This was such a freaking surprise, and a good one at that, after reading book one I wasn’t sure what to expect but I am so happy I picked this up. I devoured this read, and found myself getting lost in the pages. I loved Kate – she’s a fab mother, feisty and fierce, not afraid to stand her ground. Then there is Luke, as a cop his instinct is to protect all those he cares for and that now includes Andy and Kate. I enjoyed how patient he was with Kate and the fact he saw Andy and Kate as a unit rather than seeing Andy as someone he had to like in order to be with Kate. The first meeting between Luke and Kate, is a rather amusing one, had me keen to see where things would go.
Due to her douche-bag of an ex-husband Kate is super wary and untrusting, part of me wishes there had been some scene where the ex-popped up and Kate told him what a odious toad he really is (the manner in which she deals with jerks I love), but I’m also glad he didn’t re-emerge. I wasn’t keen on the fact Kate seemed to think she was broken, damaged beyond repair – that was bullshit. I can understand a person possibly feeling like that after being in a really bad relationship, but still I didn’t like it.
Kate’s son Andy was cute, and added a lovely layer of sweetness and humour to a number of scenes. Again, I very much enjoyed the addition of the Dimarco family.
Whilst this book is a part of a series, and events/incidents from previous books are mentioned a little, it is still perfectly fine to read this as a standalone, I didn’t feel uncomfortable or like I was missing something reading this fifth book before the three books that come prior to it.
Potential Triggers: Attempted rape and physical assault take place, domestic violence occurs but not on page, and the rape and murder of young girls and women is mentioned. Arson also takes place.
Initially acquired via KU, but as soon as I had finished this book, I purchased it, as I know this will be re-read by me more than once. Due to this book I’ve barely slept since it made me want to read all the other books (now forcing myself to stop and do some work, yay to a day where I can work from home!)
From the moment I met Luke in the early books of this series I wanted his story, unfortunately I tried reading the books in order and got bored 😂. It was suggested to me to try this one and boy am I pleased!
Luke meets Kate when he pulled her over for running a stop sign, he saw her and couldn't help himself. When he sees she's the waitress at the bar and his father takes a shine to Kate it provides an avenue for Luke to get to know Kate and her son. Danger rears it's ugly head as a part of Luke's past threatens his present and he,along with his brothers and friends come up with a plan to protect the family.
I Loveddddddddd with a capital L, Luke! He was the kind of bossy, protective hero I adore. From the very first moment he met Kate he was interested and he didn't let anything stand in his way. His interactions with Kate's son were so sweet I didn't want the book to end!
Kate pushed Luke away a lot,she didn't believe him when he tried to tell her he cared because she'd been burned by her cheating ex husband before and she's only recently been able to rebuild her life for herself and her son. I liked her and how awesome she was as a mom. I do not like too much pushing away in my romances but in this case she was simply afraid to trust again so I understood, thankfully Luke had the patience to stick with her.
This is a bit of a sugary sweet romance with the perfect supportive large family but I love the DiMarcos! They are there for each other no matter what and Jack, the patriarch, is a sweetheart who develops a loving relationship with the women in his sons' lives.
A tiny bit of suspense with previous enemies of Luke's going after Kate to prove a point and Kate herself being attacked by an asshole who she kneed in the balls in self defense. The MC storyline seems to be ongoing and may see a mc series spinoff but only time will tell.
The epilogue serves to introduce Grace's story and I think this one reinvigorated my interest in this series so I just may give that one a try.
******* Side note Ben's the last brother to get a book and I'm thinking he'll end up with Charlie, but we've had quite a few references to Ben being a manwhore so I may not be able to read that one, again only time will tell. All for now I'm moving on on a high note!
Slight bit of OW drama from a woman the H went on one date with He dated but didn't appear to be a manwhore Kate was only with her ex husband who was a cheating douchebag Kate was attacked by a pushy customer at the bar Brutal domestic violence to a secondary character that broke my heart (I'm hoping she gets a book with Gunner 😂😂😂 hint hint dear author)
I love all these Dimarco men. So swoony! And I fall in love with all the kids in all the books. My heart just melts at the interactions. Kate and Luke's story was less angsty than the rest but just as good.
