Save Me.....

While investigating the brutal murder of her sister, Zoe falls into the clutches of the very thing she is trying to expose. Will this be her doom, or her salvation in the arms of the very charismatic, not to mention sexy vampire Asher? She realizes that all she ever read and researched about these creatures is not reliable as she falls deeper and deeper into the world of Blood Courtesans and the arms of Asher.

Vampire Blood Courtesans is a series that is written by several awesome writers. You can read each as a stand-alone, or read the whole series to get an even better understanding of the world these women have created. This is a world where people know about vampires. There are rules about what vampires can do with humans and to help humans. Humans can make money by being a Vampire Blood Courtesan. This means giving them access to blood from the vein and sexual favors. A Courtesan can be hired for an evening up to several months. A human Courtesan gets paid very good money to allow this and they do it for many reasons. It could be to cover family medical bills, college tuition, gambling debts and so on. A Courtesan has to go through an interview, not just anyone can become a Courtesan. Once they are accepted, they are then dressed up fancy for the fancy balls and such that they attend so that the vampire clients can view them and bid for a contract.

In this story, Zoe is investigating what happened to her sister. Her sister became a Courtesan, then got in with a group that also did drugs to make them happy-happy. She then got with a vampire, she doesn't know who, who drained her dry of blood and just dumped her body. She will do anything, go to any length to find out what happened, who did it and prevent anyone else from going down the same path.

Asher rarely goes to these balls and he never bids on a Courtesan, until he saw Zoe. When he wins her in a bidding war, he gets to know her and what she is doing. He vows to help her, but she has to sign herself over to him, blood, body, and soul.

This is another great book in the Blood Courtesan series a multi author world set around Vampires and the women who feed them

This is Zoe and Asher's story. She is an investigative reporter determined to get to the bottom of the drug salvation been peddled by the vampires This is personal for her sister was a courtesan but she died a drug addled wreck at their hands. Asher is a vampire but he also works for the DEA and he wants to get to the bottom of who is pushing Salvation. He is working undercover and she wrecks his chance to uncover who is behind it now she will have to be his courtesan as they try to find out the source. Only thing is Zoe is falling for Asher the one thing shw swore she would never do.

Zoe's sister had been a blood courtesan but had be given drugs and drained dry before being left for dead. So having met Asher he promised to help me bring the vampires responsible to justice - I just have to become his own courtesan.

Wow - I loved this story. There was so much danger, drama and unexpected things happening I was completely hooked and found myself reading it faster and faster needing to know what happened next. Well written and a joy to read.

** Included in the Blood Courtesans Boxed Set: Awakenings.

Intriguing and Intense

This book is a great read and leaves you guess from the first turn of the page. Once again you are pulled into the life of a courtesan and you cannot help but fall in love with Asher. Protective vampire who can resist, but being a journalist wanting revenge you tend to be stupid sometimes. You find yourself not wanting to put the book down until the end.

Until Next Time.... Tabi

Exposed is my first book about a vampire blood courtesan and I really enjoyed the unique storyline. The story is well written and the characters are interesting. Zoe and Asher work together to find her sister's killer while falling for each other at the same time. This is the second book I have read by this author and I look forward to reading more in the future. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Very much enjoying this series. Love how unique each story is. This one follows an investigator journalist that knows how to get into trouble. But when you are investigating vampires that can lead to some interesting situations. Zoe is smart and wants one thing, to find the vampire who killed her sister. The story has plenty of action and danger as vampires seem to be everywhere. The romance builds it has some hotness to it.

Oh, I was sucked right in from the beginning, and not just because of the vampire. The story is different and fun and sexy. Zoe ends up falling for the very thing she was trying to expose but I don't blame her. I mean, I fell for Asher too. He is just the type of vampire I would want.

This was such an engaging read and it really pulled me right in from page one. Expect to stay up late with this one ;) Interesting characters, suspense, humour, a fab new book boyfriend, who just happens to be a seriously hot vampire....what else could I ask for? Oh yeah, romance. This book has all the things and I really enjoyed missing out on sleep so I could finish it in one go.

Exposed is the perfect name for this book.  I'm just not sure if it's talking about Zoe and her true feelings or exposing the truth about "Salvation".  The characters are fully developed and the storyline pulls you in. I volunteered to read an advanced copy of this book.
