Jaxxon in her path. Hmmm...maybe they do know what's right.

Can Jax save Andi and her children? For her first book this was a cute romance. Ronnie and Pru that aww moments and laughter, Andi is a single mom and Jax is a billionaire, and it was enjoyable to read and review.

This book is hilarious from the beginning to the end. It has a beautiful and quirky single mom and a playboy billionaire who wants more out of life than a one night stand. Throw in two absolutely funny kids, a nasty current/ex-boyfriend with a foot fetish and a crazy stalker trucker and you have one outstanding read. I would highly recommend this book!

A chance meeting leads to multiple rescues of not only a toy, a flat tire, a scumbag ex, a bear and a creepy man stalking her and her kids. It’s a whirlwind road trip that is filled with misunderstandings yet through it all there is a deep bond formed between not only Andi and Jax but also Pru and Ronnie.

What a fun and enjoyable read. She is on a roadtrip with her kids to someplace and has problems. Lots of them. He stops to help them and things just get more exciting for them, especially her.