Kate by Jennifer Hanks is book 5 in The Dimarco Series. This is the story of Luke Dimarco and Kate Miller. I have read the previous books (and loved them!) but feel that you can make them a standalone book if you wish to do so. Kate and her young son has move New Hope where she is working two jobs to keep the going since the father is no longer wishing to be in the picture. Luke happens to see Kate while she was driving and pulled her over to talk to her about running a stop sign. Just talking to her sparked more interest in her then when he happens to meet her few days later seals the deal on his desire to know her better. This series has everything... hot, emotional and some funny scene along with a hot alpha type male. I love the secondary characters which if you have been reading the series are the past main characters. Overall I would give their series a 100 Stars if I could. Hope to read more from this author soon!
You know how sometimes you read books about families and just sit there and think I wish I was a part of their family. For me, one of the families I wish I could belong to is the DiMarco's. This family just screams genuineness and happiness and they radiate caring and you can't help but feel safe with the family despite, of course, bad things do happen. In Book #5, we have the introduction of Kate and her son Andy who have just moved to their small town- New Hope to start fresh. She isn't looking for romance as she has always been hurt by men in the past. She doesn't trust anyone now and has her walls up. Kate gets a job bartending at Hanks and meets Pike as he is one of the bouncers. One day on her way to work, she has had the worst day ever and is pulled over by a police officer aka Luke DiMarco. He lets her off with a warning, but for Luke, she is his "future wife" and now he will search her out and claim her as his own. The thing though is she is closer than he thinks, but she isn't one to just rollover. She will make Luke fight for it as Kate is a fighter too. Like the previous books, this book has its HEA romance but also, it's suspense moments as Kate attracts a stalker, her house burns down and now a biker gang is after her. Can Luke protect the ones he loves as now he has had a taste of family life with Kate and Andy, he doesn't want to live without them? Find out in Book #5 of the DiMarco Series. We also catch a glimpse in Book #5 - Grace's love story with Tyler and also a bit about Maggie O'Brien who features in one of Jennifer Hank's spin-off series Sinners MC. If you love family sagas, then this is one series you do not want to miss out on. So, check it out starting with Book #1 Lucy.
Kate is book five in The Dimarco Series, but the first one I've read in this stand alone series. If you like single mom heroines with alpha male heroes pursing them, then this is the story for you. I like Kate and Luke together, even though at times I thought Luke was a little over the top. There's a little bit of suspense that helped keep me turning the pages and the side characters were amazing.
Kate's had some hardships in life, mainly pertaining to her son's father, which has caused some trust issues with her. I liked how Luke was patient and took his time to earn that trust before getting serious with her.
I loved the dynamic of the Diamarco family and am eager to go back and read the previous novels.
I can not get enough of this series! I love every single character in this series. Kate and Luke’s book was another 5 star read in this 5 star series. I literally don’t want this series to end.....ever!
This is my first book by Jennifer Hanks and it was such a sweet read. I loved how Kate and Luke first met. Lol. It was so sweet watching his patience and persistence with Kate and all the love he had for her and her son Andy. You got to know about the entire Dimarco Family. I can’t wait to go back and read books 1 - 4 now to learn more about the family. Also loved the sexual tension in this book. Wow, off the charts hot.
For the first time in a long time I’m smitten with an alfa character. I loved Luke and his patience, friendship, love and lust he had for Kate. Talk about hot and steamy . I found a kinder spirit in her. I’ve always had problems asking for help others. And just like Kate I’m still fighting to change that because just like she started to understand that asking someone for help does not make you weak but brave and open. I loved how they made their relationship work even when a few obstacles were in their way.
I’m sorry this is my first introduction to Dimarco family. They are such a fun side characters and make a story so much more enjoyable. And Andy? I have a 6 year-old myself and I was laughing hard at all of his comments because my boy is the same. My TBR list just grew up 4 books because I need to get better reacquainted with this family ASAP.

It's always hard to come into a series, especially one about a family, in the 5th book, but that's exactly what I did with Kate. The synopsis sounding intriguing so I figured "why not".
Kate Miller and her 6-year old son, Andy, moved to New Hope to start a new life. Kate gets pulled over by a hot cop and is not having her best morning. In fact, it was one of her worst. Luke DiMarco, said cop, finds Kate intriguing. Imagine his surprise when he runs into her at the bar she works at and he frequents with his many brothers.
Upon meeting Kate, Luke and his entire family welcome Kate with open arms. Kate is hesitant to get involved with anyone, after coming off a bad divorce. Luke doesn't care. He knows he wants Kate and will literally stop at nothing until he can have her.
