Because I’ll not only find you, I’ll keep you. And I’m not known for my mercy.
It was spicy and overall good but left me annoyed. The ex comparison never made sense and was never resolved in my opinion. He admitted to himself they resembled each other but then listed the ways they didn’t??? Confused but that felt like another lie to build a relationship on.
We never got to see Michelle not be friends with toxic Michelle yikes!!! Or why they were friends in the first place ick

This book is written from a different third person perspective.I didn't love the writing style in this series. I found it hard to really get sucked into the book. The characters were kind of unremarkable for me. I was rather sad that it starts from his perspective, which took away any of the mystery over who Mick was going to end up with. Lots of drama in this book. I do like that she is as strong and bull headed as she is, but this book was rough. Glad the series is done, won't be a re-read.
I love the nickname Kitten, it's very classic and sexy. This is a short but sweet look into the life of an Army sergeant and bar owner. Hot narration and I did like the 1st person adaptation.
