Reading from its title, I assumed that inner personal development is this book is all about. But as I was absorbed in pages by pages, I was mesmerized by the fact that this book also talks about how mindful eating and steady breathing could lead to a growing me. So it's not all about tidying what lies inside my temporary vessel, but also about fixing the functional matters of my body that I would never think matters in shaping a one-of-a-kind me.

They provide cheat-sheet at the end of every chapter, to summarize all important highlights the readers need to pinpoint. Not in a repetitive way though, just perfect for times when you feel the need to re-read it but have no time to read it from the start.

I would like to have this book permanently on my shelf for quick review. It contains the many references, credits and resources supporting the chapters. Many gems 💎 that help one accept themselves and see themselves as good as they are. Its counter to the capitalist culture that deems to separate, isolate and see the goals of consumerism. I agree cooperation is more important than competition.