Luke was a fricking great character. I haven't read a good alpha in a while, and boy was he an alpha. I loved how loyal he was to his family, and how quickly he accepted Kate's son, Andy. Andy in turn instantly falls in love with Luke, and pushes his mom into pursuing a relationship with him.
Kate is a little harder to convince. As I said above, she'd had a rough go and wasn't too trusting of men. Luke had to work really hard to break down her walls.
There were a lot of characters in this story, and having not read the first four books, I was at times confused, but that's on me, not the author. I loved Luke's family so much, and little Andy was just the sweetest.
My two criticisms would be that this book was really long; it could have been 75 pages shorter and still have been just as good. And while it did have an epilogue, it didn't close out this story, but opened the door for the next, which drives me crazy. I will read the next one, though, for sure.
This was a good story about good people and I would recommend it.
Dropping her son of at school has made Kate later than she needed to be,this was turning into the worst day ever. Just when it couldn't get any worse she gets pulled over for running a stop sign. She loses her mind telling the officer just what a rotten day she has had so far. He lets her off with a warning and she's off to face the rest of the day.
Luke can't believe what just happened when he pulled the woman over but he can't get her out of his mind.
Meeting his family for drinks at their new meeting place Hanks,he is shocked to see who is their waitress. Its the woman he pulled over and he gave her a little smirk.
Kate can't believe her eyes in her section sitting there smug is the cop that pulled her over and she had to serve him.He is the last man she wanted to see, serving his table she gets away fast.
What Kate doesn't realize is Luke has set his sights on Kate and when a DiMarco see's something they want the go after it.With the help off his family he will make Kate see that he is the one for her.He knows she is a package deal she has her son and he comes first ,Luke is going to show her she can have it all,and not doing it alone.
When Lukes past cases come back to haunt him he will do anything and everything to protect Kate and her son as well as his family. The DiMarcos always protect what is theirs.
I received an ARC of this book and am entering this review with no prodding from the author.
Jennifer Hanks did not disappoint AT ALL. I started in the middle of this series with My Redemption (Pike and Bella's Story) and then immediately started back at the beginning with Lucy.
The character development is slow and steady, it feels natural and realistic. While Kate's tendency to not trust anyone began to get on my nerves, it was a very real portrayal of someone who has abandonment issues and is learning to trust. I absolutely recommend this book and the whole Dimarco series to anyone who loves big families, intrigue and swoony romance.
This is Luke and Kate’s story and I loved every minute of it. Luke is cop and slight alpha but sweet and will do anything for family and people he loves. Kate is a amazing single mom but had a horrible past so she doesn’t trust anyone. I loved this book. Kinda reminded me of myself how Kate is so I totally understand why her wall is up. How Kate and Luke meet is hilarious and awkward but it leads to such a chemistry it gives ya goosebumps! I love this series can’t wait to read more 5/5 stars
Kate is Book 5 in the Dimarcos Series and after reading the rest of the book I was anticipating this release! It was so worth the wait, as usual Jennifer Hanks brought us another Dimarco family but this time we finally get Luke’s story!
A hard working Detective that’s already been through the mills because of his job but Luke isn’t one to let anyone get the best of him, that’s until he pulls over a slightly harassed Kate for running a stop sign. Not only does she set his soul on fire but her instant dislike to him only makes him more determined to find time to persuade her that’s he actually a nice guy.
Kate is running on empty, single mom to a totally awesome kid but working multiple jobs with nobody around for support or even chat too is starting to take its toll. But after a world of hurt she’s determined the world outside of her and Andy’s little bubble needs to be kept at bay, making friends isn’t something she has time for that’s just a commitment she hasn’t got the time for.
I loved both characters and of course I can’t leave Andy out. The strength and determination Kate had in life is definitely what got her where she is in life but I loved watching her change the more she let her guard down and her light shone with each little Piece of trust she gave to the truly remarkable family of Dimarcos! Luke took my breath away at times with his patience and compassion with both Kate and Andy he has my heart well after Jack Dimarco that is, I want him to adopt me someday!
A heartfelt read full of emotion and strength that captures little pieces of your soul!
5 Stars Review by Elizabeth Late Night Reviewer Up All Night w/Books Blog
I have been on a streak here lately and have read nothing but five star worthy books. Hands down, Kate, installment five in the Dimarco series by Jennifer Hanks, is absolutely brilliant and worth way more than five stars!! Get ready to fasten those seatbelts.
Kate has been burned badly in the past by her ex-husband. When she moves herself and her son, Andy, to a new town to start over, she isn’t looking for anyone. Especially a relationship. When she meets Luke she inserts her foot in her mouth big time. It is quite comical. Luke, on the other hand, is smitten. Will Kate be able to ignore Luke’s advances?
I cannot tell you how many times I laughed or cried. Luke is such a sweetheart and you cannot help falling for him once you get inside his head. Andy, is adorable and so sweet. Kate will really do anything for her son and I love that about her. Now, Kate is a strong independent woman that stands up for herself and does not take crap from anyone. Not even Luke. It was smitten at first sight for Luke but not for Kate. Kate guards her heart and her son like no other. Jennifer Hanks did a remarkable job writing their story and her characters are amazing. I really wish there was more of Luke and Kate. I will be looking for installment six in the series!
**ARC received in exchange for an honest review.**
So, I’ve been in love with the Dimarcos from the beginning, but I have to admit to falling really hard for Luke in Elaina. Seeing everything he went through and the friendship he developed with Elaina left me longing for his story. I mean, who doesn’t want the once broken good guy who is a hot, fierce protector to find his happily-ever-after? But this book was even better than I was hoping for.
Kate is the perfect girl for Luke. She is hilarious, strong willed, and values family just as much as he does. I loved her from the very beginning. She is the kind of girl I want to be friends with in real life. She is a single mom who is so focused on giving her adorable little boy the life he deserves that she almost missed what is right in front of her. However, Luke being the man he is, saw how amazing they could be and refused to back down.
I love that while Luke knew how perfect they were for each other from the very beginning, he was extremely cautious with Kate. Rather than pushing her, he consistently showed her just how amazing they could be. *swoon* Luke is ever the strong protector with a plan. While he may not be perfect, he is perfect book boyfriend material. Watching him with Andy (Kate’s little boy) completely melted my heart, not to mention his sweet gestures toward Kate. But don’t get me wrong, Luke isn’t all sweet and fluffy. No, he is an inferno when it comes to his explosive chemistry with Kate.
Checking back in with the Dimarcos as a whole was wonderful as usual. I love this family and want to be invited to a Sunday family dinner! The way they adopted Kate and Andy from the very beginning had me falling even harder for them!
This is a book that will warm your heart and have you on the edge of your seat waiting to see what will come next. The balance of romance and suspense is perfect! As usual, I can’t wait to see what is in store for this family next. That carrot dangling at the end of the book has me anxious for book six!! This book can be read as a standalone, but I definitely enjoy reading this series in order as there is great overlap in characters. If you haven’t read the other books, I imagine you will want to once you finish.
Kate is a beautifully written story about a woman that has been burned before and has trouble trusting people and making new friendships, much less having a new love life. Enter Luke DiMarco. He has found something he wants and it's Kate. The chemistry between these two is palpable. Trouble finds Kate and then Luke's past comes back to bite him in the ass, only this time he has a woman he's trying to prove his worth to. As with any DiMarco book, you feel as if you are right in the thick of it with the family and friends. If you haven't read any of this series, you are missing out!
Kate is trying to make new start with her six year old son Andy when she meets Luke Dimarco and the sparks fly! Will they both get over their baggage and find happiness together?
Another good book in the Dimarco series.......I wish there were brothers like that round my way!
I enjoyed Luke and Kate’s story. It had emotions, passion, laughter, dramatic twists, and lots of great characters to keep things interesting! I’m looking forward to checking out Grace next!
I’m normally a Team-Male Protagonist but in this book, it’s Kate’s son that is my favorite. He’s smart and inquisitive. I enjoy every scene with him in it. The banter and the comedy between the Dimarco family members is realistic and I was always laughing and smiling with them. They’re real, believable.
This is the first book of The Dimarco Series I have read and I am planning to read the first four books now. That’s how good this story is. I am going to make time and read the entire series, the books I missed, even if you can read each book as standalone.
Absolutely loved the latest installment of the Dimarco family!! Superb writing that brings us a family we can pretend is ours. A family whose constant love and support for each other is something we all wish we had. All the characters are lovable, even when they are exhibiting realistic tendencies of squabbling siblings. The shenanigans of the new puppy, Cookie, were hysterical. And Andy made my day. Seriously! Things kids say!! Kept me in stitches.
Loved the alpha in Luke! He stood up for what he believed in and took care of what he felt was his. Regardless if it meant he followed the law or not. This is most definitely an interesting story with an intriguing plot! It has some steamy scenes for sure, but this story is more about the love and friendship Luke and Kate are trying to build. The author did a spectacular job portraying that relationship. This beautiful story is truly a must read!! I read an ARC of this book. My fair and honest review is voluntary.
This is Luke's book. The brother we don't know much about. But we soon find out he will do anything for Kate and her son. But it's not only Luke who takes so quickly to them, the whole Dimarco family will quickly adopt them and show them she doesn't have to live this life alone. This is a great book that really brings the family together, there's a lot of big family scenes and you really can't help but fall in love more and more with each member of the family. This book is amazing like all the others, you seriously need to tell me how to get adopted into this family!
This was the first book in this series of standalones that I’ve read, and I was not at all disappointed. Kate is a strong, feisty single mom who has learned from her past mistake and isn’t putting up with much anymore. She keeps her days full with working two jobs, and what time she has off she spends with her six year old son Andy and their newly adopted puppy Cookie. She doesn’t have time to even make friends, much less start a relationship. Luke is a police detective, and they meet when he pulls her over for running a stop sign when she’s having a very bad morning. They meet again later when he is with his family at the bar where Kate waitresses on weekends. She is still angry over being pulled over, but the entire Dimarco clan is taken with her and basically decides they’re her family now, especially when they learn it’s just her and her son in town with no support. Luke wants a relationship with her, but knows she’s not there yet. He works on being a friend to her and showing her that she can trust him. Kate is afraid that if she and Andy get too attached to Luke and his family that they’ll be left behind again like they were with Andy’s father, and she wants to shield her son from that potential pain. What I liked: Kate is a fiery badass. The scene in the bar on band night is fantastic. Luke is an all around good guy, and good for Kate and Andy. Andy is an adorable little boy who steals the scenes regularly. I also was impressed by the balance of this book. It’s hard to find a book in this genre that isn’t either too “easy” (I hate instalove), or too heavy on the drama for drama’s sake. There was nothing easy about Luke and Kate’s relationship at all. But even though there were issues, and a bit of suspense, it wasn’t cartoonish or overly done. What I didn’t like: There is only one thing that bugged me in this book, and it’s one of my biggest pet peeves. Apostrophes are not for pluralization, ever. Never ever. It wasn’t consistent, but happened way too many times throughout this book. In short, this was a great book and I can’t wait to go back and read the previous four so I can experience the stories of more of the Dimarco clan.
Kate is book 5 in the Dimarco Series. Each book focuses on a member of the Dimarco family but also involves the other members you meet throughout the series. Because of this, even though it is listed as a standalone, I would highly recommend reading these books in order. This family is super close and their stories often weave together bringing up things from past books that you would have more knowledge about if you read them in order.
I was hooked from the second I picked this book up and excited to get to read Luke's story. Luke is a cop who meets Kate when he pulls her over for running a stop sign. From that moment on neither of them can stop thinking about the other one. The problem is that Kate has been burned by love in the past and isn't ready to open her heart to anyone right now. As a single mom working 2 jobs to make ends meet she hardly has enough time in the day as it is. When Luke can't get her off his mind he makes it his mission to be there for her in whatever way she needs. Hoping that eventually she will see him as more than just a friend.
Kate is a smart, independent, stubborn woman. Luke is a hardworking, dependable, family oriented man. When the two come together sparks ignite and the chemistry between the two is off the charts.
The best part about this series isn't just the love story between the characters, but the drama and suspense the author also creates with the twists and turns in the plot. I am often on the edge of my seat dying to know what is going to happen next. Like the others before this one I was feeling all the feels. Especially in some of the moments between Luke and Kate's son Andy.
Definitely a must read book and series for sure! I can not wait for the next book to come out because I can't wait to see what is in store for Grace! - By Alisa
Kate was the first book I read by the author. I will be reading and reviewing the other soon, so keep an eye on the blog for those reviews! Kate in a single mom trying to get her life together after a bad experience with her son's father. Luke is detective and once he knows what he wants, he doesn't take no for an answer! I liked him from the start. Luke tells Kate he wants her and that's that. Kate is definitely more careful and hesitant. Andy is her everything and she thinks she's too broken for a man. I loved how this author wrote this book! It had me laughing, swooning and left me wanting more. Not only did we get the romance part, but there were some suspensful moments at well. The author gave us so much more than just a romance. Luke and Kate slowly grow together. That is the best kind of romance in my opinion. I am a slowburn kind of girl, haha. It always makes it feel more realistic to me, especially considering Kate's past. Kate really opened up in this book, slowly maybe, but she let herself love again and that's not something to take for granted after being hurt the way she was! On top of that, we get to read about an amazing family. The Dimarco family is definitely one you want to be a member of. They're nuts and can be a bit rough around the edges, but they love each other, no questions asked. Welcoming Kate with open arms, wasn't something they even thought of! Even though all of these books are connected with the Dimarcos, you can read them seperately. The author definitely brings you up to speed on the other characters. I would definitely read them all though! But that's just me :).
Typically I can’t get enough of single parent romance, and if you throw in a sexy detective I’m a goner. So needless to say I had some pretty high expectations when I read the blurb for this one and while parts of it exceeded those expectations others fell flat leaving me feeling just kind of neutral on it. So, let’s break it down. What I loved: Luke. Literally everything about him. He’s so insanely sweet, patient and kind willing to do anything to make Kate and Her son happy. Luke’s family. I always love, love, love, and big close family that rallies around each other and that is his family to a T. Kate as a mother. When it comes to her son nothing is too much for Kate. The strength she had starting over on her own while making sure her son knew how much he is loved completely stole my heart. What i didn’t love: Kate. While on one hand I loved Kate on the other her stubbornness really took a lot from their story for me at times which made it drag for me. It was like Kate was set on slow burn and Luke was set on instalove. While I fully understand her reluctance, I also found myself frustrated with no matter how much Luke did to prove to her he was in it forever she never fully trusted him. Overall, even with the frustration I still kept on reading and found myself enjoying more than just a little of their story.
LUUUKE! Kate is the fourth book in the Dimarco series. Oh man did this one take me places. My heart ached for these characters. They had so much to overcome. I really enjoyed this story.
Kate is the third single parent story in this series. I won't lie. I feel like three in a row was a bit much for me, but it was written well. Kate is a great character. She is so strong and caring. The love she has for her son makes her a superstar. Then you have Luke. Safe to say we all love Luke. He is a great character. I loved seeing him interact with Kate.
I think the apprehensiveness of Kate towards Luke really adds to the heat of the book. Luke knows what he wants, but it takes Kate a while to get there. I really liked how his own caring towards her son adds to her attraction for him. Add in the whole baseball coach thing and whew.
This story is told from a dual point of view. The pace of the story is steady. I have to say this is my favorite in terms of the family as a whole. Watching how the entire family rallies behind Kate was so heart warming. It takes the love all theme to a whole new level.
In conclusion, I loved this book. Kate was a great story. I loved watching Luke finally find what he deserved. If you enjoy single parent romances with action and humor, this one is for you.
*sigh* I was so looking forward to Luke's book. Look, I love love love Luke. In all the previous books he seems to be the most patient of all the brothers. He's also a cop who seems to know that not all things are black and white, there is a bit of gray area that sometimes you just have to find that line and tread it carefully. He's the brother who seemed to actually want to settle down and have a family, honestly he reminded me so much of his father Jack. When it comes to his own book, there is nothing different about him. He's still determined to find his woman that will bring him the love and peace he sees in all his brother that have already settled down. The relationship between Luke and Andy honestly, I just adored. I figured with the patience that Luke has and his love of family that he would take to fatherhood probably the easiest of all the brothers. But man..did Kate really get on my nerves. I get that she would be hesitant, especially after everything her ex-husband put her through. But she just never wanted to give up fighting, arguing, and in the end pushing Luke away. Really with all the fighting she put up, I thought something more happened with her ex or maybe another guy than he just cheated on her. I mean, yeah cheating that's horrible, but the way she acted made me think he abused or raped her.
This book was soooo good that it had me hocked from start to finish. I've very much as been waiting forever for this book. I thought this author couldn't get better than elania. It was my favourite that I read many times. This book though wow what a rush I had when I was reading it I couldn't put it down.
Kate and Luke were amazing together I loved the chemistry they had. Kate finds it hard to trust people because she as been hurt. She as a 6 year old son who is funny and awesome and is her life.
Luke as a lot of struggles that he as to over comes but he does and he is amazing with Kate son. How they meet was just funny and I loved this book what a ride I was on. I laughed alot and was sad in places. I highly recommend this book you won't be disappointed.
